FN Herstal Licensed SCAR-L Airsoft AEG Rifle by Cybergun (Color: Black / EGLM Package)

"This gun was my first Professional AEG. It is doing great right now. It is accurate as heck and with a 9.6v battery in therer it has a very intimidating ROF. The upper reciever is full metal.

Pros:

-Foldable stock
-semi/full auto/safe switch on both sides
-once again its as accurate as heck with a .23g bb
-adjustable sights
-full metal upper reciever
-8 pounds
Cons:
-Body pins fall out easily
-dust cover gets out out of place
-clicking noise happens alot when on semi auto.
-butt plate falls off easily
-comes in plain cardboard box

"overall pretty ok gun but i found out over time that you do need a new battery and to find right battery size for it is hard and the other thing is over time the stock clip wears out and you can no longer fold the stock wich doesnt really matter where i play with my team but the folding stock is nice for milsim. Very realistic gun hop up is easy to get to but i did have to grease the mag well because it was tough to release the mag overall i recommend this gun for beginners and economic players its no more than your average aeg

"This is a perfect beginner gun, The fps good right out of the box, It seems like it could take some abuse and still keep on truckin.

Pros:
-Loud and Intimidating A+++++ :D
-C-H-E-A-P (price not construction)
-Comes with everything you need to get started into Airsoft (minus the bb's pay for quality there)
-Customization You can add any scope/laser/forgrip etc. to the rails, Internals are great to start.. Minus the plastic bushings and plastic hop but that's normal for a sub $200 aeg.
-Great Looks, I have some friends who paintball and airsoft and some of their guns look just plain... fake this MK16 looks just like the real thing!
-Mag is highcap (even though I use midcap no-wind's for mine for stealth)

Cons:
-Battery in the rear hard to remove, It is an ok design but I hate having to have an allen key to remove the battery, I don't charge mine while it's mounted because it heats up.
-Stock comes loose quickly, There are 2 screws that I am constantly tightening to keep the stock tight to the gun, As long as the screws are tight the stays good the entire day, I'm going to look into getting some glue in there so that they stay permanently (I hate to do it but I hate having a loose stock even more)
-Always back-ordered ;( but wellll worth the wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All in all, If you're looking through reviews to find the new AEG for your collection, or just starting out and trying to figure out which gun you are going to make YOUR gun, This is most definitely the one for you!!!!

"This gun is definitely worth the money. It's very durable, and performs great. It's everything they said it would be, except for one thing. There are no original markings. Actually, there are no markings at all. And it comes in a crappy box, not the fancy one that other websites send it in. But it's still a great gun. And a lot of companies will say that you need to take the stock of to put the battery in, but all you need to do is pull the stock to its longest position and it will fit perfectly.
And I ordered the "Holy Cow Special" where they send you 2 extra mags for 1 cent, but I called but my gun did not qualify for it. However when I opened the box, there were 2 extra mags. And they were DBoy mags that worked, even though the site said that they wont work with DBoy guns. So try it haha.

"I got this gun about 4 months ago and ive gotta say, its quite an excellent gun. I havent had a war with it, but i can already see that it is capable of making dozens of kills in a war. I decided on getting this one rather than the echo 1 version because echo 1 was about 60$ more, and the only difference i found was that echo 1's was full metal. The only parts plastic were the lower reciever, motor grip, and the stock while everthing else was metal. I got a g&g eotech replica also to put on this and its beast! There are some cons though, the forward grip handle was super wobbly (luckily i had an extra), the flash hider was glued on taking forever to take off to put on the barrel extension, and my brother threw it on the floor breaking the stock off. But now it's sorta a stubby scar-l

Just for that i would rate it 4.5 if i could

"I bought this gun a few months ago, and its great. The weight and feel is realistic and the fps is decent. The only problem i had with the gun is some chipped paint, bad battery and some screws falling out (should have tightened them).

"THIS IS A NICE RIFLE I HIGHLY RECOMEND IT. ROF IS GOOD AS WELL AS FPS. I WILL RECOMEND USING 9.6V BTTERY. THE BODY OF THE IS WELL MADE, ALL METAL IN THIS RIFLE IS STURDY, THE PLASTIC PART IS WELL MADE TOO. I WOULD GIVE THIS RIFLE A 5 STAR , BUT I SEE ALL OF DBOYS/BOY1 FN SCAR IN AIRSOFT WEBSITE AS WELL AS YOU TUBE, HAS A TRADEMARK ON IT. MINE DINT COME, SO THATS THE ONLY NEGATIVE I HAVE WITH THIS. THE EXTENDED OUTER BAREL IS A PLUS. THE FLASH HIER IS PLASTIC, BUT YOU'LL REPLACE IT ANYWAY. ALL IN ALL VERY WELL MADE AND LOOKS GOOD. HIGHLY RECOMENDED.

"I just recently got this gun and NO JOKE you will be suprised how good it actually is. The rpm is slow but it fires a twice qas better frps if you use .12 even know you have a risc of jamming it, and even then you have a un-jamming rod included(you cant even see the BB fire{FAST}). The full metal is what points this gun out on the battle feild. iT ALSO COMES WITH A BARREL EXTENSION AND GRIP!
THE SCAR IS SICK!!
USE .12 BB'S FOR MAXIMUM RANGE! .2 bb's dont make a difference besides the momentum of the BB witch basicly means the .2 will hurt more, But .12 you will hit your target.

"This gun is great but the only thinhg that I have to say is that when you fold the stock of the gun pull down then out to bring it out otherwiseif you don't the stock won't be able to be folded it happened to me and it sucks

"yes this is a great gun it has excellent velocity and fire rate but unfortunately it does lack some range altho it is the best scar you can get for under 500$ i have a red dot sight and a box mag on mine and it deffenetly can hold up against other good guns but you could get a better gun for the price but there is no expierence like using a scar model in battle so i would still recommend this gun
