"Just got the vest. It's pretty good I had to make alot of adjustments but as soon as I did it's fits perfect. I am 6'2 175 lbs and it fits. In the picture it might look bulky but it's really not. The only thing I didn't like it says that it's fit 2 m4 mags but you have to force them in and they hard to pull out. So I just stuck with putting one m4 mag in each one. It's a great beginner vest and good for the price.

"Vest/Carrier arrived today. I'm 5'6" 165lbs. The shoulder straps didn't require much if any adjustment. The cummerbund adjustment just about needs a manual if like me, you've never had a plate carrier w/cummerbund before. After messing around for a while I figured it out. It has a hidden place in the back of the cummerbund that laces and has a locking plastic drawstring. The lacing is paracord and not easy to keep tight, but the lock holds of you both lock and tie it tight at the plastic. The sides adjust by a plastic clip at each side. For me, they are about as tight as they can get even with my spare tire to fit around. There are elastic bands to roll the slack up and bind it tightly from hanging loosely from the waste. The front panel strips away/up to reveal the spot where the cummerbund attaches/detaches to allow you to get in and out of the vest. This would help with tightening but if you move it much from where it comes out of the box the back fits funny as it goes into the hidden pocket in the back. (This may vary with your size.)

Like the vest but I took a point off for the stitching. It's not falling apart but there are ripped parts that hold the cummerbund in the back straight from the box. Quality control was seriously asleep on this unit. I spent about 20 minutes with a lighter, singing loose threads and strings all over this thing to prevent runs from starting. I'll need to repair the torn stitching before I can head to the field with it.

Overall I'm pleased. But be aware, look it over very well before wearing it.

"This vest is great, so far it is staying together but it has only seen one day in action. The pouches it includes are a nice addition. If you are skinny it may not fit you I am 5' 11" and 130 lbs and is very loose around the sides. the mag pouches do fit 2 each very well and do not feel like they are going to fall out.

Pros:
Comes with pouches
Can carry plates
very rugged doesn't feel like it is going to fall apart

Cons:
Doesn't fit skinny people well

"bought this plate carrier a while back from a different site, its made for a smaller built person (meaning Thinner)
some of my friends cannot fit in it.. i really like this carrier, but if you plan on putting in a mag insert to the kangaroo pouch.... forget it. the pouch is to thin.
some of the molle rows aren't quite aligned.

basically remember you get what you pay for and i think the price still outweighs the cons.

"Attempted to pull out mags in the skinny mag slots and the buttons just come undone.

"Item is not consistent with the pictures. The pictures clearly show that the pouches can hold 2 m4 mags each. They only fit one, tightly.

The two mag pouches off to the side appear identical to the pouches on the front, and are shown holding magazines, velcro'd in place. These pouches also do not hold 2 mags, the velcro cover on top doesn't function. These side pouches come with velcro covers just like the pouches on the front, however, you will find that they are not attached to the vest, and do not have a mechanism of attaching to the vest. The pouch covers are the same as the ones on the front of the vest, but the side pouches specifically lack velcro patches that would keep the covers from falling off of the vest. I recommend against using the side pouches at all because you will drop your mags, and your pouch covers.

All of the molle pouches on the front of the vest came fastened incorrectly. This wouldn't be the biggest problem if you plan on keeping the vest.

Takes a while to fasten them as the molle on this vest is very tight, which is a good thing. You certainly wouldn't have things wiggling around a lot.

Build quality is pretty good

Relies too much on velcro that will wear out

Tl;DR:

-Pouches are wrong size
-2 of the 5 pouches have covers that don't work
-You'll have to do all of the molle yourself (not really that big a deal if you plan on keeping it)
-Build quality is pretty good
-Velcro is the only thing that keeps this on your body

"Just got this today and being honest it feels like it was built for a small child even when i fully adjusted it but on a bright side at least it looks cool

"Cheap Cheap CHEAP!

Pros:
Easy to use
Looks decent
Compatible with MOLLE gear (obviously)
Very useful placement of Velcro/ MOLLE rigs

Cons:
SUPER cheap construction
Does not adjust correctly for guys with big chest/shoulders (sits way too high even though I am only 5'8")
All the pouches it comes with are extremely cheap (Dump pouch came out of box with a busted zipper)
Pouches are super thin
Stitching extremely cheap, several MOLLE straps have had to be re sewn before I even took it out on the field

All in all I would suggest dishing out for a nice Condor and buying pouches separately, because the quality of the vest is LOW, and the quality of the pouches is LOW. This is definitely a product in which you get way less than you pay for due to the fragility and and overall cheapness of the materials used. Save you're money a little longer and get a Condor or Phantom.

"I am not sure if I got a bad product or what, but it only fit 5 m4 magazines, not double stack pouches. Also when I tried to put 2 m4 magazines in one of the pouches, the "High Duribility" stitching ripped off before the second magazine would go in. Again, I'm not sure if it's just me, but I feel scammed.
