"Great sidearm with good range, power, and accuracy. Only issue I have with it is it does not lock back after mag is empty, it did a few times when it was brand new but now it won't. Warranty? Maybe but it doesn't bother me too horribly much, I will say if you get one keep your orange tip on for a few months in case you do have to warranty it or you will have no warranty. Would still definitely recommend.

"Excellent handgun. This is my first GG GBB pistol (previous I had only used CO2). I did not have any problems with the mag that came with the gun, easy to fill with GG and loading with BBs is what you would expect. Very easy to disassemble and needed only a minor adjustment to the hopup. I was able to easily mount a green laser on the under barrel. Gun has a very solid feel and the firing/blow-back action is excellent. I would highly recommend this gun to anyone interested in this style of pistols.

"Out of the box I loved this pistol. I still do. This is a great pistol I highly recommend you buy it because this thing out of the box during its break in period is shooting straight as a arrow with not hop up with .20 gram bbs. I bought the green gas threaded barrel with the reload package. This is my first gas gun and when I tried to fill it I did something wrong and all that gas got on my hand. I think that probably is 90% just me but 10% these mags aren’t easy to fill. My only complaints are that everything is very well oiled out of the box but you before you shoot it oil the slide and barrel and the slide release can’t be hit with your right and the gas efficiency isn’t very good the slide will lock back but not after a full mag and I am very luck to get a full mag most of the time I run out of gas with 5 bbs left but it’s getting better as the gun is being broken in. Back to the slide I didn’t oil the slide and from the blow back there are chips out of the paint. That’s not the manufacture’s that’s mine. If you get the threaded barrel version you will not be able to take off the thread protecter until you get the orange tip off. I got it off my filing it down to the thread protecter almost flush then took off the protecter and filed it the rest of the way. Now I think they’re are better ways to do it but that’s how I did it. I had this question when I bought it what size is the threads. I don’t know the size exactly but I do know that it’s a post I’ve thread and I believe it’s 16mm. Also the bottom rail I have a ncstar flashlight and it would not go on. I Suggest you buy this gun it’s very much worth the money.

"I got the threaded barrel, C02, reload package for reference. Though I paid almost $240 to get it, this is absolutely worth the money. I wouldn't recommend the threaded barrel though because it doesn't specify which thread type it is and it doesn't work with the 14- mm tracer I have. It may work with 14+ mm but don't take my word for it. One thing I will point out when shooting the thing and if you live in a neighborhood is that it is loud. Granted it is my third GBB pistol, but the first two weren't as loud. Because it was the reload package, it came with three magazines. I was thankful I did get it because one of the magazines doesn't work as well as the rest (basically ejects out enough gas to shoot a BB but not enough to blow the slide back, pulling the slide can fix that issue but it would practically become a springer at that point). The other two work perfectly fine however I have had issues with the spent C02 cartage getting stuck in the magazine (a few light taps on the ground fixes that, just don't hit it too hard). The pistol mags are rather large so be mindful of the pistol mag pouches you get when looking for some to hold more mags. Despite this, it is a great pistol for both new players and veterans and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in getting one.

"My only complaint is that the co2 mag leaked straight out of the box. I wasnt planning on using the normal mag for long but still disipointing because i may not get to play with it for a while. over all pistol has really good kick and feels pretty light for a six inch hicapa.

"Being an STI fan and an avid Airsoft player with over 20 guns in my armory, plus just about the same amount in real steel, I want to state here formally that this is the nicest Airsoft pistol I have seen or used. If you are looking for something nice that is a work of art, get an EMG.

"Received my Pistol yesterday and I just love it, is very precise and consistent. The feel in your hand is just like a real gun. Everything is functional (safeties, adjustable rear sight, blow back slide). Only thing I would like to add is a speed loader to make it a complete package. I guess I can buy one later, you will need a somehow long thumb nail to slide the spring down to load BBs.

"Finally got mine and just got to test it today and this thing is a beauty!! It feels phenomenal and shoots fantastic. I'm new to airsoft so I can't go too in depth on how well it shoots and the insides and what not. I just know that everything i pointed and fired at was a direct hit and i couldn't be happier. I went with the threaded barrel CO2 version. Its incredibly snappy and the trigger is superb. I emptied 2 mags and still had CO2 left over.

The thread on the outer barrel is 14mm CW. Acetech uses CCW so you will need an adapter. To remove the thread protector out of box you will first need to remove the orange tip which is glued on. Easy enough to remove in less than 10 minutes. Boil some water and be sure to dry off completely externally and internally after youre done.

I cannot reiterate enough just how absolutely beautiful this gun is both in it's aesthetics and functionality.

Taking it out to the field tomorrow so i'm stoked!

"To start of I bought the green gas version, the one thing that seems to be the issue with it is after about 10,000 shots through it the GLUE holding the outer barrel in place gave out and it fell in to 2 pieces. Keep in mind that this glue looked like red thread lock but could be something else. Overall the replacement part was relatively easy to find and was about 50 bucks, as well as; the gun being very snappy for being a 6 inch barrel length. Final thing to keep in mind is that the whole blowback assembly is not tokyo marui compatible but still able to find spare parts for in case it breaks. Overall a great first pistol for anyone, but just a final note the guide rod is a two piece guide rod and you need a very small allen key.
