"So this gun was actually just given to me by a man who thought something was wrong with it. The problem was he was using .177 steel bbs in it.
Yeah, if you do that, of course the bbs are just going to roll out the end of the barrel. I ain't mad at him, though, 'cause now I've got a $35 pistol for nothing. The magazine leaked like a sieve at first, but after using plenty of pellgun oil on the puncture pin, not one little hiss, and i've listened really closely. Silicon oil works, too.
It's never been in a war, but it's held up really well, and if I did use it in a war, I wouldn't be worried about reliability. It's efficient, a good weight, and comfortable, cheap, shoots great with .20s.
The only thing is that it does not have a threaded barrel. Not really a con, 'cause it is $35, but if it did, then you could buy a novritsch suppressor and sneak around and zap guys quietly. That would effectively make it a knockoff SSX23. But for $35(and in my case, for nothing), I really can't complain!
"I don't see how other people have been having problems with this gun if they are. My buddy bought this gun 6 or seven years ago. In that time he broke the slide and u have to duck tap it to hold it in place. After about 3 or 4 years he gave it to me and I've put this gun threw just about everything. Then about 3 months ago the mag finally gave out. It kicked butt in the field it made people take cover when I came around the corner. Im getting this gun again when the time comes. Deffenetly get.
Pros
-great on co2
-metal slide
-cheap but awsome
-great fps
- accuracy is great after adjusting the hop up
-intimidating
-grip feels excellent
-kwc
Cons
-mags cost almost as much as the gun itself
-mags are heavy
-orange tips hard to remove (for people who want it off)
"I bought this about a month ago, it works great, it isn't very accurate once it gets a few clips out on the CO2 but for the first few clips it is extremely accurate, it can easily reach up to 140 feet. To adjust the hop up the gun has to be taken apart. With the stock mag it is extremely light and has an odd feel, but the metal replacement mags are heavy and give a great realistic weight to it. Nor the stock clip or aftermarket clip lock for loading, which can make loading tedious, but other than those few problems it is a great, reliable gun, the polymer is very strong, and the trademarks are where they should be. All of the levers and switches that would be on the real gun are on this too, it is extremely realistic. It also has a decently high FPS, enough to get through both sides of an aluminum pop can, and to almost get through the bottom of a pop can.
So in conclusion,
Pros:
High FPS
Moderate range
Cheap
Realistic
Weight can vary (based on mag)
Strong polymer
Grip conforms to hand
Cons:
No lock on clip
Not very accurate
Stock mag is very light.
