"Solid DMR, I bought the full metal version so its really heavy,
Pros: its a solid construction
Hits the target hard
Solid high cap mag

Cons: the charging handle broke after some decent use
The suppresor doesn't stay on the gun
And the barrel shroud makes it kinda front heavy and the stock is hollow plastic so its a bit odd to get used too

I've already put a new inner barrel because mine was kinda off but I'm almost positive I just got a lemon of a barrel, and finding a vest/plate carrier that with comfortable hold the wider magazines is a bit difficult but not horrible, another good part is that technically you can put a single or double drum magazine on it an call it a lmg

"I really like how it looks and it's my first airsoft rifle although I used the bbs in the box to test fire and they weren't coming out, I know for fact it's not the battery. I'm not sure if it's the bbs or the gear box.

"Got the polymer gun since the metal ones where out. Pros
The lower is nice and sturdy. The bbs hit hard its accurate even at longer ranges im hitting guys out to 100 yrds good first dmr or dmr platform for a build

Cons
upper is thin and flimsy (replacing it with a metal upper)
Sounds a bit rough at first how ever the noise goes away after its broken in weight as much as my real armalight ar10

"After buying this gun and using it for a few games, I can say it is worth it and I recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap DMR. A few things to be said about though:
-There is not a mock suppressor in the box.
-There is full auto.
-It is heavy.
-DO NOT buy the A&K magazines, they do not fit.
Just keep in mind that because you are buying a somewhat cheaper SR25, it is not exactly going to be as good as other, more expensive DMRs.

"I purchased this gun about 5 months ago. Overall it is a good gun, however I do feel that there are a few things that need to be addressed:
To truly fit the DMR role (For airsoft) the spring needs to be upgraded to a bigger spring. Out of the box it shoots about 400fps with .20s. For a DMR it is recommended to use at least .25 bbs. In addition to that, the trigger response on Semi auto is ok, but don't expect a snappy trigger for rapid follow up shots. The trigger is decent for a DMR, but if you want to really get fast follow up shots you're gonna want to do some upgrades. With the cons out of the way we can focus on the good stuff:
-Excellent build quality for the price. I purchased the full metal version, and the gun is quite heavy at about 11lbs fully loaded. The frame of this gun is quite strong and feels just like the real thing.
Overall I can recommend this gun for a begginer DMR player. More experienced players can run this gun, but will most likely want to throw in a few upgrades to reach this guy's full potential.

"Overall a great gun. Mine shot 390ish with .20 for chrono. Lower than i expected. Handles great.

Pros:
-accurate with some tuning.
- consistent with smart trigger pulls.
- perfect weight for bigger people. (Full metal receiver)

Cons:
- 390 fps with .20 out of the box.
- comes full auto. (Little jb weld does the trick)
- needs upgrades (bigger spring, polished barrel or tbb, piston, teflon tape for barrel, air seal adjustments)

Overall, great gun. Couldnt be happier with first airsoft purchase.

"This sniper rifle is an extremely good choice for its price. The polymer construction is extremely durable, the stock and grip are super confortable and the gun looks extremely nice.

Pros:
-good construction
-comfortable
-good weight
-looks awesome
-excellent price
-comes with foregrip
-comes with high-cap magazine

Cons:
-charging handle overextended
-sights are hard to see through at lower light levels

Overall:
An excellent gun for its price, and although the charging handle overextended at first, I returned it and it was fixed in only a few days.

"Fantastic budget DMR. One issue I had with it though is that only a few moments out of the box the charging handle overextended. Here is a list of Pro's and Con's (Because that's all anyone reads).

Pro's:
Very nice look, feel, and weight (Mostly metal)
Shoots hot
Very accurate over long distances
It DOES come with full auto

Con's
Charging handle overextended
Very long barrel
Relatively heavy (It's going to be a chore to run more than a half mile with this thing)

Note: Even though the charging handle may overextend you still can get the hop-up open by pushing on the charging handle. While annoying, I don't think this is a problem in operation; just in cosmetics.

"The quality control is bad. I've had a lot of fun with this thing over the past year and a few months

Issues
- Receivers don't fit flush
- QD suppressor didn't fit out of the box, required filing down on the mounting points.
- Mock bolt gets snagged, and needs help opening.
- Plastic stock and pistol grip feel low quality.
- Really low quality metal

Pros
- Shimmed semi decently
- All around decent performance
- full metal body
- Cheapest SR-25 on the market

"Mock supreser won’t come off and the latch won’t go in for the supreser.

"I've had this rifle for about a week now. I have not used it in a game, but soon though I have tested quick a bit as well as taken it apart to clean it up and go through the gearbox. Here are my impressions so far:

* The body seems solid and actually very nice, though the top receiver wobbles a bit on the lower.
* Straight out of the box the gun will not fire with battery inserted.
* The mag seems nice and fits very well into the rifle.
* The kit comes with the SR25 suppressor, forward grip and the pistol grip is very nice and ergonomic.
* The fire selector goes from safe, to semi to full even though there is a stop in the semi-only position. That's because the selector lever has a notch in the back side of it to allow it to go over the stop.

So obviously the first thing that needs to be addressed is why the gun isn't shooting at all. Not even a groan or whisper of noise coming from the gearbox. My first reaction is to look at the motor connectors. Often times those come off in shipping. Not in this case. Both were solidly attached. So I pulled the motor out and that's where I found the problem. The stock motor is completely seized up and will not turn by hand at all. So not a great start. I had planned to replace the motor anyway with a higher torque unit, but this should have worked right from the start!. Not good Matrix and EVIKE!
So I replaced the motor with an older Lonex one I had laying around and the gun dry fired. Problem solved.
The next thing I did was to load some .20g test BBs to check the claimed speed of 400-450FPS. Yeah, you guessed it, not as listed. My rifle was only shooting 381FPS at max. Disappointing for sure, but I never thought I would run this gun straight out of the box stock anyway. I knew I would be making improvements. But a lot of people buy these guns based on what the description says. This one needs to be updated as several people have also stated that the gun shoots at a lower FPS.
Next I took the inner barrel and hopup unit out and cleaned them up. Super gross and dirty. Next, the gearbox came out and I tore it apart. The shimming, if you can call it that, was terrible. One shim on the top of each of the three gears. All the same thickness along with some nasty grease spread all over the place. None of it on any of the wear spots. Typical Chinese build techniques.
The other parts inside the gearbox were pretty basic: plastic spring guild, M115 spring, basic 18:1 gears (though the bevel gear is really nice in that it has 6 anti reversal catches on it and an inset ball bearing in the gear itself which only works well if its greased and shimmed properly), a standard length, V2, full cylinder, standard V2 piston (full polymer design with no metal teeth at all}, extended SR25, dual O-ring cylinder head and a polymer, no o-ring SR25 nozzle. So some standard V2 upgrade parts will work in this gearbox, other are specific. Also of note was that the cylinder, cylinder head and piston head are of the up-volume size. Meaning that they hold a wee bit more air in them over the standard V2 parts and they are not interchangeable with some parts. The stock piston head is of poor quality and needs to be replaced soon. The cylinder is made of brass and wobbles slightly once the gearbox is fully assembled. I have never seen that before. The gearbox has no corner stress relieving done to it.

So basically if you want to build this into a true DMR there is a lot of work to be done. But if you want a true, nigh-end SR25 DMR right out of the box, this isn't your rifle. Spend the $500+ plus for one of the other ones. I bought this to be a project.

With the basic work done to get this rifle up to at least the level of taking it out to play with, it is now shooting .20g BBs at about 400FPS and .32g BBs at 300FPS and 1.55 j So its basically a really long basic field gun. Though with .32g BBs in it, the range is pretty damn good! I'm shooting out to at least 220ft before the BB starts to arch downward. And the accuracy isn't too bad, but that needs to be addressed with a flathop system. I could take it out now and use this gun to great effect, but it could be better.

Overall, I'm happy with this gun. It will make a good base for a proper DMR build eventually..

"The polymer receiver version comes with a two peice hop up that I found to not be very reliable, mag feeding didn't work well for anything but the hi-cap that came with it, and the actual hop the the hop up gave wasn’t consistent. I ended up having to get the A&K metal receiver set, I could use a one peice hop up, and the mag feeding stopped being a problem. I recommend a Lonex one peice hop up, I got some amazing results with this unit.

The “extended” version two gearbox (JG brand) is solid but the extra length of the gearbox body is matched in the internals by a elongated cylinder head, so it uses a standard version two cylinder and piston set, good for parts availability but doesn't give the owner any cylinder volume advantage of a regular v2 box. A 140 spring and a good piston upgrade should get you about 440 fps @ .20.

Adding an electronic trigger unit will require a lot a teching skill (G&G etu set) or cost (Gate Titan), to make it a solid semi locked DMR but is possible.

Its a good overall budget DMR platform but if you are seriously considering it, spend the extra money, aggravation and effort and just buy the metal receiver version .

"Beautiful gun just having troubles finding a battery for it heavy but that should be expected with how much metal the gun is made of

"Where to start ? Well ... First . If this is polymer then ive got some beach front property in Missouri ill sell you. I swear a 20oz pop bottle is probably about as thick and probably as strong . This is super cheap thin plastic. The gun actually flexs with light force ... Example .. if you purch this on a bypod the upper bends and makes the bb curve . No b.s .. mine shot in the 330 range which is way way low for a dmr platform. The gear box sounds terrible. It uses a 2 peace hop up so upgrading is slim pickings. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 70$ and get the real ak. THIS IS NOT NOTHING LIKE AN AK SR25 LIKE THE WORDAGES UNDER THE MATRIX TAN MODEL LEADS YOU TO BELIEVE .

"Won't be buying guns on here anymore. Such a bad experience. Took forever to get the gun. When I received it, the butt was wobbly and it shot werid. After that sent it backed in. It took forever to get it shipped back with a new one. New one comes in and of course there's somthing wrong with it. The front iron sight is broken off. The battery connection isn't Small Tamiya. Looks like it someone fixed it and they just shipped it out to me.
