G&G CM16 Mod-0 Airsoft AEG Rifle (Package: Tan / Gun Only)

"I bought this gun a few months ago and with thorough testing I have to say it's one of the better deals on the market. G&G combat machines are notoriously well known for reliability and price but this one is a bit better than the rest. 5 starts for durability and upgradability. My 11.1 lipo hasn't destroyed the unmodified gearbox yet and works in tandom with a high torque motor for extra crisp trigger response. Stock m110 spring gives me about 345 fps with .25s so it's indoor legal.

-inexpensive
-easily upgradable
-polymer build so it's lightweight (yet still very durable)
-accurate for about 100 feet maybe more
-personally I think it looks really cool
-comes with attachable 20mm rails for the front

Cons:
-doesn't come with functioning bolt catch/release
-can't think of anything else it's a really good gun

"First I'm on my moms account just FYI. Alright my bro received this gun about a month ago and all I have to say is AMAZING rifle the fps is good 350 to 360 which means you use this for both cqb and field play. Great externals dropped it in the snow while playing with my friend and it still works flawlessly. Internals are nice good for a beginner airsofter. Also has great range About 100 feet I am sure it will go further with the hopup adjusted.GREAT GUN

"Big fan of the CM16. I've owned the gun for little over a month now and have used it about 2-3 times each week of said month. My platform isn't modded to look so nice but its got the goods. My version has a crane stock (Battery compartment) and a quad-rail system on the front end. Now, onto what you came to look at.

Pros:
-Gearbox cycles well
-Lightweight (metal internals, but other than that all HQ ABS)
-Comfortable
-Accurate
-Easy Access to hopup (flip the dust cover on the side and bam)

Cons:
-Fps is too low for outdoors (local CQB has 305 cap)
-High Quality plastic is still plastic

Overall, its a very fun gun to run with and I would highly recommend the CM16 and G&G for a first gun or a lax play gun. Thanks G&G.

"This is my first airsoft rifle. It is a great starter gun and I've had it for about 6 months now and it is working fine. I've had a few problems with it though. My mag release fell out and it was kind of tricky to put back together. When I first took it apart a random wire found it's way into the magwell. The included magazine isn't very good after a little bit.

Pros:
Consistent ROF and fps
Good build quality

Cons:
Battery is a PAIN to get in.
Pieces have fallen out

Overall it's a great gun and I would suggest it to beginners to mid level players

"Had it for a little over a year now and it was shooting fine. Then all the sudden it randomly started dryfiring. I checked if the mag was loaded and it was. Tried all my m4 mags none of them worked. So I don’t know if I just got a lemon because everyone else seems to love this gun. It is a great gun, it shot great and had a good FPS and everything.
