"Got this gun on sale. It shots really well out of the box, I think they use a m130 spring. I have not looked at it’s quick change spring. I hope it’s easy and I don’t have to take it all apart. I think I like it as it is. But I want to buy another one in a few weeks and then upgrade that one with a m150 spring. I’m not sure if this one can handle the load. My aps broke down and I will never buy another aps again. But this one for the right price sounds fun and interesting. I have two other m4s that are elite force. I have upgraded them to thier fullest capacity. The aps I bought here for 179$ broke on me, they said dmr but I think not. It feels funny but I like the gun with scope and hand grip. Oh it doesn’t accept my elite force mags. The magazine is a little tight and not really well rounded for other mags. It did take my drum magazine that’s good. Thank you guys. From now on I buy cheap guns on sale. 110$ is a fair price. I like that it impressed me. I hope to order more of these kind of guns with m130 spring as I only play outdoors in Florida. Stay healthy team evike. Work hard work fast. Thanks again for fun gun.

"Gun worked flawlessly in store and then locked up at the field..
Took the gun apart and found out luckily nothing was broken, so I re-shimmed and re-greased the gun and it worked.
However during assembly I accidentally broke the screw inside the pistol grip and finding a replacement is becoming a pain. I've tried three different standard grips and nothing seems to line up with the receiver and the gearbox. Also the motor plate on the pistol grip leaves me on a bit on the offence as the motor is seated is a tiny grub screw.. Bad design.
The gun is pretty solid out of the box minus the bad pistol grip motor plate design but for all techs I would caution the proprietaryness of the some of the parts in this gun.
Will update later if I find a brand that is compatible.

"I bought three of these for my two sons and myself to play indoors at a local park so we didn't have to alter our higher end rifles. Well, we still had to change out the springs to get the FPS down to the 250 that was legal but no problem. Easy fix and can always change it back.
These are GREAT guns for the money. Super solid and super accurate. Receiver is plastic, yes, but it is a solid plastic and for the doubters, an actual SCAR has a plastic receiver too- I was issued one, I know.
Upper rail is a bit out of spec, but nothing a shim won't fix for your red dot or if none isn't available, crank down the nut tighter.
Some people mention stock wobble- it does, but nothing unusual there, and nothing some electrical tape won't fix if it really bothers you. I've left all three as they are. It's not that bad.
ONE problem I have... 14mm POSITIVE thread... really?! Almost no guns have 14mm positive. Want a suppressor? Need an adapter. Want a tracer unit? Need an adapter.
Otherwise- three happy guys.

"I will conpletely be honest when i got this gun it didnt work at all. The trigger was out of place and wasnt contacting the micro switch correctly. After a bit of teching I extending the trigher contacts and now the gun runs great. It really is snappy and shoots well. I love the retro look and if you like ild school guns but want ti remain semi-modern this is a good gun for the price. I will always like the classic army ECS better but for 100 bucks it isnt a bad gun. Just have a tech on standby if your trigger doesnt work at first.

"Solid rifle, though some of that came with it are a bit faulty. The sight doesn't fit perfectly and the extra mag didn't fit at all. Also, it says it's rated 330-350, but it was shooting upwards of 400 when chrono's with .2's, and I wasn't able to use it at the field I went to.

"The gun is great. It handles well but the FPS is a little hot at 370. The spare mid cap mag doesn’t feed with the gun so and additional mag is needed but nonetheless it was a good purchase. For the price this is a great package and it’s great for beginners. My field won’t let me publicly play with it so I will most likely be getting an alpha series krytac pdw.

"Its not bad, very good starter gun accuracy is on point. I got the 5' stubby and it seems like its perfect for cqb style games. but for some reason it doesn't feed elite force mid caps. it feeds the g&p mags just fine. so yeah I have mixed reviews about it but tbh its not bad

"Rifle itself is awesome, the microswitch is a great feature and I love that you get an all metal magazine as well, I did however file a report to exchange the gun before I recieved it, and once I recieved it today it was open with obvious signs of use, keep in mind I bought the gun as brand new. Hopefully this doesnt affect my exchange and I will be contacting support in the morning, other than my situation the gun is very good and feels very solid and the only con I noticed was that the stock was a bit wobbly but it's essentially a non-issue

"This is just an update to my review. If you’re wondering why a battery won’t work in your gun, it’s because the connection can be a little be janky and you need to learn how to get the little prongs in the connection port to connect. It’s annoying but you’ll get used to it

"overall i am happy with my purchase. shot strait as an arrow had good range and good quality to the whole thing however when i went o put in the Evike. com mid caps the magzine catch did not lock the mags in. after further inspection i found that the toble that funells the bbs in to the hopup is too long a small trimm will fix this problem other wize it is a good starter(with a little work) or a project gun.
p.s.
this is not my personal acount

"A few parts could use some work (like the dust cover and a more removable friendly flash hider) and the batteries they sent were not matrix they were evike ones. which wouldn't be a problem if they fit in the stock i wanted to use with this gun but for now im going to use the default stock until i get different batteries

"Anyone else bolt catch button stuck if so is it a major problem?

"This gun seems pretty good so far. The one thing I don't like about is the delay after you pull trigger is horrible. On Semi and full there is like a one second pause between the trigger and the shot.
