"I bought this for my v7 gearbox and it's perfect. Very tough and durable and like the previous poster said, the fact that the teeth are replaceable makes it that much better. I would definitely recommend this if you're upgrading your gearbox or replacing a stripped piston.

"Great piston. I've run these from ultra-high speed setups to using an M170 spring, none have shown any damage. Will continue to get these pistons for all purposes.

"My Spur gear's inner teeth are completely stripped, my Sector gear is missing a tooth, and when this all happened the piston head came loose and it's o-ring went to the land of missing socks
BUT MAN THERE WASN'T A DENT OR ANY DAMAGE ON THE PISTON OR THE TEETH.
The fact that the teeth are replaceable only makes it so much sweeter

"This piston is great. I installed it in my G36C, along with a PDI 190%(M120) spring, and a High torque motor. It has the strength of an aluminum piston(b/c of metal teeth), but the lightness of a polycarb. Also, it is not shown in the picture above, but the sides of the piston that guide it through the gearbox are slotted, just like the Matrix aluminum ones. Highly recommended for any piston upgrade.

"I just bought it for a piston replacement for my g36 and so far it works pretty well.

"this is one of the best pistons i have used to date i had it in a ca g3 with an m130 and it held up to more shots than any other piston i have ever used recently the metal tooth strip got yanked out the back of the polycarbonate body but it made it through about 50000shots and never stripped i couldnt ask for better for only 20 bucks ill never buy another type of piston again

"I was having probs of my gun eating pistons. She even ate a ICS aluminum piston in the 1st5k rounds. This piston has held up like no other. The teeth seem to be deeper then most i have tried giving your gears a better bite to the piston.A very impressive product.

"this piston is awesome. it is extremely durable and is comparable to my friend's 50 dollar piston. great buy and i highly reccomend it. i use it in an m120 gearbox.

"all i can say is one word WICKED....my god. great piston light and strong steal teeth awsome!

"One of the best piston I have used. Great for both high speed and "durability" because it is super light with the metal teeth strip as the same time. Great price! The deep fire one is too heavy and way over-priced.

"Great piston i compare it to almost as good as deepfire full metal tooth and this is lighter and better for highspeed, using with ms120 spring and short toothed sector gear at around 30 rps and works GREAT.

"Great piston, worked fine in a Matrix G2 and a Bolt gearbox. However it did need modifications on the guides for a Krytac and a Kings Arms Gearbox.
This Piston came in on a measurement (from side to side using the guides) of around 21.34mm give or take. And the said gearboxes that it didnt work in, it needs to be modified to about 21.14mm.

"Made from great plastic, and is super light. But I broke the first tooth on 2 different rack inserts. The first time I thought it was a fluke, so I double and triple checked the AOE in case I made a mistake. I'm pretty sure this just isn't strong enough for a 170 spring. I still have the piston but refuse to buy a new rack. Meanwhile I bought a modify brand piston and downgraded to a 150 spring.

"I had this piston in a gun running on a 14:1 gear set and a Matrix 5000 series high speed motor. The piston I got was not perfectly symmetrical, and the grooves on the sides got misaligned and jammed up against the piston guide grooves in the gearbox shell. Subsequently, the teeth strip got ripped out the back of the piston and broken in half by the sector gear. I got a second one and have had no issues with it at all in a DSG build. The piston itself is great, but the quality control is a bit lacking.

"Im a big fan of this piston, I've bought 2 of em I'm currently running one in my M16 its only running about 26+ RPS at about 384.4 +/- 2.1 FPS.
My P90 different story however:
SHS 13:1 super high speed
Matrix high speed motor
11.1V Dean plug Lipo
and since Its my indoor gun sadly I'm using an M100
It rocked for awhile except at the back of the piston when the gear first makes contact the plastic cracked and the teeth would be push up and only cycle every so often, I believe I really should have decompressed my spring better to relieve pressure. By not just a single cycle but popping the gearbox out and checking I blame my laziness after a hot day.
