If you want to go try your luck on the beach look no further than the Pitbull Tackle Surf Perch Rigs. This rig is designed to be a simple carolina-rig style presentation that anglers of any skill level can use to catch Surf Perch up and down the coast. All you need to do is pair this rig with the desired sliding weight of your choice, tie one knot to the open end of the swivel, and you are fishing. This rig even comes with small beads that you can use on either side of the weight to help protect your knot cast after cast. Weights are not included, but we recommend using sliding egg weights from 1/2oz up to 2oz. This rig is made with a premium baitholder hook tied to a 24" leader made of 12lb test. Each package comes with three leaders and six beads.

Rigging Guide: We recommend using the #6 hooks when fishing with small plastic grubs or plastic sandworms. If you are fishing larger plastic or live sand crabs the #2 hooks will fit your bait much better.
