"I bought the HDS version and have used it for about 3 months, and it works very well. So far i have had no problems with it other than user error. Safety is stiff, but not a problem. Gas consumption is great, and i plan to HPA tap it in the future. Weight is very similar to that of the real steel version. One thing i did not like is that the follower in the magazine tube that assists in removing stored shot shells rattles around when empty, but this can be solved by filling the magazine tube with shot shells. Overall i would recommend this product to anyone looking for an M870. In my opinion the JAG arms version is better than the TM, but the JAG lacks trades.

"I love this gun! It has a nice feel (more on the heavier side) and is really sturdy. I've only used it a few times since I got it but it think it is going to last a long time. The pump is a little loose but when you go to pump it, it is SUPER smooth. You can adjust the amount of BBs from 3 to 6 which is really cool.
Pros:
Nice Feel
Pump is Smooth
Easy to adjust The BB amount
Really Sturdy
Range is really go for a shotgun
Spread of BBs is decent
Cons:
Pump is a little wiggly
Stock is a little wiggly (but not a big problem)
(My gun was refurbished and is still really good, so if you buy one from here I'm guessing its going to be better)

"Got mine the day they come out. It is a great gun. Truly amazing. For mine, .25 bbs are best for range and accuracy. I keep mine as a back up to my krytac, but take it out a lot for fun. For the price its great. over all tm is better, but out of the box its a bunch of fun. 10/10 would buy again!!!

"Ok, this thing is awesome. Short, sweet, and to the point like every cqb shotgun should be. Heavier that I'd thought it'd be but I need to work out anyway. There are threads on the inside of the outer barrel but I have no clue what direction they go in or what size they are. If you want rail space on the hangaurd, it IS a clone of the Marui. Perhaps the G&P railed hangaurd for the Marui can fit. Because I haven't heard too much about cosmetic upgrades for the scatterguns. Since I'm not tech savvy to be the first to try it, I hope someone that is will read this and put this info to use.

"Alright so Ill start with the bad and end off with what I love:
Bad: The shotgun I got has broken in a few places, I am working on repairing them as some are minor and I have the know-how. The cap at the end of the shell tube has broken off at the threading, 2 springs inside the mech box have been chewed up by the pump mechanism, and the O-ring that seals the nozzle to the reservour arrived with a tear and no lubrication. I've only had the dusker for 4 months and all of these issues began within a few games.
Good: This thing is some of the most fun I've had on the field, the action is satisfying, it hits hard, and it feels the way a shotgun should. It's a head turner for sure. It's cloned off the TM870 and can be worked on with a little bit of technical know-how. It comes in various configurations, and if you can source them you can mix and match the various parts to really customise your shotgun (Thinking about finding a longer barrel and buffer tube conversion for mine).
Overall it's good bang for your buck, but be prepared to strip it down and work on it a lot, it'll need the TLC.

"Great little shotgun, did have a slight leak after about 3 months so be aware (I bought the tpg model) but it was a neat little cqb setup. I would say if you’re gonna get one avoid the pistol grip only models because they are prone to leaking. Pretty sweet gun but a few minor defects, nevertheless still a good shotgun.

"I got the HD wood model and it is great. Haven't used it in a game yet, seeing as it just arrived today, however it feels great to use, seems to have good gas capacity. The only problems I have with it are that the fixed hop up means some bbs (I'm using 0.25s) will go flying upwards so that you have to aim downwards to hit a soda can about 20 feet away. Also, it doesn't leak normally, however if you were to hold it one handed it leaks where the stock meets the receiver due to the weight of the barrel, which could be problematic while reloading or in some other edge cases. Luckily this only happens in the situations I just mentioned, and the seal seems to be perfectly fine otherwise. Also, the inner barrels end a few inches before the outer barrel, so I wouldn't recommend getting the long barrel models in the name of accuracy.

"It was working like a champ for a good week or so until the O ring on the fill valve busted and the gun stopped filling gas. I fixed it using Teflon tape on the fill valve and now it works just fine. Gas won't be a problem anymore once I HPA tap the gun.

"This is a very good gun I got it on black friday so I've had time to test it
PROs
-looks good
-shoots far with .25s
-holds lots of gas (full tank I got almost 170 shots)
- all metal
-Hpa ready out of box
- smooth pump
Cons
- Heavy (full metal)
-front sight fell off almost instantly
4 stars only because of the front sight

"The jag arms scatter gun is and amazing shotgun its great for cqb.I Scares everyone. Its really accurate.I recommend hpa tapping it and also get a m4 adapter thats what i did to mine. The only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pump jams like crazy for mine. But mine is just a lemon.Jag arms should really bring there quality control up.

"I recently purchased the HDS black and I must say this gun does not fail to impress. The metal body feels extremely sturdy and the weight is just perfect for someone wanting a more realistic feeling shotgun over the normal plastic guns. However I would not recommend this gun to a child as trying to hold it for extended periods of times could prove a bit difficult for them. When ran through the chrono at my local field it was shooting 340-347 FPS with .20 BBs on the 6 shot setting. I found that this gun was accurate from a 50-75ft range (I play at Gamepod Combatzone which after 50-75ft it gets hard to track BBS as its pretty dark on the field) but anything over that range was pretty hard to hit simply because of the spread of the BBs. The other issue is that it is a extremely tight fit for the gas tank to fit in the stock. If you are not fast enough while putting the gas container in then you are sure to lose some gas and the same can be said for when you push the ejector, you must quickly grab out the gas or risk losing even more gas, however the gas container in my experience holds enough gas for around 35-40 shells, tested this with the 18 shells I have for the gun and I ran two games on only one tank. Honestly after reading an endless amount of reviews warning me not to buy these guns, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the version I purchased. I have heard that the retractable stock version had some gas leak issues for their reservoirs so I purchased the HDS version to avoid those issues. I would highly recommend this gun to anyone looking for a fun gas shotgun for CQB situations.

"I got my Scattergun when they first hit the market. It came leaking gas where the full stock and receiver meet. After tighting a screw inside the stock i have had no leaking problems at all. My shotgun has been used and abused its still holding up strong. If you get the full stock version be VERY careful with the 2 tabs that hold the rubber butt pad on. They will brake easy. Also with a full charge of gas you will get around 5 to 6 shell before your out of gas. I have to use .28s to keep it shooting straight.
