"this is a sweet gun. its good and sturdy and has a nice weight to it. the battery is a pain to put in but thats not much of a problem. great ROF and FPS. the mags aren't the best but they work just fine for me

"Get a matrix peq2 box, and a lipoly or a Matrix 9.6V 2300mah battery. (If you decide on lipoly you dont need a peq2 box.

A good scope is the samurai aim point style red dot scope or the g&p 551, they look nice on this gun.

"It is the same as the black one with different furniture. A good battery to use is the small type lipoly or a matrix peq2 with a 2300mah nun-chuck.

"Generally, AEG velocity will drop as the spring tension inside the gearbox starts to wear off due to usage. To reduce this drop:

At the end of your training, take off the magazine, fire two shot in semi before switching the gun to safety. It reset the spring tension to resting position.

When an AEG is firing full auto, the spring inside the gearbox stays at a compressed state.

Then again, a new spring is only $10. The matrix M120 spring seem to last the longest and it is made in USA.

Hope this helps.

"This gun is quite decent and the pricing made it GREAT!
The previous review does not do this gun justice because the complant is on the "FREE BATTERY!" Most major brands don't even include battery in their gun package.

It is accurate, powerful (~400 fps out of the box), durable and very nicely constructed. Putting it next to a $400 Marui system the only difference you can find is the price, fps, (free battery & charger) and it has hicap magazine.

The gun is pre-upgraded, so it is highly recommend for all owners of this AEG to purchase a small type 9.6V or a peq2 box. Once you do that, you will guarantee to love the performance of this gun.

"this is possibly the best weapon for the price in the assault rifle area it's gotten my kills at all ranges and never had any big issues. the one bad thing about it is the battery, if you get this gun i would highly suggest you get a 9.6 v battery

P.S. hey josh

"A very good gun. The RAS system is solid metal, and gives the gun good weight. Performance is good, with acceptable ROF and a good FPS for .25g bbs. It can get heavy after a day, so a sling is an absolute must, but apart from that, there is no reason not to buy this.

"So here's my review. It's a very good rifle. I didn't mess with the hopup at all and it's fire rate and ranger were incredible. It fires very straight and pretty far. On the down side this thing is heavy, my spring for the reciever broke pretty soon, and the adjustable stock is kinda terrible. Those can all be replaced pretty easy though. The barrel design makes it easy to hold but I personally added an angled forgrip. This thing hits like a truck and I accidentally drew blood on some of my friends and they were standing a good 25+ feet away.

"I’ve had the gun for the last couple days and I love the way it looks! When I received the gun I was getting bbs randomly flying off to the side, but i changed the bucking and now the gun shoots and runs great. But there are a few things you should know if you plan to open the gun up from my experience.

•When I took the HopUp out to swap the bucking, the charging handle assembly just fell apart. Idk if it’s just my gun or if I just took out the hopup incorrectly but it was definitely a bit annoying.

•The guns build quality overall is pretty good, but the receiver seems to be where they cheaped out because when I initially opened the gun, where the lower and upper receiver hinges, a crack formed. Also annoying because I haven’t even had the gun for a week :(

Overall I’m happy with my purchase, just a couple of annoyances y’all should be aware of.

"I purchased this gun used from a friend so this review will not tell you how the new gun will work, but rather what to expect a few years down the road.

The gun shot around 330 FPS and had about average accuracy and range. It felt very nice in the hands due to its beefy construction. The battery was a pain to put in and often resulted in some of the wires being pinched simply to get the compartment closed.

Overall this was a great fun gun that I used with a 5,000 box mag for a year or two before something broke. I didn’t know how to fix anything beyond a fuse back then so I sold it to someone. In my experience it wasn’t anything super special, but it was still a great gun.

"Great beginner gun, although a downside is the battery compartment.. It is small and can be hard to fit the battery and sometimes the screw for taking it out gets stuck and you must take off other screws to get it unstuck.. aside from that, everything feels great. It is weighted very realisticly and the charging handle feels amazing. The grip is a classic style a1 but functions well and does what it needs to do. The aluminum barrel is very good and durable and you won't have to worry about the barrel coming loose or breaking. Would definitely recommend this gun to a beginner.

"My friend had this for about three years and then I bought it cheap off of him after the fuse blew and I have had it for about three years. It's a great gun to get in to airsoft and there is plenty of rails for adding attachments. It says recommended lipo but I would not run one because that is what blew the fuse. I would get a 9.6v small type because the battery it comes with is a test battery and isn't that good. Overall great fun for the price point. It is heavy so make sure you can handle lugging around the weight.

"Perfect starter gun! Shoots pretty well out of the box and I like the aesthetics of it. Battery space is a pain in the butt, however. Don't get this if you plan on doing a lot of body modifications such as a new outer barrel or handguard. It's designed in such a way that the bottom part of the front handguard can only properly attach to the stock barrel, no aftermarket barrels will work. But honestly a great gun if you plan on leaving it as is.
