"It's a spring, it does what it does.
Good Material
Irregular pitch; longer durability of the gearbox
Perfect for high speed setups
Consistent decompression; 300FPS almost every shot.

"I installed this springs on several weapons, M14, M4, G36, AK, M5, etc without problems, this spring is strong and after some use just the lost is minimal; my last two updates are in a KWA SR12 is shooting 490 fps, at rof 870 rpm, and a KWA SR10 495 fps at 875 rpm using a regular 9.6 batteries, with a lipo they are crazy hot.
Pros:
- Strong
- very sturdy material (black finish)
- minimal lost of fps after "break time"
- After 5000 rounds, still in good shape and not deformation
- Diference between shots is +/- 5 fps
Cons:
- Not at all

"I bought the m125 spring and dropped it into my MK43 (stock except for teflon tape on the bucking and modified nub). After 5,000 bbs it was clocked at 2.1 joules - that's 475 FPS with .20s, 425 with .25s.
Careful because this thing does what it says and then some!

"This is a very good spring. I got a reading of 580fps!!! before my piston teeth got stripped out. The only down side to my upgrade is i have a SR-25 V2 gearbox long type, which requires a long type piston like the one is the SR-25 and L85. The long type pistons dont come full metal teeth. So be sure to buy an full metal teeth piston with this upgrade. The Matrix full metal teeth piston is the best piston for an extreme upgrade like this

"This will work on all Echo1 AEG, pretty much all the AEG out there other than the PSG-1 (where its a different dimension).
Very good power, gave 450 fps on my G&G M16!

"Put this in my ICS M16A3 as an upgrade to the M100 that was stock. This was part of a complete upgrade that included a cylinder, piston, piston head, spring guide, air nozzle and this spring. Together that brought me from 305-310fps to 345-350fps with .25s. I am using a 9.6v 4200mah battery and it shoots the same rps of 16.6 before and after. Just remember the spring is irregular and needs to be installed with the closely coiled side on the spring guide. Definitely an upgrade over stock and the irregular spring reduces the load in the piston at first but still gives you an fps increase. Pair one of these with a full air seal upgrade and you will be very happy.

"Ok first off these are great springs. Matrix is by far the best springs on the market. I have used CA, Systema, Guarder, Promes, and a few more. Whats makes these springs great is its an all around good spring. They dont rust, they lose very little fps after break in, Irregular pitch, easy install, AND THE BIGGEST THING IS THE PRICE!!!! This thing is 10 bucks and about 13 shipped. Others listed above are the same price but most are 8-10 dollars more for a weaker spring. I have had a systema M120 spring just break in have and ruined piston.
Those who are saying this spring ruined their motor or blew their fuse have weak guns and or they were too cheap to put in a better motor which is generally what you should do with guns that have stock motors in the G&G, JG, ECHO1, DBOYS, even some G&Ps I have seen need a motor replacement when you get this spring. And for this to shoot almost dmr speed yes it easily fry a cheap crappy motor.

"Great spring.
Can hit 600 w/ .2s in my SR25 setup.
WILL WORK IN ANY AEG. STOP ASKING.
You will need to make some serious upgrades before you can plop this thing in your gearbox. IF you don't know that all AEG springs are compatible, i would not recommend you doing your own upgrades. I'm just saying

"Great spring, installed this in my G&G UMG and it shoots exactly as advertised 330-340FPS. Perfect for CQB. Check out my disassembly video and spring change on the UMG here:
Matrix hasn't let me down yet, I will keep purchasing their products.

"brought this for my jg g3 its amazing, made my fps from 340fps to 385fps
pros:
gun shoots 360fps to 380fps just like it said it would
powerful more then i thought
gun shoots farther about 20 more feet added my range
cons:
have to use .25grams instead of .20grams for it to shoot straight
makes my gearbox louder
had difficulty installing in my v2 gearbox, had to wrestle with with it for 3 hours to get it in to place!
paint chip off when shooting it overtime!
conclusion:
I'm satisfy over all it did what its suppose to do, but if you buy it, i warning you, you have to have patience getting it in your gearbox!

"HEY! Will this spring work in a JG S-system ( the tan limited edition one to be specific)? I bought it and so far have had no success. I was wondering if the gun needs something more, or if this is an error on my part. The motor is stock and says "Super High Power" on it but i'm not sure if that is true. The bushings are metal and i have replaced the piston and piston head to make them metal as well. The gears are stock, but are some kind of metal. I believe i have the shims set pretty nicely... soooo ideas? Thanks! Other then this the spring looks nice and hurts like hell of it shoots your spring guide back at you! haha
Evike Staff: Yup, this is for any AEG (S-System use a m4 gearbox)

"dose this work for the Matrix / A&K SVD Dragunov Type 79/85 Sniper Rifle (Stealth Black Version)? because i want to upgrade the fps on it.
Evike Staff: No. This is for AEG, not bolt action rifles.

"This is a good spring if you are looking for a DMR role. After installing it in my gearbox, the gun ranged between 461-465; very consistent. Upgrading from the stock m90 spring has given me the range I need. Coupled with my barrel replacement, the gun can shoot a man sized target from 200ft. I've used this spring in four games now and it is still shooting 461-465 fps.

"This spring is great, but GO BY THE CHART in the description, not the title at top.
I bought this, thinking it would be b/t 390 and 420 FPS, like the title says.
I installed this spring into my G36C, along with a high torque motor, AIM TOP piston and metal cylinder head. Everything else is stock.
As soon everything was installed I chrono'd it and was shooting about 460 FPS with .20g bb's.
I went back on Evike.com, looked at the spring description and saw that the chart says 190% (M120) ~390~460 F.P.S.
Wish I saw that before I bought it. lol. That's a little too hot for a 400 FPS max field.
Pros-
Great price!!
great construction
High FPS
Cons-
Evike needs to stick to one FPS range.
