"First off, this is a great mask, BUT, if you have a large nose, it's not going to be comfortable when wearing it...
I have a slightly larger than average nose for a woman (which may be average-slightly large to most men), and wearing this mask is highly uncomfortable. It smashes down my nose and digs a bright red waffle pattern into the skin, which is pretty painful, and being that I bought this for protection, the only thing I can think about when wearing it is how uncomfortable and painful it is.
I have tried reforming it, but the metal is not very flexible; I bend it vertically so I have more room for my nose, but it squishes my cheeks; I bend it back horizontally to fix the cheeks and nose, and it squishes my nose. Overall, the thing just does not want to bend around the nose area in any direction.
To make it a little more comfortable, I had to get some black stick felt and layer it on the nose area just so the wire doesn't dig in, which helped the painful waffle pattern on my nose, but it still squishes it down.
I would totally recommend this mask to people who do NOT have a large nose. If you have a large nose, you may want to look for something else.
Other than that, the clips that go into the bump helmet work great, the velcro is super effective, and the lower face coverage is good. Just look for something else if you have a larger nose.

"Mask is ridiculously tight against the tip of my nose- currently going at it with a set of pliers to see if i can get a fit that is at all reasonable.

"clips into helmet but if you have a large or long nose it imprints the mesh into your nose also the mask is very fidgety and needs to be strapped all over your helmet, you should wear a scarf or maks under this thing or just buy a solid face mask, thats what im getting. DOES NOT WORK WELL with emerson helmets that have the slide down visor PREPARE FOR STEAM VISON. i dont think this is worth 15 bucks. ive been shot in the neck and ears multiple times
