"Ive had this weapon for 5 years now and still running the same way it did out of the box! Ive used this gun every where from cqb to field to sniping and hasn't failed once on me. This gun is hands down the best m14 you can buy that has reliability and accuracy that goes hand to hand right of the box. Honestly i haven't even had to open up my gun over all these years, which is rare even in high $$$$ aegs. Soon I'm looking forward to putting a miracle barrel in just to tighten the pattern a little, but you really dont even need it.
Pros:
Durable as a rock
Accurate as a $1000 aeg
Smooth shooting
Authentic look and feel
Rate of fire is true to the real steel
Cons:
none what so ever!
Overall opinion: ......why are you still looking at the reviews? Go buy one to see yourself! It wont disappoint!!!
Also get a rail system over the bolt so you can use optics/scopes, because youll need them if youre sniping

"Excelent gun.
This M14 is my favorite gun. The ROF is good and an excelent FPS for a gun right out of the box. It is competitive to be sure with all the trimmings. I added a silencer which greatly reduces the noise. The only sound heard is frim the motor. The barrel is silent.
I would like to note that this gun is Long. I mean really long. It is also heavy. Most people will find it to be a burden but i love it. I would not recomend this to anyone small in stature. I'm 6-4 and this gun fits me like a tailored suit. I only regret that I didn't buy this gun sooner.
I would highly recomend.

"This is the most accurate gun out of the box I ever had. I bought a m14 hba ebr long and this shoots better than it out of the box. I highly recommend this gun for new players looking for a sniper role. The pro is that you can switch to auto if you need to. Trust me this is the gun to get if you want to be a sniper. The con is that the trigger guard can come off easily but overall very very happy with this gun.

"I've had this rifle for about 6 months and I must say it is an excellent DMR for me. I got this in a trade and because I'm the repair man for everybody when they have a broken gun or gear, so they gave me this to fix and keep. This thing is a work horse, with everything I've put it through I'm surprised it still running. I drilled holes and adapted some rails to the front and it's pretty sweet. (no $ for aftermarket rails) You may also want to upgrade to a better battery. The one it comes with dies a little early and has a slower ROF than other batteries.
Pros:
-Very' accurate
-Customizable (for creative minds)
-Not a very common gun (around me anyway)
-Sweet looking
-Durable (internally) been through rain and mud, everything else
Cons:
-One side if the stock broke...fixed it...broke again (for a good reason)
-It's longer than other guns, even some snipers, you may hit it on some trees n' stuff when running.
-You may want to be tough to have this. It's front heavy. I'm perfectly fine with it, but others are uncomfortable using it.

"I just bought this rifle.this rifle is amazing. Super accurate do to the 500mm barrel. Get a new batter only comes with a 8.4v 1100mah test battery. I would get a 9.6v 2200mahor better. Upgrade barrel to a tight bore and you got a nice sniper rifle that you will never get bored playing.

"I bought this rifle some 2 years ago, and even with all the other rifles I've bought, this one, is still my work horse.
It has never once failed me. The entire two years I've owned it, I have never had to have any work done on it. Shoots ~340 fps with 0.20g which is good, because it's just on the limit for CQB rules, so I have a powerful hitter in close quarters. Motor runs beautifully, never jammed, never broken shot, hell, I'm still using the 8.4 that came with it and it lasts for ~3000 rounds. it has really, REALLY good range and accuracy.
Equipment isn't the easiest to find, but it isn't the hardest either. There are box sets for mid cap mags to order, and you can find hi-caps at any airsoft retailer. They aren't as cheap as say an M4, but nothing compared to my PPSH or my BAR. Because this one is a vintage style, customization is limited, but you can find rail kits and other mounting equipment here on evike.
My only beef with it is the battery compartment. It is woefully under-sized which forces you to bend and strain the wires, connectors, and fuse to get everything to fit. The wires to my fuse are fraying and are about to go out, but that's a simple replacement. Nothing major.
I strongly recommend this rifle to anyone looking for a low maintenance rifle with high performance that everyone and their grandma doesn't own. It really is a head-turner.

"the gun is Great! runs very quietly and has a very nice weight
pros:
-accurate
-good iron sights
-2 hi-cap mags
-pretty balanced
-nice low scope mount
-has an open hole at the bottom for a bipod in addition to the sling mount
-comes with a NI-Mh battery!
-long
-has a larger inner barrel than my snipers
-sling mounts are hard to move so no clanging, back one doesn't move (may be a con)
cons:
-has some sort of grease leaking out the seams
-small, annoying gaps where the stock meets the rest of the gun, very noticeable
-stock scratches VERY easily
-the RIS bottom mount is not included on mine
-my front assembly was not tight and would allow the gun to come apart simply slid it in place and tighten and Allen key (small and doesn't come with it)

"I have owned this rifle since June of last year, and have finally decided to do a review of it. I personally am a huge fan of the M14, and this rifle is beautiful. I have the AIM 3-9x40 rifle scope on it and changed my front sling mount out for a sling mount that has a small R.I.S. rail, this has allowed me to add a majority of different attachments such as bipods, lasers, torches, and sporks. As I can not do a formal reading on the fps, i will agree with the other reviewers(while stock). i have outfitted mine with a 9.6v battery, and a 575mm 6.01 tight-bore barrel, the original barrel is 500, but i also attached a mock suppressor. If you plan on using this as a DMR, i recommend a tight-bore, as it greatly increases effectiveness. i also find that if you remove one, or both, of the foam pads in the battery compartment you will earn a much larger space for batteries, but you also may get some shaking in the stock etc.
From my measures, the whole rifle (stock) is about 44.5 inches, or 113.03, so if you are planing on adding a suppressor make sure you have a large rifle bag.

"I am in love with this weapon, is very reliable, efficient, not jams, no complains at all, in top all of this is really cheap if you compare with others like G&G, G&P, CA or the WE, how else you need to get it?
Stock parts are okay, mine was shooting 365 fps, with a descent rof; after upgrade it with the correct parts is shooting 465 fps with .25, no need to use in auto, I am playing in semi all the time, one shot one kill. Get a 9.6v or a 7.4v lipo you will see the difference.
Pros
- Full metal, what is that suppose to be metal is.
- Fully upgradeable, expend a High torque motor(matrix 3000), Matrix spring (M140), Polycarb piston (Matrix), v7 Nozzle (short version), v7 Spring guide, v7 Piston head double ring, and you get a full DMR, the best of everything you still far away lower in price to the other M14
- Excellent accuracy
- As stock weapon, 365 fps and descent rof (not remember how it was)
Cons
- Don't play too much with the bolt, I know is got a nice sound, you will break it for sure (Maybe is not a con anyway)

"This is probbaly one of the best guns that you can get for the price. I've had this for about a year now and it works greats. You can fit it to fit your needs, it can be a sniper, a LMG, or just an assualt rifle. One thing that you want to get for it right away is a battery because the stack one doesn't last that long. It's so good that in a trade i've been offered a gun that was worth $100 more than this gun. Thats just how good it is.
Pros
full metal internals
accurate(can hit a cardboard box from 60 yds away with only iron sights)
very realistic(have been told that people would just buy the gun to hear the bolt)
Cons
heavy( about 10lbs, 15 if you put a scope on it)
Length( you need to get a sniper gun bag if you don't want a tight fit in another)
I would definetly buy it again if i had to

"This is the best aeg I've ever purchased, extremely reliable! I have been using it in skirmishes for 3 years now and I haven't had a single problem with it! I do recommend upgrading to a 9.6v and a 3.50mm inner barrel

"This gun is pretty good. The fps was about 380 when i got it and it was fairly acurate. I spent 50 dollars to upgrade it. I got a madbull 6.01mm inner barrel and an m130 irregular pitch spring. Now it is extremely accurate and it shoots about 500 fps. before i had this gun i used a utg master sniper with an upgraded spring but this is more accurate and shoots harder plus its fully and semi automatic.
pros:
cost- its cheap for what you get
ok rof with 9.6
relistic weight
came with 2 high caps (mostly metal)
Its durable
accurate
realistic sounding bolt
scope mounts included
cons:
heat shield is cheap plastic
overall: its a great gun for the price and you can get a cheap upgrades to make it even better
