"OK, so I've had this particular AEG for a little over a year, and so far, I have no complaints. I run a 7.4 v lipo in mine, and have never had any issues. The first time I used my SCAR L was at an all day OP, and it functioned flawlessly. The last time I used it was last weekend at an indoor airsoft arena (Plains Airsoft Arena). Five hours of murderous rapid fire semi auto only shooting and, again, no problem.

Now, like almost every other sub $200 AEG, you have to take care of it, and not pretend you're a stunt man on a movie set, and not use an 11.1 v lipo in it, until you do some upgrades. You shouldn't drop it, throw it, ect..., or it will break/malfunction. These things ARE toy guns, and should be handled as such. If you are rough with any airsoft gun, it will break...

Maybe I got a really nice SCAR L, but I have no complaints about mine. Plus, it's lighter than my PPsH. All in all, a good quality AEG, with a full metal G36 style hop up and a nice feel to it.

"I got this gun about 8 months ago, it was my first gun and I'm very happy it was. I bought it to go on a week long airsoft trip with some of my friends who had 400 dollar M4's, and this Scar 100% held up with them if not out preformed them. It is very accurate with .20 or .25 bbs while also being very high FPS wise. I have a additional grip bought for it and offten times I just find myself holding the mag reciever as its very comfortable. But I do not like how loose the upper reciever is or the iron sights.

Pro's
-Very heavy and authentic feeling.
-High FPS and accuracy.
-Foldable stock is very nice.

Con's
-Loose upper reciever.
-Rear iron sights are TERRIBLE!!!

"I'm surprised with Dboys from this gun the gun has realistic weight and is dead on accurate from a great distance and I had no problem hitting my target in the head from over a 100 ft not even joking. When I first fired this thing I was like mother of god!(I said something else). This thing was shattering my bbs on impact this gun is powerful really! Overall great gun! It's to bad that they are discontinued but they are having a deal right now to buy a tan one and it comes with a holo sight all for $180 great for beginners and intermediate players.

"I just bought this gun. I have to say, I love it. From what I can tell it has crazy high RPM. It drains through a mag quick without you noticing. I recommend getting high caps. I made the mistake of only purchasing 1 min cap. It did disappoint me that EVERY review I watched it came with an extra metal black flash hider, but mine didnt come with one. So my guess is evike took it and is being cheap and reselling it(; who knows really. But I have a m200 extented flute barrel on mine. It looks amazing.
The only con I would have to say it how tight the orange tip was glued on.(but thats like almost every gun. At least it doesnt have the worlds smallest allen screw like my G36c

"Best gun I have. It's great for cqb with the short barrel and folding stock. The fps is under 360 with .25s. The problems I've had with it is the trigger broke off the day after I got it and then after using it on a field all day the selector switch on the right side broke off. Other than them setbacks it's a great gun. I would recommend this to someone wanting one. I probably just got a lemon.

"i have never felt the need to wright a review for a gun before. but i just got this and it is the best gun i have ever had. especially for the money. most of the parts i have seen are interchangeable with m4/m16 (internal) parts.

"Great gun. This was my second AEG and still out-performs my other guns. I have had two jams with this gun, but I had not lubricated anything and it was an easy fix. Good FPS for field and best ROF I've seen with a 9.6v battery.

Overall an amazing gun. I love the Scar L and H and this is no exception. I would definitely recommend it to a friend, but then I wouldn't be the only one with it. :) If you do buy it, i would suggest a replica EO Tech sight, which can be found for the best price I've seen on weaponblender.com. VFC barrel extensions are also here at evike for $28 if you want that original look and extra accuracy with a longer barrel. Definitely my favorite gun and the coolest looking, too.

"I to this gun on Monday , And let me tell you ... In the 12 guns I own , this is #1. Te feel to it is amazing and is well balanced with the weight , the full metal rails on the side and bottom are great , but it has a har plastic Upper rail. the magazine is a full metal high cap mag which is also great. My only problem is the battery compartment, it is very small so be very carefull hen you put it in so you don't pinch te wires , that's the last thing you want. The gun chronoed at about 410-415

Look to it but still has manueravility , The front side is metal and has to be pushed by a small pin to move up and down , The rear sight is adjustable and removable. The peep hole in the tear sight is a bit small but not to much to worry about. All in all it is a fantastic gun and Classic Armyade an amazon Job on this gun.

"This is a great gun I just got it in the mail today. If you get a battery for this DON'T get a 1600 milla amp battery if you do it will not fit.

"Just recieved this gun today and from what I can tell, it's a very good gun for the price. Many different attachment options can used on this gun without any struggle finding them. One thing I noticed is that this gun has an amazingly fast automatic fire rate. It feels really good in your hands and it's made for right handed AND left handed people.
