"Just got this gun to day and I love it it is sturdy built and is powerful to bad it only shoots one at a time but it's worth it it's full metal and real wood I got another20 round clip so it doesn't stick out but a 40 round one would be better for battles but 2 is good for me with the power it definitely is worth it for messing around with plus it's awesome looking it's still early but Iwas think I got a good shotgun thanks evike!

"This is a great shotgun and I love everything about it except for one problem, it is so hard for me to repump. I cant use it because my arm cramps up and is sore for hours after only a few shots, it might be my model only but idk. Great gun otherwise!

"The shotgun, in general, meets my expectation and needs. It has a highly realistic look and weight, and it's more than worth the price that I got it on sale for (about 90$). I have a few quarrels with it
PROS:
- Realistic weight
- Realistic appearance
- Fits my personal need as a replica collector
- Functions well as a target-shooting gun, great for moderate use.
- Very pleasing, both to the look and to the touch, with well-detailed receiver ("12 GA." and "Model 870 Super Magnum" on the left side) and smooth, ergonomic wooden stock/grip
CONS:
- I took the shotgun outside for a test-fire and it appears that on the hot/highly humid day I find myself in, the paint on the receiver of the shotgun has gotten "sticky"-- Rubbing it causes some of the black paint to wear off in my hand or on a rag, and there's nothing I can do to stop this. Fortunately it's not all over the gun and only on the rounded top of the receiver.
- I notice that the foregrip (the pump) is loose and rattly, despite it's realistically-weighted and smooth-feeling wooden furniture.
- The "Magazine" tube (What would normally be the internal magazine on the real shotgun) came loose and unscrewed; I had to take that part apart and readjust it, but it was a very minor issue and gave me no problems afterwards
- There's only one sling hook? I don't know if that's intentional or what, but I don't see how such a weighty shotgun (almost 10 pds) can be easily carried with only one hook
- The Magazine (the actual one that holds airsoft pellets) is intensely hard to pull out once it's put in. You have to hold the release, and pinch it out at a very specific angle to get it to slowly wedge out. This makes it unsuitable for skirmish use as it's hard to reload without a larger mag.
Despite the various cons I've listed here, it's still a very good shotgun-- especially for the price!

"This is a really nice gun. The wood feels very solid and has a nice finish, and the metal feels quality. It's also got a pretty substantial weight to it. The description talks about how basically you're getting twice the gun for what you pay for, and that couldn't be more true. When it comes to bang for your buck, this gun shines. Performance wise, this is a sniper in the body of shotgun. The only con to this being that most indoor CQB fields probably won't let you use it due to its high fps. The range is easily around the 150 ft. mark. My only real complaint is this thing is big! While this may not be a problem for bigger people, for me it was far too big to be wieldy, so I will be returning it for the smaller, "sawed-off" version! All in all, if you're looking for a big shotgun that has the performance of a sniper rifle, then this is for you! If not, maybe you wanna go with the smaller version. Another smaller complaint is some parts on this gun have quite a bit of shake and move to it. However, it still feels very high quality, but this may possibly be something you'd want to consider.

"I've just gotten this shotgun to be my first airsoft gun, and let me tell you that it feels good. The materials are awesome, the sound and pump feels satisfying, and it's very realistic to an actual 870.
Pros:
AMAZING materials for price
Real wood
Good sound
Good FPS
Has a hopup unit that's easy to adjust
Cheap reliable magazines that can be speed loaded
Cons:
A bit heavy on the weight
If you can't pump the foregrip all the way, you WILL get firing errors
Magazines may be hard to get out if you have thick gloves

"Pretty good gun. Feels like the real thing. Just three problems
1. The pumping grip is a little loose
2. Magazine was a bit different to put in and take out
3. Adjusting the hop up is a bit difficult
Other than that i give a 9/10. Best gun so far

"I just got mine a few days ago and i have to say that this gun is very realistic in weight, feel, and looks. The pump action is a bit stiff and it's single shot. but to me those are the only cons to this 870

"I have the full-size wood grip model.
It's a pretty good, single-shot gun that has pretty solid parts. However, after a bit of use, my gun has developed A LOT of wobble. The grip is extremely loose and the stock wobbles a good amount.
The parts are all well-built, just poorly assembled and clearly not designed for heavy use.
It still works but it now feels more like a cheap toy. I would say it is good for the low price but it will show its cheapness after a little while.

"As previously mentioned, its super sturdy and a gorgeous gun. The real wood and metal really make you feel good when carrying it. The FPS is decent and the firing works. I marked it off because I expected a gun made so well to have the satisfying "Click" when you pump it, but instead it almost feels like you will break it each time. It definitely isn't easy (for me at least) to pump it between shots and I really wanted the slide to be easy and realistic.

"The only problem I have with this is the 20 rd clip sticks and i had to pop one out with a small pocket knife

"I purchased this gun about four months ago. It looks great and feels great. It worked great too for awhile. Now I seem to have feeding issues? It won't fire at all. I was happy at first, but now I regret buying it. I've tried multiple different magazines in the gun and had a tech at my local airsoft field look at it. Overall I would recommend you get a CYMA metal tri shot shotgun instead. It's about the same price, it's metal, and you have three times the fire power. This gun is hit or miss if you can get it to work it's great, but if not...

"I recently bought this gun and received it today. I immediately took it out tried to fill the mag up to the standard "21" rounds to find out that the bb guide would get stuck in the mag around the 14th bb and i would have to take out the spring and free it with a paper clip. Other than the mag i got being trash (might be a lemon), it's an alright gun.
-Pros
*Heavy
*High FPS
*Compact
*Satisfying pump
-Cons
*You can see pretty well where they cut the mold for the hand grip
*Mag jams (might just be mine)
In the end there are probably better alternatives, i just haven't looked at them yet.

"UPDATE ON MY PREVIOUS REVIEW:
The gun's sticky upper-receiver coating was from a sloppily/lazily done re-paintjob, as somewhere along the manufacturing like the metal receiver was scrapped against the ground and lost alot of it's original coating. I have since stripped the sticky black paint and am left with a used-up looking receiver.. at least it doesnt run off black paint in my hands.
Good gun. Terrible craftsmanship.

"ok had this shotgun for a little while about 10 mins and it jam then I thought it was my fault I was shooting and pumping to quick but what I seen when taking down the gun that bbs were ripped in pieces the metal insides cuts them in half and there is a hole in where you put the mage in and sometime sike all the time in the pass 2 sucky mouths it will get stuck and is a bb gets jam it will and I mean will push that bb when you unknowingly rack it and if your not like me and know how to take and put together this gun back plz do not buy it and to make it worse the hop up and the pump guide rod is the worst it is hard to handle and the rod broke and plz don't buy this plz don't you will waste your money go for a 40$ shotgun that will last better then this and I feel the evike here is selling me pre owned guns that had problems in the pass......... but I still love evike they have more of an selection and parts.
