"I purchased this gun from another site but it is the exact same thing only mine has a side folding stock. This gun works beautifully in the field, its all metal build leads to it taking some rough abuse and not having a problem with it. It works well for mid to short range distances, with long range having a little difficulty being that the spread gets crazy wide after about 130 feet. It has a nice feel to it and it operates smoothly, with very few jamming problems which is also a nice advantage since you dont have to constantly unjam your gun in the middle of a match. The FPS is great for a gun in this price range, mine averaging at about 430 with max charge, 390 with mild charge, and around 370 with a almost empty battery. I would recommend using .25 or .28 gram bb's as anything under .25 just fly's everywhere and everything over .28 drops the range drastically to about 70 feet from a nice 110 feet which you get when using .25 or .28s. I only had 3 complaints about this gun. The 1st being that the front rail system (which houses the battery), is made of a cheap polymer plastic so it moves and wobbles alot losing points on durability. The 2nd complaint also deals with the front end, the railings are also made of a cheap plastic so its hard to stick your accessory's on there and not have to worry about them falling off. My final and last complaint on this gun is again in the front but it can be solved easily, when you get the gun and pull it out of the box I would recommend you tighten down the inner barrel as it is very loose and can throw off your range and accuracy. For under $200 this gun is definitely a good gun for new players or even moderate players, the closer the fights the better so if you looking for a gun for a outdoor match I wouldn't go with it. With all that said, I highly recommend this gun.

"The gun is great. The consistency of quality from Galaxy is not. I had two of these guns. The first locked up inside the gearbox (not because of the battery). I had to send it back and get a new one. Both the first and the second guns had damage to the bucking because the gun was stored with the hop-up turned all the way up, and the bucking was stuck in that position even when turned all the way down. I had to replace the bucking with a new one. No big deal, everyone should replace their stock nubs and buckings with good ones anyway. Besides that the battery has gone bad already and won't hold a charge form more than a few minutes.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GUN BUT SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND GET A SHARKTOOTH OR SHREDDER CONCAVE SPACER, A GOOD BUCKING, AND THE LI-POLY STICK BATTERY.

"Ok so this is first airsoft gun i have gotten. its really great. crazy fast rof, and i haven't had any problems with the mag that came with it. the front grip that comes with it is nice, just make sure that you tighten it up all the way or it'll get wobbly on you. it comes with a detachable metal flash hider which is nice. the metal rails that come with it are great just because you can add all kinds of stuff on it flash lights, lasers, or both on either the bottom, left, or right. it doesn't come with a top rail, so you CAN'T put a scope or a red dot on it with out buying a rail for it(which kinda sucks but no big deal). its load which is a plus for some, i could do with out but its ok. said that i came with a sling but i didn't have it in the box(might have just been mine), sucks to i only read that i came with one after i had come back home from their big store in san gabriel, so if i would have known i would have asked for one. comes with a mini type battery but you can easily add a bigger one(there is plenty of room in the stock). talking about the stock i noticed a crack on the right hand side of mine. its not big, but its there and if i would have noticed it like the sling i would have said something about it. so all-in-all it is a very nice gun, just that crack is bugging me the more i think about it.

"This gun is dope. its freakin powerful, straight out of the box this thing was a beast. For a gun that is mostly ABS plastic with some metal parts its heavy for its size. I bought 3 more mags for it so im set for long games. by a better battery for it though.

Pros:
Very accurate
320 F.P.S.
Very compact
Desent R.O.F.

Cons:
Loud as shit
Battery is kinda a pain in the ass
to get in
CANT get a 9.6v in

Awesome secondary gun for snipers.
Get this gun, totally worth the money!
Cant get a

"Not large, but definitely in charge!
This gun packs a walloping punch and will send your attackers into the bushes from whence they came.
The only real problem is getting the battery in and out, but you might as well just leave it in the gun and charge the battery that way.

Pros:
Small size
Folding stock (can even be removed!)
Loud and intimidating (problem for those stealthy players)
Most parts are metal
Great value
Great FPS

Cons:
Really loud
Battery is a pain to load
Magazines wobble a little when inserted
Cheap sling (better than none, and at least it has metal tips)

Overall a great value. I wouldn't have bought any other MP5.

"THIS GUN IS GREAT!!!
i bought it about a week ago and i gotta say it is the most effective gun ive ever used and i have used a 500fps smg before.
PROS:
awesome gun
loud-scares the enemy
high ROF and FPS
two clips included!(one high cap 1 low cap)
CONS:
it takes me 5 minutes to change my battery dang it!
the low cap clip broke :(
the battery is nearly inaccessible without using a scissors or screwdriver to open the back and remove the fore grip to put the battery in

OVERALL:
very good gun for the fps because it can go through the wood siding on my bunker door
(my bunker is halfway underground and the tower is above ground)
i'd give it a 4/5 because of the battery

"This thing is awsome not only is it a great aeg for a beginer it's cheap!
The bbs tend to curve at the end and it also misfeeds a bit though

"Hey I got this gun. It is pretty good for the price. It comes with the gun, hi cap mag, battery 8.4v 1100mh stick type, charger, cleaning rod and instructions.
Pros:Great ROF all right accuracy very well built
Cons:horrible way to put battery in, and very very loud.
I would recommend as a secondary weapon and not and primary also very good in CQB and very good for city type battle

Webmaster: to keep the gun "the most compact" like this AEG, all MP5K slides the stick in from the back. To go around that, a battery pouch is a good option.

"this is an amazing back up wepon for my sniper rifle
by kevin d. on 12/20/2008
"Yes the MP5 K/PDW use the same magazines. MP5 mags work with MP5's... There is no difference except for the size (short/long)

"okay, let's clear this up finally. just get the pdw version because you can remove the stock and still have the butt plate to cover the rear of the gun and still return it to the pdw version. Just remove the two pins that hold the stock to the body. On the back side of the stock remove the two phillips head screws to separate the plate from the stock. Then return the plate to the body with the two body pins. Enough said.

"This AEG is the best bang for your buck out ther. For me I did not like it until about a month a go. (I hav nearly had it for a year now.) All of a sudden it started shooting extremely smooth, and powerful. It also has stopped misfeeding, however until it gets to this period, probably two months of good use would get it ther, it will still be a decent gun, just will mis fire 3 out of 10 shots.

"this gun could also be used as a superb sidearm and is very cheap. mine was croned at 325
by John C. on 07/03/2008
"I bought this gun a couple of months ago and i absolutely love it! The hop up could be better and some of it is plastic... pretty much the upper part of it. those are absolutely the only downers about this gun... it is compact reaches over 100ft!!! and has an amazing rate of fire... it's about 20rps (rounds per second) w/ the upgraded gear box... i would really recommend you getting an upgraded gear box and internals from evike because they know what they are doing and the kits are going to confuse the many who haven't done one... buying a battery that's a bit better would be another good investment.... you could get your mp5k up around 360-390 fps! if you do most of that... mine right now is shooting around 360 fps which is superb for what i got it for... if you're looking for a great small gun that you can afford two of i would totally recommend getting this one... dual mp5k's are insane! i'll tell you that now... 4/5

"A smart little gun for the price. It fires nice and snappy with an 8.4v battery and with it's pre-upgraded spring, has the range of a full size stock Marui Mp5. Just note that the Mp5k butt plate and receiver are a bit different than the standard Mp5 and will not accept any standard Mp5 stocks.
