"I've had this for years. The mags don't like feeding.A 9.6v nun chuck battery fits well. the sights eventually broke. It is heavy so it really isn't meant for running around the woods all day. The biggest problem is the grip. I hate the designe of it. There is one screw that holds the grip to the gun and it gets loose after holding it for a minute. They needed at least two screws so the grip wont get loose for a very long time. The one time i used it in a game. The mags the gun came with wouldn't feed which resulted in a lot of wasted bbs and the grip getting loose made it very difficult to trust that it wont break. Over all, It will work. It just needs to have different mags and then it will run fine. The grip is just very annoying.

"let me start of and say the weight of this gun is spot on. it shots great. but hears the thing. when mine came in the switch to put it in single or full-auto was broken it wouldnt do anything. at the same time it would not feed any bbs at all. so i was able to send it back and get a replacement. now a full month later i get the replacement. this one has no spring that adjusts the cheek rest so all it does is slide. maybe im just that guy with the bad luck. but if u get a working one with nothing wrong with it. evike did however handle the situation very well i give them extra props for that.it will be a reliable and good gun. thats why its not getting a one star becouse it not all bad its just my be my luck of the draw

"When the gun first came in I thought full metal= better internal performance. Well that's not the case. I loaded the thing up with .25's and went to set the hop up. The hop up is pretty bad and it shot straight but the range was mediocre. The Classic Army Scar-L is $180 an out performs this rifle any day. The gun also is very wobbly. The stock is not tight and neither is the pistol grip.

Scared the crap out of enemy when they see it and hear the ROF.

NOTE: If you are new and you are thinking of buying this, be prepared to be out gunned by other players with guns in the same price category.
NOTE: If you are as stubborn like me and your heart is set on it, the minuet you unbox it, take the bolts out of the chassis and put blue lock-tite on it because they will wiggle out.

"the gun is really nice build. But there are some issues, the front sight and bottom barrel which are one piece are loose and i had to use super glue to fix. also the part that holds the stock in place broke.

"Just received this rifle and I have to say I'm impressed with the overall sturdiness, however I received a lemon. Out of the box I noticed the bottom rail just in front of the handguard was snapped off. The metal seems cheap and thin- at least on the rails. The locking screw that holds the stock clamp in place was snapped in half and rolling around in the box. This AEG feels amazing in my hands and not nearly as heavy as I expected. I only wish it came in working condition so I could fire it up. Evike support team was very helpful in sorting this out. Will update this review once the replacement arrives. Still stoked to unleash this puppy.
