"I might be wrong or got a bit of a lemon but they seem just a tiny bit small. They still work fine but you might have some difficulty putting mags back inside in field. (Not really a problem just get a dump pouch or something)

"The quality of the pouch is good. If you are going cheap and you don't want pay for taco mag pouches. THIS POUCH IS YOUR BEST BET! the only reason why I did not suggest this pouch to be 5 stars is that there isa rubber piece inside of the pouch that if you put a magazine inside and take it out, you might remove the rubber piece. But you will notice it and its easy to put is back in. I wouldn't worry about it. This is still the second best choice if you are in a low budget.

"These are really good mag carriers, some of the best I've used. These are extremely good for CQB (in my opinion). I would recommend these to everybody, but these can be a REAL pain to attach.

"These do a good job of keeping mags in place. I have even tried putting my WE Glock mags and they fit fine but not the 50 rds extended ones because they move back and forth a lot. Regular cap pistol mags work just fine.

The way it stays in place is through a set of straps that you weave through your MOLLE vest and hook into the bottom of the mag carrier. These are made out of RUBBER so over time they will probably rip where they hook onto the mag carrier.

When I walked in to the store to buy them they already had a torn rubber strap so keep an eye out for that. Evike was more than generous enough to go ahead and replace the one that had a torn rubber strap.

Hope this helped

"BLUF: You get what you pay for. They're not bad for the price, but you're better off getting something else if you want it to last.

I've had these for a few months now. I bought four to run on my plate carrier.

Overall, they're not bad. The retention is great, and they're pretty good for the price. Just know that they're not heavy duty by any means.

Within the first ten or so outdoors games I've used them in, I had one crack a big chunk of plastic off the corner. Along with that, some of the straps seem like they might tear soon if they're not handled carefully.

Pros:

- Great retention
- Easy to re-insert your mags on the go
- Looks dope
- Budget friendly

Cons:

- Cheap build quality, not very durable

"I received these yesterday and my first impression is that they're really cool. But the main reason I really don't like these, the mounting straps are a really thin rubber strap that tears extremely easily. Each pouch has 2 straps. Both of the straps of one of the pouches already ripped. And on the other one, 1 of them is fine but the other one is just about to rip. So basically I have 1 pouch.

Pros:
Fast reload
Plastic build quality
Holds M4 mags perfectly
More of a CB color

Cons:
Mounting straps
Pretty much everything rubber

If you get these, I HIGHLY recommend buying cloth straps to make sure they don't rip.

2.5/5

"These are cheap chinese clones, and they are really pretty bad. Usable, yes, but terrible. The rubber on these was cracked and torn, without having placed them under much stress. There is a piece of rubber on the inside to provide some tension, and it falls out. There is a lot of superglue holding mine together. Moving the bands up and down to adjust tension doesnt seem to make much of a difference. The attachment bands are sub-par, and I have pulled on my magazine and had the whole carrier come off of my battle belt. Ive also pulled on magazines where the internals of the mag get stuck in the carrier, and the magazine shell comes off. Its actually funny how many problems ive had from this product.

Pros:
Cheap
Looks like the real thing
Cheap

Cons:
Lots of burrs/extra plastic hanging off from molding
Material of bands is absolute crap
Tension system is crap
Attachment system is crap

Ultimately, there is a reason the real things cost twice as much as the pair of these. I like the idea of the FastMag, but the material quality on these makes them a novelty item, rather than tactical gear.

"People aren't critical enough on their reviews.

These are cheaply made replica's of the ITW FastMag. The rubber inserts in the pouch just fell out on two of mine. But the worst part is definitely the back strap - it's a VERY cheap strap, and the way the strap + hook is designed at the bottom, the cheap strap just simply will not last. It WILL break. Two of mine broke just after a few minutes of strapping it onto gear and test fitting. One other won't stay secure. Once you have it in your hands, you'll see for yourself.

These are pretty good value, so if you're not sure if you'll like this style of mag pouch - this is a decent way to try them before buying the real thing.

"This is made very cheap. The rubber straps that provide tension were loose when they arrived. Had to strap them down with electrical tape. Made it last for about a month then the rubber straps broke all together. Save your money, don't buy this!

"Absolutely terrible, very low quality mag holders. Do not buy these! The carriers attach by running a thin (1/8") strip of low-quality rubber through the MOLLE webbing on your gear, and then secure onto a very small (1/2") hook on the bottom of the carrier. It pulls apart very easily. When I try to remove a magazine, the carrier literally _rips off along with the magazine it's supposed to be holding_.

Don't buy this. Spend your money on a higher-quality polymer mag carrier or some HSGI Tacos if you need a fast mag carrier. I'm returning mine immediately.

"These are HORRIBLE! Received a pair last week and the back straps on each one were ripped. I had to super glue and electrical tape them back together. Also the straps are so weak, you can barely get them to slide into MOLLE webbing. Horrible!
