"If you're looking for a budget gun with a binary trigger, mosfet, adjustable trigger pull, and mulitple burst fire options from 1 to 5, this gun is for you.
(Bought the X4 SBR / Forged-Style Upper Receiver.)
**EASY EXPLANATION**
For the price, this gun is seriously a bang for your buck. If anything, its EXTRA bang, for LESS buck. You get all the aforementioned perks for around $200 to $250.
**WEIGHT**
Feels pretty good in hands, solid feeling, yet not heavy enough to fatigue you throught the day.
**MAG FITTMENT*
I use KWA 120 and Evike 190 midcaps. They both fit okay, with mild play in both from left to right. The Evike 190's feed better when pressed into the magwell, like for example when you are prone. The K120s just feed every other round, but when you're just running around, its fine. My only complaint is with a drum mag. I run the G&G M4 drum mag, and the fittment is loose as heck. Feeds just fine, doesn't skip shots, but its just far too loose for comfort.
**RANGE**
I was weary getting the SBR length, because I didn't think it would be enough for mid to long range shots, but this thing is still great. If you're really going for the long range, go for the X4 carbine.
PROS:
-great looks
-balanced weight
-quick change spring system
-pre-included mosfet
-all ambidextrous controls, included bolt catch and magazine release
-flat trigger gives easy way to really utilize your trigger finger
-amazingly quick trigger response stock out of the box with an 11.1
-infinitely customizable, with a top rail and mlok handguard
CONS:
-drum mag fittment for g&g drum mags is very loose.
-the allen key you need to remove the orange tip is.. i think 2mm? or maybe even smaller? luckily i had one or two allen keys in that size laying around.
TLDR:
buy this, have a good allen key set in METRIC, and have a good time. 10/10, would buy again.

"I really think this gun is great. If you’re looking for a $300-ish gun, this is the gun for you!
(I bought the Carbine / Advanced Receiver for $229)
======
I found that the battery (https://www.evike.com/products/23201/) is more expensive but works really well. Also, as a plus, it comes with a mini Tamiya adapter.
The magazine I would recommend is the Krytac M4 Magazine (https://www.evike.com/products/10533/). It holds 150 rounds and works perfect.
The Gearbox (Ver. 2 / Fully Upgradeable Metal Gearbox) is absolutely amazing! It has special modes to make it 1,2,3,4 or 5 round burst, trigger sensitivity settings, and so much more!
One problem I found is that it is very hard to remove the orange tip without a special Allen key that doesn’t come in the box.
=========
Here are some pros and cons that I would find helpful:
Pros!
-Very fast gun
-light
-Ver 2 Falcon Gearbox has so many incredible modes
-good size
-M-lok works great
-Ambidextrous
-high power
-380-410 FPs
-Flat Trigger works well for fast triggering
-looks good as #@%!
-easy to use the sight (if you do want a sight you will want a sight protector)
-easy to find parts and accessories from matrix (https://www.evike.com/brands/21/Matrix/)
-quick change spring works well if you’re transitioning from CQB to Milsim
==========
Cons!
-Allen keys are hard to remove because they seem to be in between sizes
-magazines hold only 150 bullets (you can buy a nice new drum mag here but they are expensive: (https://www.evike.com/products/69470/)
-buttons aren’t the highest quality
All of the cons are very small things that I hope don’t stop you from buying this gun.

"I would highly recommend the advanced receiver mlok carbine.I’ve built many guns as a tech/collector.The receiver is basically a vfc Novritch design which is a vfc(nicest externals out there)with matrix trades on it.finish is not as good as vfc kinda shiny. The lower receiver can except my vfc upper perfectly and the upper fits on my vfc fits perfectly on this lower everything lines up perfectly .The mlok rail is aluminum and very nice construction comes w/mock gas tube/block.No wobble at all in stock(awesome)only takes a 1100 mah stick battery in buffer tube.Internals are very nice also:
Gearbox radiused(not too good but done)
Bearings where they should be
Bushings where they should be
Metal selector plate
Nice wiring
Stainless steel b/b spring guide
Compression system is lacking but has a good seal
Very nice electronic trigger control(not a gate Titan but very nice for the$$)
Common gearset(pretty good shim job)
Nice trigger(can change sensitivity)
Motor is junk(not junk but this gun would be way better w/a neodymium Magnet 30/40 k motor in it)
Hopup is like krytac rotary plastic but nice add maple leaf mr hop and proper nub boom shooting lasers.
Inner barrel looks highly polished and has a very deep crown to it
Cons:
There aren’t any get it I bought this w/a budget build in mind and was highly surprised upon opening box.very nice quality gun add these items and you have a nice setup for less than 300$.
Add:
Maple leaf mr hop aeg bucking 60*70* /nub(clean barrel when done)
13tpa/16tpa 30/40k neodymium magnet motor(set motor height w/adjustment screw at bottom of motor grip when done re installing new motor.

"Bought this a little over 2 years ago when I was first getting into airsoft. I started off with a 7.4 lipo but that wasn't really doing the trick for me, so I am currently in the process of getting an 11.1 lipo. The stock and buffer tube will not fir the 11.1 I want, so I'm ordering a crane stock which I know will be able to fit a nunchuck 11.1 fine.
Pros:
- Durable
- MLOK
- Handguard and receiver are full metal
- Comes stock with a mosfet
- Included mag is a midcap (though this is more personal preference)
Cons:
- This is notoriously bad with feedings different magazines, I've tried 4 different mags and none have worked, I can only run 2 mags in total, the stock one that came with the gun and the SpeedQB X PTS EPM fit and feed perfectly
- The handguard extends past the barrel threads, making it hard to add barral attachments, I have yet to find a tracer that fits with this handguard, I'll probably just end up getting a new handguard

"Bought this gun a couple months back. For beginners, this gun is absolutely amazing. Well shimmed out of the box, good mosfet, very well built, all around amazing gun, especially for the price. However, this gun does have its flaws, but, there are only really gonna be experienced by someone who has more experience and will upgrade or tech on the gun. This gun uses a bunch of weird proprietary parts. It has a slightly different system that isn't compatible with normal tm or other spec systems. Same thing with the motor and pistol grip. Uses weird screws for the motor plate, motor head/tower is really weirdly sized, and doesn't fit in standard pistol grips. The gearbox weird as well. It has really odd supports inside, and doesn't allow much customization. A gate titan will NOT fit in the gearbox without some kind of grinding or modification. The only flaw i really can see with this gun ( other than the upgrade problems) Is that the castle nut and screw (screw that holds the stock to the gearbox) Tends to loosen very easily. Not that big of a problem though, easily fixed and doesn't cause damage. Overall amazing gun and would highly recommend.

"Just received X4 PDW with forged receiver.
Overall, great gun shoots well despite hopup having to be worn in.
Love the programmable fire modes.
This version shoots around 310 with .2’s out of the box (not the 380-410 advertised).
Also the QD mounts on the gun receiver (and x4 front rail) do NOT hold QD swivels they will pop out of place. However the stock does hold QD swivels securely in each of its mounts.
Overall a great gun, but taking off a star because of the QD mounts not working and FPS being lower that expected.
