"Here is my full internal and custom build of this gun, I got it to 43 RPS check it out~!
https://youtu.be/iX9Gz2UdVrM

Its a good base starter. Does not have a Quick change gearbox, plastic piston, steel gears as usual, a cheap motor and trigger contacts. Nothing spectacular about the gearbox. On a 11.1 lipo stock it was shooting on my chrono 20 RPS at 355 FPS with .25 gram bbs. Accuracy is decent with the metal hop up unit and rubber bucking.

The compression was fair and the shim job was not to bad.
|f you were going to upgrade it defiently swap out the bearings as these are those cross patterened crap ones, the piston for a metal toothed piston and motor.

PERUN V2 MOSFET WILL NOT FIT, the trigger system has a post in the gearbox it slides down unlike a traditional gearbox shell so you will need to dremel it flat to fit.

RETRO ARMS QC gearbox fits with no issues at all.

overall a solid feeling gun!

"This was my first gun I had ever bought. Over all it is a pretty good gun, its strong accurate, and has a nice heaviness to it. I like to run around and I tend to work my guns a lot. So I don't know if this a problem only i have or not but the stock seems very week. The screw holding it in is not very good and comes loose very easily. I also had a problem with the silver pole that runs under the top rail of the gun. It is very wobbly and makes noises sometimes. Other than that I have had a lot of fun with this gun and would recommend it.

"Very nice gun, miss fires a little too much but very accurate especially with the hop up.

"The first time I fielded this gun was awesome! The gun gets good range and consistency for the price point. I got this gun too upgrade but right out of the box it preformed very well. Now I have upgraded the accuracy via the barrel, bucking and hopup chamber and now the range and accuracy is great! I get about 220+ feet with this gun with .28g too .3g bbs.

Pro's.
Good range and consistency out of the box.
Full Metal and durable (I have dropped it a few times lol).
Extended mag release button.
Audible click of the selector switch.
out of the box FPS was 395 too 410.
Looks Great.

Con's
Barrel Does wobble time to time. (easy fix)
With time the trigger has gotten a little stiff.
(more of a tip than a con lol) Don't pull the charging handle too hard or the spring that holds the bolt release will come loose. (easy fix)
With time some pins on the body have shifted a bit from the vibration of shooting. (I just tap them back in)
Its hard too find URX 3.1 rail accessories.

But all and all a good beginner to intermediate gun and a good platform too upgrade. I give it a 4.3 out of 5.

"I'm pleasantly surprised with the build quality. The metal body, rail kit, and other elements reminds me a lot of G&P parts, while the polymer parts (grip and stock) remind me of G&G's polymer mix. Additionally, it has a functional, VFC-style mock bolt catch. Overall a very solid-feeling gun.

It shoots about 400+/-8 FPS with 0.2g BBs, 11 RPM. The stock barrel is a 6.03mm tightbore, verified with digital micrometers, though the interior surface isn't polished very well (and, I suspect, the material is fairly inconsistent). The hop-up bucking is the same kind of PU-feeling rubber Cyma's been using for years - I suggest changing this out for a Maple Leaf, Madbull, or G&G hop-up bucking, as these tend to shear apart under normal use. The hop-up nub is a standard rubber cylinder, better served with a replacement H-nub, SCS nub, or whatever you want.

The hop-up unit is quite bad. It has a lot of flashing on the interior surfaces, which makes it difficult to adjust the hop-up settings. I ended up switching mine out for a polymer CA one I had lying around. Because of this, the gun was usable only to around 100ft in stock configuration, since more hop-up couldn't be applied due to the flashing.

The gearbox is standard Cyma setup - their clear, fragile polymer pieces, bargain bin 18:1 gears, a fairly weak motor (though I believe it's a neo motor, just perhaps not the best quality), and plastic piston head/cylinder head with a full plastic piston. The spring guide is metal, and the spring itself seems to be at least an M120, assuming the cylinder compression is good.

Additionally, I'm not quite enjoying the stock because of the odd adjustment lever. On most AR-style stocks, you compress the lever AGAINST the body of the stock - however, on this stock, you pull the lever AWAY from the stock, as if you were removing the stock entirely. It also seems to have trouble slipping into the detentes on the buffer tube. It's not horrible and is totally functional, but that's a con for me in terms of ergonomics.

Regarding Evike "Gun Only" packages:
This came with the gun, magazine, manual, and unjamming/barrel cleaning rod. It basically just doesn't come with a battery or charger.

In summary...

PROS:
-Metal body and polymer components all feel great.
-Fully compatible with V2 parts, including gearbox shells.
-Great donor gun candidate.

CONS:
-Stock adjustment is a bit weird.
-FPS is too high for most fields these days.
-Inaccurate due to poor hop-up manufacturing.

Verdict:
For $140, this is a great donor gun to put your own internals in. However, if you want something truly field-worthy in stock configuration, your money may be better spent on a G&G Combat Machine for $10 more.

"Do not but this gun! This gun has given me nothing but problems ever since I have gotten it. The trigger switch has broken on it twice and now my piston is not making any compression. If you want a good gun for the price consider getting a g&G combat machine.
