"good awesome fun reliable

"This thing is beast. I've been using it stock for about a month and its an absolute blast. It really can keep up with the best of em. I just installed a 250mm 6.01 inner barrel covered with a 100mm mock silencer and a tienly high speed high torque motor 40,000rpm. The trigger response is insane and the rate of fire as well. I run 11.1 lipo 20c. Only 1000mah-1200mah 11.1 will fit in this gun with the battery compartment cover on. I run a 1400mah battery and stuff a plastic bag in the compartment with the battery and its doesnt move. I use a t1 style red dot and a nc star laser flash light combo on the top rail and the scope allows me to see right over laser/flashlight combo. Overall i give the KWA Ronin a solid 4.5-5 only wish it came with deans connectors but its better than their old wiring and is built to last. And after installing these upgrades that i did i will probably give it a 5/5

"very nice gun. played with it twice so far and it wrecks. ain't no dsg but i was getting around 23 rps with a 1250mah 11.1. If you use a 1400 or higher you can prob get a faster roof but this gun doesn't have a mosfet so be careful.

"Amazing gun. Runs great with a 7.4 lipo, and the only downside is that the stock does not have much room for a battery. Make sure to pick up a stock extension tube to help store your batteries. Not for beginners, definitely for a little more experienced player.

"THUMBS UP: great reliability, tight / compact form (dominates corners), beautifully anodized / coated metal muzzle device, and the trigger response with an 11.1 is on par with any other commercially available AR. The quick-change spring system is very helpful for taking the gearbox apart.

ANNOYANCES: The ambidextrous selector switch gets in the way for right handed shooters and doesn't add any value. The wire harness takes up a LOT of room in the battery compartment. The gun is pretty stout and heavy compared to most other SBR / PDWs (though this really indicates the high quality of the gun, both internally and externally). The latch for the charging handle is incorrectly designed, but still serviceable.


Overall I love this gun and feel like it will last me a long time, just like my other KWA rifles.

"Just so everyone here knows... The "switch life extender" thats right in the description is a fet. This has a fet unlike what the other review says so go nuts, put a 14v lipo in it you'll still be fine
