"This gun is an AWESOME weapon! The finish on it is very nice, the metal makes me feel like I know I won't break it when I drop it, the performance is VERY GOOD! My Li-Po I ordered from a different site hasn't gotten to me from Switzerland, so for now I have to use the included 8.4V battery.

Pros
-Full Metal
-Crane Stock
-Surprisingly fast ROF with the included 8.4V
-Surprisingly accurate, even with the hopup off! I can hit a short Soda can from 75 feet!
-Decent FPS, enough to go through 2-3 layers of styrofoam

The Pros far outweigh the Cons. I'm taking this beast to CQBcity once my battery gets here!

"Really good gun in all,
Cons:
- Battery is hard to get in and out of gun
- Weight is heavy for airsoft wars.
- The stock sight is horrible!

Pros:
- Mostly metal
- Good rate of fire
- Durable
-Great Semi-Auto

"Great gun, with a few drawbacks

Pros:
Accurate
Good fps
Good rof
Comes with a great battery and a good mag

Cons
Stock wobbles a little
Front vertical handgrip wobbles quite a bit
Hop up cover wobbles
Small battery compartment but no need to upgrade battery or use external battery cause it does work

All in all, it is a great gun for a great price. You dont notice the stock wobble on the field( not much of it) but the forward vertical handgrip does wobble and the other handgrip does too the tiniest bit. Not the solidest gun but will still last you a long time

3.5 - 4 stars

"Purchased this gun as a primary gun. It is amazing! It hits hard and the rof isn't too bad either. The safety doesn't really work though and the front Iron sight wobbles after some time on the field.

Pros:
-Looks bad ass!
-RIS system is helful
-High FPS
-Decent ROF
-dependable

Cons:
-Iron sight becoming loose and isn't centered
-Safety doesn't work
-Pretty heavy

P.S. I just got the SRC AK-47 in my Box of Awesomeness, they seem to perform the same but I haven't fully tested the SRC yet. The RIS makes this gun an awesome AK!

"this was my first AEG that i purchased, about 2 years ago, and i have to say that it is a great gun to start off with and learn with, but i wouldnt say that its for an expert. mine is pretty heavy, about 11lbs so a good weight, in my opinion. it is made by JG so it is going to shoot pretty hard, about 350-400fps. the max range I have found it accurate at is about 120ft. it is pretty durable, some parts are plastic where they should be metal, but overall its alright. here are some pros and cons:

Pros:
-good starter gun
-shoots hard
-very accurate
-comes with a pretty good battery (compared to some other stock ones)
-8.4v 1400mah battery
-comes with a foregrip
-has RIS already

Cons:
-cheaper type polymer
-has a kind of slow ROF
-butt plate may come off during matches (mine did several times)

overall i would say this gun has a lot more good things about it than bad, so i would give it a 4/5 in a beginners perspective

"I got this nearly a year ago. I had some initial problems in the cold, but after a round it was fine (probably the metal shrinking) The mag is nice, with a quick wind. You will want an external battery though, the small battery compartament is one tough SOB, so a battery bag is a good idea. Its accurate, but could use a little more power, and the rails are too far for any magnification (unless you fold the stock and hold it funny) Ive noticed that the rails on this gun are a little smaller than others (my eotech wobbles on it) so the foregrip might not fit onto all guns

pros: good composition, decent weight, easy to wind mag, quick wind mag, comfortable

cons: stock wobbles slightly, battery compartament is tiiiiiiny, and it doesnt like the cold, small rails

This is a good first gun, and great for any AK fan, but it would need an upgraded spring to reach other people, and an external battery.

"This gun is pretty good for beginners or those on a budget.

Pros:
Nice FPS + ROF
Awesome looking

Cons:
HEAVY!
The stock is uncomfortable and kinda hard to fold
Takes stick type battery

Great gun, but there are better AK options out there for the same price.

"The gun shoots great. I love the FPS, and the underfold stock is good for cqb, but you can't use the grip when the stock is folded under. The Battery compartment is kind of small, but when you start using it more often, it becomes less of a hassle since there is a certain way to make it fit.

Pros:
FPS
Pretty much metal
Great size mag (600 rounds)

Cons:
Sling that comes with it sucks. Don't even bother.
The selector switch comes loose when you use the gun a lot. You have to tighten it as it comes loose or when you fire in automatic it will move straight down to semi auto. The same goes for when it moves from safety to automatic, which is hardly safe... So for that big detail I give it 1 less star...

"this gun is pretty gnarly, every thing about it is flawless. good for woodland fighs and CQB

Pros,
Good accuracy and Range
awsome erganomics
the foldable stock is quick, easy, and simple
good fps,
full metal, looks and feels to be stamped steel
the rails help out with accesories

Cons
im not sure if it has muzzle threads
my mag it is nylon fiber and it wobbles just a lil is kinda weird sometimes and don't feed sometimes (but that is a rare occasion) but this could just be my gun
the sling and battery and charger (but thats a given)
takes a little practice to get the dust cover on.

"I like the ak-47 but the sights are not great. NOW THIS GUN IS MOSTLY GOOD. It has good damage firerate not bad range. great for starters. low priced auto fireing gun. close range is better than longer range 4/5

"i had this gun. it was pretty good. once you figured out how to use it it was great. but eventually my rails fell off. and i had to scavange for the bolts and parts. and this stock was wobbly and yeah so i sold it. but it was a great first gun. buy it. $150 cant be beat for a full metal Ak. just tighten alll the parts. and clean and lube before you use it. and this gun will be perfect. PS. it came with the folding vert grip. that was very useful. pretty good quality too. but plastic. :(

"Me and my friend both bought this same gun, its way too high for CQB (which is what I used it for, mine chronoed at 500 when I bought it with .2s, A lot higher than it says here) and is about 3 feet in length and had to get the spring downgraded. But this gun is AMAZING, it lasted 3 years of continuous use without any upgrading or anything, It's accuracy is right on with .25s. My friend's however had some problems after a few weeks and it cost him like 50 bucks to fix.

Pros:
Feels Great to shoot
Great Price
Will last a long time
Accuracy
Rails
Just overall a great gun

Cons:
Battery is bad get a good one

"I bought this gun about 2 years ago and its been my primary since then. It was great out of the box but I did have some problems within a couple of months. I left it in the closet over summer (not smart, don't do that, the heat gets to the battery) and when i pulled it out it didn't work because of a bad selector switch. Other than that it was a very good gun and the battery that came with it was EXCELLENT!!!! Just recently got a new 9.6 volt and it barely outperforms the battery that this gun came with! And it was a good 9.6 so dont say thats why. FPS was about 350 with .2s. I cant be too sure because it has a new gearbox and spring now. ROF was any where from 10-15 per second.

Only con was bad accuracy. I highly recommend a tightbore. At 150 feet i would get 10 ft diameter groupings. That sucks. On semi they would be smaller but still. Thats not good.

And also, the airseal and hop-up that came with this arent the best. They were fine when i got it but have gotten much worse. I have an m130 in it now and am barely getting a .2 through the bottom of a soda can.

Overall 8/10. Power and rof were good but accuracy was the downfall. But its only like 40 bucks for a good tightbore so thats no problem.

One last thing, I was never able to get the orange tip off. I am not sure if it is threaded or not but please let me know if it is.

"is gun is great out of the box has a high rof and high quality. the only problem it has is that the battery sucks so bad that it exploded in my hands today and i charged it with my smart charger i dont know why it exploded. i suggest u get a good battery.

"I've had this gun for quite a while now and I'm very happy with it. Having the folding stock allows a nice conversion to a CQB style firearm and allows easier movement in tight spaces and is also well suited for blindfiring (if a match allows you to do so). Right out of the box the gun has good weight, good accuracy and an amazing rate of fire that blew my mind, seeing how its a CYMA gun. I've put an uncountable number or clips and BBs through this gun with no jamming and very little misfiring. The only misfiring is usually caused by the clip, but that is because it is a hi cap and you have to wind it constantly. Not my cup of tea. I plan on purchasing some some mids as soon as my budget allows.
The tactical rail on this is also very nice. I bought a very expensive laser sight, slapped it on and can easily click it on and off without moving my hand from the foregrip (which is also very nice and can be transfered to other guns). If you are looking for a good gun with decent internals, nice accuracy and nice weight, then this may just be something you might want to pick up. I haven't chrono'd it yet, but if I do, i'll be sure to post it.

Pro:
- Nice Weight
- Accuracy
- ROF
- Tactical rail
- Folding stock
- Comfortable grips

Cons:
- Folding stock will not allow for a drum mag
- The internals are packed tight. I took the gun apart to lube it and had a hard time pushing everything back in.
- Battery is a very tight fit and it may pinch or strip the wires if you put it in wrong, so be careful
- Hi Cap

QUESTION: Anybody know if it is a 14mm negative or positive thread underneath the orange tip?
