"just puit this on my ics cqb m4 pistol..it just looks badazzz first off with it. got a new tight bore too(301mm) could go longer maybe even 363mm. I didnt think it would actually suppress any sound but the sound of my piston is noticeably less noisy and makes a neat popping sound.also the end screws off if you want a tracer unit . its only 40 bucks so i say buy it if you need a barrel extension and dont have a 100 bucks to drop. 5/5

"Is this silencer full metal, or is it plastic, or is it abs plastic? what material is it made out of? does it have a foam interior?
by Chris Y. on 10/13/2008
"In response to Nathan's review. Firearms supressors actually don't have any foam in them, they either have a set of coils on the inside and an expansion chamber or they just have an expansion chamber with many chambers in them. I bought this too but I'm new to airsoft and didn't know that airsoft guns used foam to suppress the sound. It doesn't do a good job but it makes your gun more accurate for some reason. If you like Nathan, you do something I did, I took a firearm suppressor and took out the expansion chamber (cause you cant have a suppressor in California) and used the airsoft foam in it. The coils at the end of the suppressor actaully make a cool echoing zzzziiiiing! sound as each BB passes through it.

"This is a great suppressor for the G36C. I had to get a little extender to get it to fit with the hand guard, but it was well worth it. This silencer, however, does not have a bass-y pop. It is more high pitched because the inside of it is hollow. It still sounds really cool and unique though. When I was at evike, I checked out the G&P Zombie Killer suppressor and it had some kind of foam in it. It's not the real foam used in real silencers but it should still give the suppressor a deeper pop to it.

"I love this silencer... It is very small for a silencer so I would only reccomend it for CQB weapons/GBB pistols/M203 launchers ;) etc... It is very very nicely made and has an amazing look to it. Get it :)

"Brenda, if you have an adaptor or threads that accept 14mm silencers then yes otherwise I am not sure. Go to a forum such as airsoftforum.com, register, and then ask your question there; all of you who ask questions in the REVIEW section need to take advantage of these sites. They can answer all your questions, and even do it quicker than the people in this review section. Now onto the review: This is a GREAT SILENCER... extremely light, looks amazing, contains both thread types, and slightly silences your AEG. Also the price is nice as well.

"will this silencer fit an A&K SPR MOD1? im looking for a silencer that will. does anyone know of a silencer that will fit it?? thanks
by Dallas F. on 09/12/2008
"Wow do you guys even look at the description. This silencer is 8.25 inches long not 6 and certainly not 14mm 14 mm is like your thumb nail retards. As for the actual silencer there isn't much to say it has some weight to it. It works good if you are trying to extend your inner barrel while still looking good. Not much else to say good silencer

"Fits almost any barrel and makes them even quieter! It also extends the barrel length increasing accuracy and FPS! A must buy.

"If u want a suppressor that increases distance this works. I have an A&K CQB M4A1 model gun and it shoots farther now. This is a good buy.

"Yeah if you want to attach the silencer, remove your flashhider first off by taking off your hand guard (if necessary) loosening the hex key and removing the flash hider, then screwing on the silencer after you have reattached the hand guard or just simply screwing it on. Just be aware of the screw type you have clock or counter clockwise rotation.

"How do i screw it off? Do i use my hands or like where do i actually screw it off?

"hay guz nik here,

well as a reply to the Q's, yes it will work on anythhing with a 14mm thread. it has a plus side and a negitive side. so it will work on anything with a thread.

also i have this baby, just in the "special forces" style.
it is built great and adds a great look on any gun.
the only thing is that is a SMALL silencer, about 4 inches long and slim.
so if you want a BIG look get madbull or g&p.

well one thing is those do NOT quiet your shots at ALL. but this one WILL!!!!! it really has compact foam in it that works well!
so 5/5 i have this on my ika zuchi.
