CYMA Sport Full Metal Keymod M4 AEG w/ Keymod Handguard (Model: 14" Rail)

"Bought as a base for a DMR Build.

Awesome quality. Castings and Machining is all excellent. Already shoots at 1.7Joules so I never had to crack the gearbox. The gearbox case appears to be Machined, not cast.

The Handguard is super solid and has ZERO flex to it.

This is a DARN nice gun.

I put in a ZCI Stainless 6.02 Tightbore Barrel, A PRO-WIN HOPUp, Modify FlatHop Bucking and a Firefly nub.... Shoots an HONEST 225 feet.

"Bought this for the brand since CYMAs are usually a beast right out of the box and built like tanks. Used at a few weekends ago at a weekend long op. And let me tell ya it rocked with just a simple barrel and hopup swap out. I dropped it twice on hard concreate. And the only problem I had was the butt stock kept popping off after the drop.

Externals:Solid with no wobble
Feel:Solid.
Overall I’d really recommend this for any level especially because of the price point for CYMA and them finally entering the M4 market.

"Amazing rifle, not too heavy, great weight. The keymod system is really nice, and works well as a forward grip. It's really comfortable. The gun is really solid, the fps is great on it, and it has a great range. The BBs hit the ground at 85 yards with .20s. The gun is very accurate, and has great range, it is also pretty good for CQB.

"This is absolute best gun ever on 9/30/2018 I got it chronowed and it was running 415 FPS with .20 gram BBs so i had to change the hop up to make it go to 400 FPS to let it work on the field. The ranch on it with .20 gram BBs is amazing, it will shoot about 2 acres. It's amazing. Get it.

The stock is a little loose,and i find it not as a problem,for it can be adjusted with some tape on the buffer tube. "I bought 3 of these for my friend's kids to abuse. I chose wisely. I immediately took apart all 3 expecting to gut them and rebuild them into more reliable workers. That was almost unnecessary. All 3 were in the first 150 serial numbers and one of them was serial number less than 10.. so I got a selection from the first shipment. CYMA hit the mark:

Pros:
**** GEARSET CAME SHIMMED PROPERLY ON ALL 3 GUNS ****
Metal body, hopup, and rails
Medium quality internals - not the lowest/cheapest.
Loc-tite on several components including the hopup to barrel assembly

Cons:
Not a full metal rack piston (only last tooth) - this was the one upgrade I performed.
Cheap wiring. The wiring harness is high quality high strand RC wire, but it breaks down with connectors into garbage 20~ awg B.S. Not a big deal if you are not running 11.1v

After working on 75-100 AEGs over the years this is an amazing platform to start from.

I put on BCM keymod rail covers and they won't fit, so I had to hammer them in. Overall it is a really great gun, shoots around 375 with .25, the stock is really unique as well.
