How it stands up in Action: 8.5

Seeing until recently this was my primary AEG, I can tell you a lot about this weapon. The weapon has an overall length of an M4, but with the folding stock, it has an advantage over the M4. I have played CQB with the gun, and the folding stock made the gun as big as an MP5A4 (Full stock) or the lil brother the CA36C (stock extended), but retained the longer barrel. Having the folding stock allowed me to cut corners better than the guy with the MP5, and gave me better range and accuracy than the MP5. Guys with the M4s and AK74U's  in the same situation have a harder time cutting corners. When used in the Bunkers of Lenix, I enjoy folding the stock, making in it easier to handle in the confined space.

When playing assault or defense, the K barrel gave me comparable performance as a standard M4,
As far as the durability, my CA36K has been put through the challenges of 3 years of hard play in the high desert survived.

avatar A good review. Nicely illustrated, and gives just enough information. Only a
few things that could use some polishing:

1) "I have never had a jam,
double feed, or mechbox issue." How long have you had the gun, or how many
rounds have you put through it?

2) "Man-size target" A better test
of accuracy is to record the approximate diameter of bb groupings at a few set
distances. Any gun can hit a man-size target at a distance, but that doesn't
compare different accuracies amongst different guns.

That aside, I have to
agree with everything you said; I have a CA36[e], and have found it as
customizable as an M4; I love this gun. The K is the most balanced length, as
it is the middle ground between accuracy and length, i.e. between the E and C
lengths of G36.

Good review, just needs some polishing.

I own this gun, and I have to say it was worth every penny. I put a Bipod and a
vertical grip.

do you own the CA36 it is very accurate and is great for open areas and a good
sniper if you get a new scope and the bipod.
also has any one else had
problems with star 140 mags the bb's get stuck about half-way in the mag any one
know how to fix that.

I own a CA36K and it is a powerful, reliable and relatively accurate gun. But it
won't fire in semi automatic or fully automatic and i have to manually pull back
the mechanism to allow another BB to slide into position (which causes it to be
comforted by even more BBs, risking a jam). I would love to know any info on
what is causing it or how t fix it if anyone out there knows so.

Cheers
all!
