"Recently bought this product to add to a E&L ak74u. The magwell adapter wasnt an exact fit since its made for a different brand, the magwell is restricted by the side mount that the E&L ak74u comes with so i've had to file down the side of the magwell adapter by an 1/8" to get it to fit in place. Next problem is bolting it, E&L has mushroom pins holding the trigger guard assembly so if you have the tools and knowledge you'll have the grind those pins off and insert the new hardware when attaching the magwell adapter then you'll have it installed properly.

Overall i'm enjoying the addition for its aesthetic looks and functionality really ties in the rifle together.

I'd highly recommend this product.

"It works! I love how it guides the mags to the magwell just perfect in my CM028A with an aftermarket Cyma metal receiver. The only problem however is that it didn't fit snugly with my receiver so I had to file it a little bit. Other than that, I love it! Made my Ak look more tacticool.

"This is a pretty decent accessory. Purely cosmetic. Installation is a no-brainer. I had to use my own screws because the screws it came with were a millimeter too short to make a secure fit. Double-secured the fit with gorilla Glue.

This magwell guide may interfere with the use of certain drum magazines.
