"I have this gun since october of the last year. Mine still shoots like a dream, far, accurate and doesn't have feeding problems.
Pro's:
-Good fps (360 fps)
-lightweight
-accurate
-good rate of fire
-my hopup is very good (no problem like other people say)
Cons:
-My outer barrel come a little woobly, but no big deal after I adjust it.
In conclusion this is a great gun for cqb and outdoor, don't let the people that say's it has feeding problems change your opinion. My mag doesn't have feeding problems, but If you are not sure, buy classic army metal hicap, they work like a dream in this gun. (It seems like some midcaps that came with this gun have feeding problems, but mine feed perfectly).

"When I got this gun, The mid cap it comes with fits snugly and feeds perfectly. The stock can wiggle a little but but correct gun posture can fix that. The best feeling grip for me was the PTS angled grip (Model: Grip-PTS042-DE). The flip-up sight are metal and are east to adjust but I put on some Magpul MBUS-II Gen 2 Back-Up Flip-up Front & Rear Sights that I got from my local gun store and they fit on the rail. The hop up is really easy to adjust which was a plus for me. I also purchased a matrix single point sling (Model: SL-Bungee1-T) with it and it works perfectly with my USMC C.I.R.A.S. vest.
The only thing is that when I used G&P mid cap mags they were constantly would not feed after 5 or so rounds. I switched to the G&G mid caps (Model: MAG-G-08-101) and I have not had a problem since. From my experience using this rifle, it is great for open range to close quarters airsoft playing fields. Over all this rifle is great for a starter or experienced airsoft players.

"Ok, I've had this gun for about a month or so and I test fired it the next day I had gotten it. It's shots good without hop up but I would suggest switching it on. One of the only problems I have with the gun a not a big big deal but once you put a new mag in the receiver, the gun has a little feeding problems maybe It's just me but the gun won't shot once but shot twice in one pull of the trigger put all you have to do is just put it in auto and fire a few rounds off, anyways I love this gun and if your looking for a great gun under $200 this is the one to get!

"Great rifle. shoots great, iv'e had no feeding problems with it at all, and the mid cap it comes with feeds great and has a cool design. the only problem iv'e had is mine came with the barrel bent up the tiniest bit. so when i put my suppressor on it looked a bit strange. but that was just my gun. im sure no one else had the problem i did. no biggie.
if i were you i would get this gun. its beautiful. i named mine Bonnie. i suggest you buy

"This gun is a pretty awesome gun. For the build, and two tone design of this G&G product you cant go wrong. I bought this and when I first used it I realized that it would only fire a BB once every few shots and sort of "stutter". This was soon fixed as this gun needs to be fully charged even past the green on a smart charger, and that this gun needs to have GOOD quality magazines FULLY wound up, and not some cheap mags. Overall great gun very strong feeling to it and excellent preformance. I ran a 9.6v nun chuck, and it shot very accurate, and had a rapid rate of fire. Anyone wanting to buy a good build on a G&G model go with this one in either color. You definitley wont regret it.

"This is a great gun. I bought it a few months ago and it still is shooting dead on. I like everything about this gun expect for the stock magazine but you can buy an m4 hi-cap mag anywhere. I would fully recommend this gun for CQB people for it is light weight and easy to get around corners with. You won't be wasting your money with this gun.

Light Weight
Accurate
Good FPS for CQB
Full Metal

"I've has the G&G CM18 Mod 1 for about 2 years now and have had chance to play in few games with it as well as putting. Well owe 5,000 bbs through it messing around at home LIke you probably already know it is essentially a G&G Combat Machine with full polymer externals. The rail system is a nylon reinforced polymer copy of the DD Mk 18 rail system and the inner barrel is shorter. Out of the box this is a perfect CQB gun ax ir cane shooting consistently between 330-340fps with 20z. I found out fast that unless you upgrade to an outdoor spring anc definitely replace the standard 6.08 G&G Aluminum inner barrel. Stock with. 25s 100-125 foot shofs are about the max limit of the guns effective range. My favorite features of all G&G CMs is its extremely tough and durable for having plastic externals but they take a tremendous amount of abuse without breaking or cracking. I highly recommend this gun to all beginners and younger players for sure for its extreme light weight ( Maybe 4lb) I played for about an hour and a half with it but eventually switched over to my VFC HK 416 CQC and even thoght the range on my VFC blows the G&Gs away I missed nor having to create another team. My only issue is with the subpar trigger response and fps. 9/10 Good start into airsoft.

"It's a decent rifle for the price and great for newbies. The M4 design gives you lots of options for upgrades later on if you like. Most of the rifle is polymer but sturdy. The stock has a bit of wobble bit not too bad. Threw a nunchuck 1600mhz 9.6v battery in it and it works well. Now for some of the highlights and issues I have encountered.
Pros
Good options for upgrades
Metal Gear box and good G&G internals
Sturdy Design
Decent Price
Good for CQB
Cons
Some feeding issues
Polymer design may turn off some
On occasion you get a BB that just drops off twenty feet in front of you
I find that the mid caps that come with this rifle have feeding issues. i found best results with good high cap magazines fully wound up. Battery is best when fully charged, it allowed for best fire rate and accuracy. Overall I found it to be a good AEG. I'll most likely upgrade to another AEG down the line, but will keep this and upgrade it over time.

"I got this from air rattle and when I shot it for the first time I noticed it misfired. I think the bucking was slightly blocking the feeding mechanism . I would recommend getting a new hop up. It was solid though. Good weight but rof wasn't great on 7.4 lipo. It would be perfect for cqb.

"I give this gun a 4/5 because the FPS is at the most 325. (Or at least my gun). I will be replacing the spring for a more beefy one here soon. Other than that and a couple minor feeding issues it's great. Generally a high rate of fire for a intermediate level gun (running a 9.6v).
Pros
Tan and black combo looks amazing
Nice sights
Handguards
High ROF w/ 9.6v
Cons
Low FPS in regards to what it says
Only comes with a mid cap
Some feeding issues
Battery compartment hard to open sometimes

"The CM18 MOD1 is an underestimated rifle. It is a very good beginner and even intermediate gun, with an all polymer body and metal flip up sights. Do not listen to the reviews saying thus gun misfeeds, because it does not.
Pros:
Metal iron sights
Spaces for butterfly configuration batteries
Solid upper and lower receiver
Cons:
Flash hider is quite big
Stock is only a bit wiggly
Plastic hopup
