"With this spring, a Tight bore barrel and the gasket mod I have seen this spring shooting 380 with .20's in my M16. Before these mods it was only putting out 315, couple that with a 9.6v battery and a high speed motor and you can expect 22 rounds a second

"Review for Systema Non-Linear Irregular Pitch Airsoft AEG Upgrade Spring (Power: M130) & M120 & M110
While the spring are high quality, they are way way over powered. An M130 generally means 130 meters/second with a 0.20g bb (guarder SP are tested with a 0.25g bb). 130 meters / second with a 0.20 is roughly 1.7 joule. However, the M130 I tested was getting up to 1.9/2.0 joule on quite a few guns I was testing, so it wasn't the guns but the spring. The same could be said for the M120 and the M110 I tested.
Knowing this, if you need an M120 I would recommend buying an M110. If you need an M130, I would recommend buying an M120. I took off a star because even after months of use, the spring still had the same amount of power. If you end up in the situation where you are 0.1 joule over your field limit, and have a rotary tool, just short stroke your sector gear by a tooth and you will be within your power limit.

"Got this for my G&G TR16 MBR 556. I chronod my gun before the spring and it was shooting 305fps average. Then with the systema M150 I am getting a consistent 398 to 400fps. Did not get anywhere near 500 to 550. Which is what I'm looking for.
I ran it with a 11.1V lipo and my motor was pulling it without a sweat and was getting 16 RPM
Pros,
Gave me 100fps more
Cons,
Not as stiff as I was expecting

"Put this in my AM-013 with a 575mm barrel, only getting a consistent 430fps with this. Could be the extra long barrel?
