"i have had this gun 4 bout 3 weeks and all i have 2 say is that THIS GUN IS THE BEST NON CUSTOM GUN OUT THERE RITE NOW. i suggest using .28 gram bbs because this gun has such hi fps, light bbs will just float up.

hi fps(with .28 mine comes at about 398)
rps is alrite (23)
range is really good especially if u put a tight bore longer barrel on it
good 4 cqb and outdoor play(cqb because stock folds to the right

cons.
sights r crap(just get a red dot. thats wat i did)
heavy
with light bbs,(.2,.23 grams) bbs go all over


in the end, this gun is amazing but NOT A FIRST TIME GUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"I got this gun about 3 weeks ago and let me say it is an excellent gun.

pros:
445 fps(that's what i got it to with a little messing with the hop-up)
fits a 9.6 volt battery(just unscrew the stock put it in and screw it back on)
half metal
works great with .25 for accuracy fps is around 380 with .25
sturdy no lose parts(except the stock is wobbly)
2 mags
good for righties and lefties
extra: fits great with the madbull xm203 long type grenade launcher i have it myself

cons:
wobbly stock
the flash hider is plastic and is glued on so u need to get that mother off and get a new one and/or a silencer
the 450 rnd mag is really long could be bad thing could be a good thing to you
the 100 rnd mag doesn't fit very well u have to make sure its in all the way and here the click noise
sights are off and kinda bad i suggest u buy an aimpoint sight and/or scope

Overall is a great gun if your looking for high fps and something new from m4s and aks.

"I ordered this rifle 2 weeks ago and used it in a 100 man op today. It performed well. one note of caution - it is hot right out of the box - it Chrono'd 414 so I was forced to play as a support person with the SAW's and M60's. After the game, I checked it with heavier bb's (.30) and it came in just under 400. Fields here in Texas have a hard limit of 400 fps for non-support, non-sniper weapons so be aware of this.

Changing the battery on this gun is amazing - can be done in under 30 seconds. Larger batteries will fit, but as it is already at 400+fps - no need.

Had lots of "can I fire it"s at the op and many seemed very interested.

No immediate mods needed
didn't jam or misfire much (All AEG's will misfire at least once)
Decent battery

Cons
Too hot for some fields (MUST use .30's!!!!)
Included High-Cap mag jammed

Overall this is an excellent gun for someone looking for something out of the ordinary.

Webmaster: Thanks! A good way to increase rate of fire is to get a 9.6V battery (The stock will need some mod to fit a larger battery but we are able to fit a 11.1V 4000 lipo in it. Otherwise, without mod, the 11.1V lipo will fit right in).

For those of you that said that the stock was wobbly or that the rails where to, try tightening the screws!!
When i first got the gun I went and checked the screws and Half were loose (Exspecially the stock, SO TIGHTEN THEM!!)

Webmaster: - Real SCAR is not full metal. This SCAR has metal receiver which means where it should be metal, IS.
Also, rate of fire is low because of high power gearbox and the basic free battery. A 9.6 V is recommended for high power AEG.

"this thing is great i was one of the first to get this gun when it came out and it was worth every penny! its relatively cheap for such a high grade gun. the whole upper reservoir is metal except for lower part and the stock which is high grade polymer just like every other gun in this price range, and that's a good thing other wise the gun would be to heavy. the gun comes with a piece of crap mid cap and a nice 500 round hi cap this also comes with a barrel extension 8.4 battery and a fore grip. 5 stars *****

"ok this gun is awsome!!! the scar is one of my favorite guns to date and this is an excellent modle....

PRO's: this is very soild... nice weight and manuverable... FPS is AWSOME!!! (For Stock) and the metal very solid... and GRADE: A plastic as well. with a decent rate of fire

CON's: some con's to note about the gun is the butt pad fo show... i lost mine in a desert op and have not seen it for a while... hahah. ok now something that really will bother you is the hop up... ok the sights are tall... now the gun should only hop up enough to see the sights but it hops to much... when you shoot it it will go straight for a second then fly up! so what i did was i put in a TM bucking into mine and now she shoots way straight. ok the rate of fire is ok... but for some it's not enough so a 9.6 will do the trick. the extention is not bad its actually a mediocar one but it will not change how your bb's come out. and the mid cap it comes with does have a feeding problem what I dot i dont load it to its full capacity and that way it works a bit better. and last con is... it doesn't come with an EGLM 203! hahahah

so now note that yes there are some Con's and it may seem there are quite a few but please do not pay attetion to how many... there really are only about 4 con's to this gun i just explained them in detail... the thing just needs like two upgrades and it's the best gun you'll have until you get that airsoft itch to buy a new one so do not hesitate to buy!

"Best SCAR out there. It clocked up to 430 fps, and averaged 420. there is no doubt that it shoots hard. i've been shooting .3s, and they fly almost as straight as my l96 spring sniper. Full metal is good too, much better than the 400 dollar options that aren't.....

It comes with a foregrip, 8.4v battery, charger, mid cap and 500 round hi cap.

SO WHAT if the wires are visable when you fold the stock, they aren't going to break unless you fold the stock and start running a knife over the cords... thats about the only 'bad' thing about the gun.

trust me i've been looking for a scar before classic army even mentioned they would make one... and i never got around to spending 450+ dollars. jls (a joke), g&g, classic army, vfc, and even the star scars really don't come close to this gun. if you seriously want a scar, i say you have to buy this one, unless you have 700 dollars to drop on that star one with the EGLM grenade launcher. Don't waste your time with the other 'high end' companies, this beats them on all levels.

"just crono'd 2 of them #1-455 fps #2-435 w/.20g. says 7mm bearing bushings .good stuff for me. rof was actually quite nice with just a 8.4. 9.6 was very good. it feels just like my ca. looks good too. comes with a better package deal than with most. it comes with the shorter inner barrel so you can have it nice and stubby from the start. also comes with the extension if you want to go long. two mags 300/450 hi cap. vert grip. id say this would make for a good outdoor skirmisher. for the money you couldn't dream of better stuff for this price range even just a few years ago. don't forget they are going to give us a 350 fps 7mm bushing p90 with 2 bullet mags for only 150 bucks??!! they rock as far as i am concerned.

"Okay to start off this gun is amazing! ive had this gun for just under a month and have shot around 10000 rounds through and it is still going strong. The rof with this gun on an 8.4v is average about 11 rps but once u hook up a 9.6 it boosts my rof up to 16-18rps.

Cons:gearbox locked up(easy fix tho)

Anyways this is a great buy for beginners or advanced players!

"Very good gun! it worked right out of the box and nothing wrong with it at all! grip and battery was nice (never use the charger, it will cause Dam to your battery!!) and the rear sight was good, but a little small. sucks that you only fit a small type battery

Very solid gun, good plastic and metal, and the sound it make is just so sexy!

"First off i just wanna say that this gun is a beast. I love this gun and it is well worth 235$. Very solid and i recommend getting .25 bbs for it. the .20 don't really get good range and they curve up after about 50ft with the hop up turned all the way down. Also an other reason this gun is great is because of its simple m4 design with better features than an m4, like charging handle, foldable stock and ambidextrous mag release and fire selector. the rail space is nice as well as the barrel extension, giving you the option to go cqb or that assault rifle look. overall this scar is awesome and a good buy if your a fan of the scar
