"I have had this gun for two games now. The first game that I used it I was blown away by how well it did right out of the box. The internals seem great! The externals though, not so much. I have easily chipped the flash hider, took forever and a day to get the front sight to stay in its mount, cut myself on the sharp rails, almost lost the butt plate pin which keeps the battery cover/butt plate on, and found out that the folding stock doesn't stay attached the hard way in game. The pistol grip is also a bit uncomfortable to hold due to a pointy edge above it ( just wear gloves to fix this), and the stock just seems very cheaply connected to the rest of the gun. I believe that this is why many owners of this gun have the folding stock issue.
The second game was not good. During the first round my gun stopped firing. Had to call myself out and upon inspecting it discovered that my red wire had disconnected in the stock. This completely cut off power from the battery. The reason for this happening is because of the way I was putting my battery in. The battery compartment on this gun is EXTREMELY tight. When pulling my battery out the friction disconnected the wire.
If you are considering getting this gun just be sure to take care of it. That is all. If you do, you will have a great gun that will treat you very well. Echo1 will last when maintained. I do love this gun. It is a great deal for the money. This review is by no means made to turn you away from a purchase, but rather to give you insight about what could happen to the gun and what to watch out for, because I would totally recommend this gun.
Pros: Great internals
Cons: Bad externals

"Decent gun. Stock wobbles alot. It's not very solid. Today my sister pulled on the stock with little force and the stock completely came off. I was able to successfully reattach the stock, but it's even less solid than before.

"Well it's a love hate, very nice externals and good internals if you manage to get a good qc gun.
The externals are solid make sure you tighten everything down before you fire it or els screws will fall out of the gun everywhere. i am a VERY experienced tech and i am able to mold a pice clay like this into a one of a kind custom AEG
pros
Good body, it is a solid platform to upgrade. (All i needed)
2 hi caps
Comes with a decent battery
150$ cant beat that for a scar
Cons
rear sight was busted off when i opened the box it was not fixable. Front sight is a joke, it has some serious wobble. 8 screws fell off the gun resulting in feeding issues fire selector breaking mag release falling off ambi fire selector keeper screws completely absent.
The motor plate screws where stripped rear stock bolt fell of which made the stock slide completely off and the wiring on the folding stock hinge busted off resulting in an un fixable gun. This has happened in a 300-500 test fire even before opening The scar's gearbox up. There is a few things more but not worth mentioning.
Internals
Barrel was bent, hop up bucking was torn and cut... Their was no hop up nub. The keeper pins in the hop up where in the wrong way which made the hop up gears just fall out.. Moving on to the gear box. Everything was dipped into car bearing grease, and i couldn't see what i was working with. When i opened it up after half a can of break clean, i seen a renforced gearbox with ball bearing spring guide, ball bearing bushings and a sector chip. Other than that it was good ol stock dboys gun. The spring guide bearings broke when i pulled them apart.. Not impressed. Motor is a 28-32 tpa d hole chaoli. I made a franken torque out of it, Always lots of fun.
Overall im very happy. I managed to turm this diamomd in the rough into something that is magical. After the fixes it is a sure keeper

"This gun looks very cool and feels really nice. There are a few good things about this gun and also a few bad things. Overall its a decent gun, but could of been a whole lot better.
Pros:
ROF is pretty decent
FPS is good
Overall construction of the gun
Comes with battery and charger for those who like those kinds of package deals.
Cons:
Front Sight was angled on mine(could of just been with mine)
.20 gram bbs curve up even with hop up all the way down( hop up is horrible) i would suggest .28s or higher
The selector switch would change while shooting
The biggest problem with this gun is the battery compartment, it is super small. Once the battery is in the gun there is no easy way to fit all the wires and the fuse back into the stock without cramping them all together. Then after the battery is in,trying to put the butt stock cover back on with the pin is even harder.
Overall a decent gun but save more money and buy a better brand gun like KWA or G&G
