"A friend of mine said not to get mech. grenades but I decided to try this one out anyway. The one he had a was a kwa (a good brand but oh well) and it never worked right. I got this and everyone tried throwing it around for a while and every single toss it opened up just as it should with no premature deployment mid-air or dead landings. It doesn't really shoot BBs very well, sadly, so if someone isn't with 4 ft of this you won't get a kill and even if they are hit it won't be above the waist so they might not feel it, but overall I think this is a pretty good re-useable nade for the price.

"So this is the second grenade I got from the 6MM Pro Shop. The first one I got worked like a charm every time which was the bigger grenade. However, this one well kind of misfires a lot. However, when it does work it works as intended it hits the ground and then it explodes. It's great for out and the field you can reload it right away without having to worry about gas. Also, since it's the smaller one it uses fewer BB's. Not like it matters in an enclosed rooms (HEHEHE) I think some adjustments are just needed on my grenade for it to work all the time. Which looks like there is a simple Allen key underneath the lever.

"Broke during my first use, Light underhand toss.

"So I ordered two of these and loaded both up pulled the pin threw both in the air 3 times each at about 20 ft high and both would not open after landing on my astro turf. Maybe I got a bad batch. I'm not sure if they are missing internal pieces or what, but they will not open. So until I can get one of these that works your getting a 1 star. Also I shouldn't have to go through evoke tech support to get answers. 6mmproshop.com should have their own tech number. It's just bad business.

"Okay well, I am changing my review. After making adjustments several times over. I can't get it to work. Here is the percentile.

40% fires fine
10% misfires (as soon as you release)
50% no fire

I tested this on my lawn, on concrete, on the driveway, against and on plywood, on rocks, on my workbench, on.... well you get my point. Nothing seems to get it working 100% of the time. Even during the no fire moment I have to slam it to get it to fire.

The bigger one (6mmProShop Airsoft Mechanical BB Shower Simulation Hand Grenade ID: 86726) for me at least fires 100% of the time all the time.
