NcStar Gen II Aluminum Red Dot Sight with 20mm Mount (Color: Tan)

"Simple cheap red dot sight, I don't have much a problem with it for the cost. I attached this to my M14 for using at short to medium ranges and it works mostly fine. Biggest complaint is something after much moving or the gun shakes a bit too much it can knock the battery a bit out. Not enough to actually remove it, but enough for the laser to stop working. I advise using a piece of tape to keep it in.

"Worked, but not for long. Doesn't look the most attractive on your rifle, and the red dot was too bright for my wonky eyes (i wear glasses and have astigmatism). The dot started joggling with little use in under a year, but I guess it's what you get for 15$. Good to buy if your on a tight budget.

"This red dot was not as good as I would have hoped. First of all, the reticle is way too big and way too bright. Also, the battery casing is really fragile and I had to superglue it back in because it fell out, and that causes a mess.

It's a decent sight for starters, and it's nice that they made it out of aluminum. It looks cool, but you should probably save up for something a little higher quality.

Not a bad sight, certainly not the best but i'd say its worth the money.

"You buy cheap you get cheap. Definitely Spend $10 more and head over to Amazon (OTW Red Dot) … sorry evike but this one’s pretty awful. $10 optic at best…

-green dot works well and is certainly bright enough
-very accurate doesn't move around unless you make it

Cons:

-In certain lighting it reflects itself and you can see an outline of where the light is coming from, obscuring your vision
-Looks kind of weird on an m4

overall, it works. not much else to say

"I've been using this sight for a few weeks now and it isn't the best. I found it hard to adjust the reticle (or it just does not work) and the sight is also off centered making it really hard to hit your targets. The reticle itself is also a little blurry so keep that in mind. Overall the build quality is decent but the sight isn't to accurate.
