"You get what you pay for, this is listed as a budget upgrade in the v2 gearbox guide (2020). It's maybe 10-20% faster than stock with nothing else upgraded? Which on an 11.1 lipo is barely noticeable. And when inexperienced players were asked which was faster in a comparison it wasn't consistently chosen at all.
I do plan to upgrade the gears to shs 13:1 ssg, I assume this high torque motor will be able to keep up with it.

"Its alright,
I tested this motor in a build with 13:1 gears shimmed with a 7.4v lipo and got disappointing results, stock motor was better lol
Though I feel like this was simply due to the battery power as if I were to have used an 11.1v instead I most likely would've way better performance
or I got played by QC who knows
Overall use a higher battery voltage I guess

"Pros: pulls almost any spring, Great response, solid construction, inexpensive.
Cons: fitment issues with some motor grips (too long for vfc scar grips), plastic endbell, piniongear does NOT mesh well with siegetek bevels (sounds squishy tho I bet it sounds fine on SHS gears)
I'd say buy this if you are building an SHS build.

"Replaced my Krytac 30K with this motor after hearing how good the ZCI units are, and it lasted less than 2 seasons. I swapped back to the stock motor. The ZCI also didn't turn more quickly. I'm not going to buy another one.
