Evike Marketing Annual Strategic Vendor Joint Marketing Program (Program: Core Program)

The Joint Marketing Program is a partnership to expand, to promote positively, and to preserve the sport of Airsoft around the world.. This "all inclusive" annual joint marketing program is dedicated to streamline joint marketing collaboration planning. This program is a result of numerous joint marketing meetings, meant to provide our valued vendors an all inclusive package to take part in all of our marketing collaboration opportunities.

Duration of advertisement: One year.
Deadline: April 1st of every year.
Value: $30,000+ (Assuming the lowest T-shirt logo placement rate, video sponsorship rate, convention exhibition rate, game sponsorship, and advertising. Example, a penny per flier we send out to a direct Airsofter will yield approximately $5,000 a year.)

Brand Showcase: See here BRANDS of AIRSOFT NATION. The BRANDS of AIRSOFT NATION. Your brand logo will be placed above non-sponsors. Built in brand advertising with fliers, t-shirts, banners, and more! *NEW* Evike.com front page exposure. Rotating banners with brand exposure for full week cycles. Opportunity to promote specified products. (Must be exciting items, and at discretion of Evike.com)

Fliers: Your logo will be featured on fliers we include with every retail outgoing packages, events, and other printed materials. (Estimating 500,000~1 Million fliers annually to the hands of targeted consumers.)

Evike Outpost Program: A selection of your product will be guaranteed at every Evike Outpost store locations for participating joint marketing program partners. A wooden canvas high quality banner with your logo can be displayed at every Evike Outpost locations, and Evike partnering fields. (An one time $300 fee per location, per canvas will apply.)

Evike TV Logo Placement: Your logo will be represented in ALL EvikeTV videos twice (once in beginning and once at the end) Products videos can be made upon request. (Approximately 5 videos a week, 200+ videos a year, which will remain on YouTube even after the expiration of this program). Evike Social Media Plugs for qualifying news: Evike Facebook, Twitter and Instagram exposure. Gain access to over ONE MILLION combined subscribers! Newsletter exposures: Sponsors will be featured in our monthly newsletters to our fans and subscribers. (Approximately 600K subscribers by the end of 2015 and growing daily)

AirsoftCon Exhibit: A free exhibitor spot at the largest airsoft only convention in the world.Access to over 3,000 attendees to promote your brand., Logo placement on ALL Airsoftcon advertising and media. International media coverage and social media exposure!

Airsoft Nation Gaming event logo placement and invitation: Evike marketing travels around the globe to promote the sport of Airsoft. Annual events we create / sponsor includes (but not limited to): Airsoft Nation (World's largest recorded event with over 2500 players), Operation Bad Blood East (1,200+ players), Operation Bad Blood West, Operation Nation's End, and much more. We are planning 6 events this year in Northern California, Southern California, Texas, Virginia, and New York. Additional events may be available. Marketing at these events is always free for Joint Marketing Program Vendors.

T-shirt Logo Placement: All sponsors will be featured on our promotional t-shirts whenever applicable. We make thousands of promotional t-shirts annually! These t-shirts are purchased and given away to thousands of fans year round.

Professional banner display at the World-famous Evike.com Walk-in Superstore: The industry's largest showroom featuring the TANKED TANK from Animal Planet, full size interactive shooting range with ongoing shooting competitions and 3 gun events, on-site technical support, and the industry's largest inventory featuring the best selection of products!
- One time wooden canvas construction fee of $500 (Large) and $300 (Small) apply for first time advertisers.

SWAGG COLLABORATION From the Airsoft Nation Shooting Targets, hex patches, to dead rag, and much more, we can help you leverage our R&D and do joint marketing at our cost!

All sponsors have the option to feature your logo with our new Profile Hex Patch system. This will be a growing adventure where users can customize their profile using our Hex Patch design. Qualifications:

Authorized Evike.com industry partner and distributors.

A high resolution logo image file must be provided.

For special circumstances where an additional logo is needed, it will be $2500 per logo upon approval to cover additional cost incurred.
