Matrix Airsoft Mock Silencer / Barrel Extension (Model: Ill Be Back / 150mm)

"It makes a great attachment for my KWA MP9.
NOTE: Paint on this scratches easily, but I like the scratches for the battlewear look.

~Threads that connect the base and the front are kind of cheap, but nothing a few layers of Loctite tape can't fix.


P.S. Would've have given it 5 stars, but those inner threads ruined it.

"This silencer is good for looks but i tried to put it on my echo 1 p90 and i found out that the inside of the silencer is made out of some sort of alluminum, so it startes to chip the inner barrel away

"This is a very light and sturdy little suppressor, gives a nice look to a lot of guns and the paint has been resilient enough in the areas I have used it (woods and the occasional sand bag bunker).

My only issue is that the threads are also made of aluminum, and will strip very easily if your outer barrel is made of anything harder (steel, zinc, pretty much anything other than aluminum).
It is very snug on the barrel, if you tighten it all the way down, its a heck of a task removing it again. Just don't try to use a wrench like you would on steel flash hiders, or you will kill this thing.

Good for the price, just be careful about removal and how much you screw it on.

"It's a good mock suppressor, but the only thing I don't like is that the SF motto "De Oppresso Liber" is misspelled. Instead of Liber they had Laber. But nothing a little paint can't fix.

"The Matrix "NATO" Airsoft Barrel Extension / Mock Silencer 35mm x 150mm. (14mm- & 14mm+) is one of the best mock silencer i have ever had. It looks great and easy to put on. The only real problem i had with it though is that is was a little wobbly at first. Then i put some plumbers tape on the tip of my m4 and it fit wondrously. Over all, the Mock Silencer was great!!! I highly recommend it!

Weak threads on mine. The end cap kept popping off. I even put teflon tape on and it helped a little, but every now and then it would pop right off.

"Very awesome looking silencer. It makes my mod5 look very real. My friends comment on how I have the best looking gun in the group. The one con however is it scratches REAL easy. I would suggest getting a different silencer because since silencers are mainly just for looks you should at least get one that doesnt scratch just by touching a bush.

"This is a perfect size for ANY pistol.

It it a little too short and a little too narrow to look right on a rifle.

The all aluminum construction is perfect and the matt finish is beautiful.

Looks great on the end of my M9-A1 GBB

"It's decent for the price. I like the way it looks on my KWA M16. Some pros are that it's really light, clean finish, and its really long. The only thing i didn't like about it is, if you have an inner barrel that runs into this suppressor, then it makes a "whommpa" sound. But other than that, its a really cool suppressor.

"Great Looking Silencer!!! Good weight, nice crisp lettering/logos on the side. Two things about it tho people should know. I ordered the 14+ and 14- version and both endcaps that it came with were for clockwise threading, not counter-clockwise. I called evike and they acknowledged the problem and are sending me the right endcaps to work with anti-clockwise threading. The other thing that was disappointing was the lack of insulating foam discs on the inside of the silencer. Most of the mock silencers ive dealt with have these discs to help stabilize the inner barrel. Other than that, the silencer looks great, feels great, and is a good buy.

"NO IT DOES NOT MAKE YOUR GUN QUIETER , it is not foam filled therefore it wont make your gun quiter, pretty much all it is a tube of aluminum that is just for looks

"just read the gun's specs. if it says 14mm negative or 14mm counter/anti clockwise then it will. it annoys me when ppl dont read the info they need and then ask for it from other ppl
