"Finally got my hands on some of these and I have to admit they are AMAZING magazines. I am a huge fan of PTS products and I own quite a few of the original 150 round EPMs. When I heard about these coming out I just had to add them to my kit. They feed .32s which is my go too weight for most of my outdoor M4s and I have an Umbrella Armory Krytac LVOA that shoots 30+ rps and I haven't had one jam or misfeed yet. The 250 round capacity really is a nice advantage. I use to have to carry 6 150 round magazines for longer games but now I can get by with 4 and usually have a full one left over. On top of everything they just look so damn nice!
The only cons I have found is in a couple of mine the fuel gauge doesn't function very smoothly. There will be about 80-90 shots left and it will still show a 90% full magazine and then once it gets down to around 40-50 shots left the indicator will go from nearly full too E so suddenly. Might just be something small but it honestly doesn't bother me enough to try and mess with them and they both hold well over 200 lbs and feed great so I'm good with them not being perfect. The cost is the only other con and that really isn't bad. I expected to shell out some good money for the set of them I have. Yeah $30 per mag is pricey but they are in my opinion the best magazine on the market right now. I hope these get restocked soon because I want more of them!
Overall 9.75/10 from me.

"These are GREAT mags. Out of the box, I had no problems, and now about 3000 rounds through each of the two I bought, it works the most reliably between my KWA 120rds and my other PTS EPM's. The follower being indented instead of a ball also helps a ton. The BB's cant snake down around the follower.

"Between a massive capacity, the no-wind design, and the fuel gauge telling you how much ammunition you have left, this mag is an incredible addition to anyone's collection of Midcaps.

However, the mags contain a VERY strong spring, and through no fault of the mag, you may find that you're running into mid-cap syndrome, which can manifest as either a significant drop in FPS or not feeding at all. Take the time to look this up and make sure that you can solve this problem should you run into it.

"At least for my Krytac, the first 30, or so, place too much pressure on the hop up, I'm guessing. Because I have to shoot for a while before the bbs will hop. I've crammed them full for a month, but still have the same problem. Other than that, they work fine. I just wish they just worked to full capacity.

"It's not a bad mag but

250 in a mid cap and a gauge to see how much plastic you got left is really nice, but..... I've had these mags for less than a year and it feels like the main spring has become a bit weaker now. Luckily it has not caused feeding issues in my guns but if you have a dsg or some HIGH ROF be warned that these springs do degrade noticeably after maybe 20 ish reloads.

I empty my mags completely before putting my gear back so storing a mag with bbs is not the issue.

"I gave my 150 epms away a while ago so I can’t exactly compare, but I never had mag wobble with the 150’s, on these however there’s enough wobble to significantly throw off every shot without some modification. On top of that none of my fuel gauges work, but I guess it holds 250.

"I was excited when I first heard about the PTS EPM1 magazine at SHOT Show in January 2019. I really like PTS and Odin Innovations, so I thought this was a great cooperative arrangement. I will start with, these are my opinions based on the things I experienced when testing these magazines. This said, I should have taken a hint that the length of time in developing these was going to mean there might be problems. First, I loaded them (3) and discovered they only held 245; not a big deal when talking bbs but then it should advertise 245. Second, it is extremely difficult to load the last 75-50 bbs. Once I hit 200 on the Odin Sidewinder speed loader, it could not handle loading further bbs and my crank broke. Thankfully, I had a second Sidewinder and slowed down. I had to load the last 75-50 bbs with a piston speed loader and that was difficult. Again, not a huge issue if you have loaded magazines before but it does affect the third issue. Third, the indicator does not begin to register until you have at least 200-220 bbs in the magazine. It seems to require a full load to register. On the positive side, the load indicator does work very well. Fourth, these are REALLY heavy for polymer magazines, 200 grams unloaded versus 130 grams for the ARES Amoebas. Fifth, there are feeding issues with AEGs of a "lower caliber". My Lancer, APS, and CYMA all had feed issues, I compared this against my Amoebas which fed just fine. My Krytac, Echo 1, and PolarStar all fed well. So, if you have a high end AEG or any HPA, I believe these mags are just ok. For the money, I would opt for lower capacity magazines as I find fewer issues overall. These are a... disappointment.
