"Very nice gun.
Pros:
Solid construction
Accurate
Looks amazing
Surprisingly comfortable
Metal internals
Cons
Mag broke after about 3 days of mild use. Part of the gearing mechanism decided it didn't want to be part of the magazine anymore.
Stock iron sights are decent at best. Would recommend a sight or scope.
Overall, I really like this gun. It shoots strong and definitely stands out from other AEG's. I would give it five stars but the only plastic mechanical part of the gun broke. I would recommend getting extra mags with your purchase.

"So, I received this rifle and my first impressions were that it was heavier than I expected. It's all plastic except for the sights, trigger, fire selection switch, muzzle, QD sling mount point, and buffer tube. I assume that all of the internationals are metal because the rifle is so heavy. I tested it, then ran a short skirmish with my cousin to see how it was.
Pros:
-trigger response is amazing even with a 9.6v
-trigger on semi is nice and crisp, and on full it's smooth
-sturdy. Even when fully extended, the stock barely wobbles. The lower rail wobbles a bit but you slide it forward to open the battery compartment, so it's ok
-battery compartment is amazingly roomy
-good rof. Burns through the 200 rounds like there's no tomorrow
-when you have the original mag in, it's at an angle so it works as a fore grip
-mag release button is big and easy to drop your mag
-looks so unbelievably bad ass
Cons:
-kept randomly jamming on me. If switching from semi to full or Vice versa didn't work, I dropped the mag, dry fired, and it worked again. Not too often though. Probably just needs to be broken in
-mag is a bit picky when you put it in. Just angle it from left to right and it'll fit.
-iron sights suck. The rifle fires too high so you have to put your sights about an inch below your target. But let's be real, no one really uses iron sights when they use white BBs in sunlight
-mag capacity is too low to just have one mag. Even in a 1v1 skirmish, I was running out of ammo faster than ISIS blows themselves up
-hop-up adjuster isn't the easiest to get to. It's placed below the lower line of the "ejection port"
-no charging handle
-you can't open the battery compartment while the mag is in, it's more of an inconvenience really
-not too accurate. You're able to hit a man-sized target but you're not gonna be able to snipe with it
-bottom rail is only good for bipods. It's too far forward to have a foregrip on it
Overall: not bad. It's $108 so you get what you pay for and a bit more. I'm probably gonna put an RDS because the iron sights are so bad. The flash hider is all orange unlike the picture which shows only the tip as orange. And lastly, the angel custom drum mag won't fit. I need more mags for this so I'm not sure about regular M4/M16 mags, but they should fit.

"a very well built gun for the price. but it is very picky on what mags you try to use

"I just got mine in and have had about 3 hours with it, here's my observations.
Good -
- It feels really good as a gun. It's durable and a lot of it seems to be made out of metal.
- It shoots really well. I think it shoots more than 350 FPS but I'm not sure
- The battery is really easy to change out.
Netural -
- It's heavy. I like that, you might not.
Bad -
- The G&G mags I have don't really work with it. The Matrix mags I bought get caught when I try to pull them out. A little sanding and it should work.
That's about it.

"Ok, so bought this rifle as an absolute noob to airsoft. I liked the looks and the specs seemed alright too me so I got it. I just received it today and love it. There is only one problem. I bought one of those three thousand round box magazines as it sounded like a good idea, but it was not. The box mag doesn't actually fit on the gun, the shell is too wide, so it can't fit on. I was also an idiot and tried to cut the plastic of the magazine to allow it to fit over the hinges of the fore grip, but forgot about the side pieces. so I repeat WILL NOT FIT SUPER HIGH CAP BOX MAGS!
by Clinton M. on 02/01/2017
"I haven't played on the field with it yet but out of the box I was surprised how well put to gether it felt. Solid and heavier than I thought it would be. The magazine needed lubing but once I did that it seemed to feed fine for the chrono testing. I can fit a standard hi-cap M4 magazine in it but other mag's I had were too tigh and/or would not lock in.
The following two magazine types I tried would not fit propperly, very tight and would not lock in.
G&P Evike High RPS 130rd Polymer Mid-CAP
Command Arms CAA Licensed 360rd Magazine
The flip up sight's that come with the rifle are not great but they do feel like metal and not plastic. The orange flash hider is metal as well and is indeed glued in. The battery compartment seem's rather large and simple to open. You wont be able to change the grip to anything else so if you don't like it your stuck with it. (I like it)
Apparently there are 8 version's of this rifle according to the box, kind of wish Evike carried at least two of the version's I would have chose the one with a slightly different stock.
The rail's are all hard plastic but the buffer tube is metal and it has QD sling attachment points on either side of the rifle. However it does not include the QD ring's
During chrono the velocity seemed to fluctuate from 330fps to 380fps but the rate of fire seemed to be near 12rps with a 7.4v Lipo. I am not sure if the rifle can handle a 11.1v lipo though so if you want to use one do it at your own risk.
My recommendation's if you do buy this rifle is also buy a decent pair of flip up sights or a sight that's a bit raised up specially if your field requires you to where a mask. Also do not buy a battery for it till you can measure the compartment and make sure you get one that fit's specially if you like to maximize battery space like I do.
I will try and put a view review up of the rifle as soon as I can get some time to do so, You can find it on youtube under the user MaginusJames and/or Airsoft.S.T.D.

"PROS:
Long barrel
standard m4 internals
decent firerate and fps with .20s
reasonable price
CONS:
It's strangely heavy for a polymer gun
the trigger snapped after very little use and had to be replaced
my gun no longer fires at all after just a few days at my local field
difficult to disassemble and reassemble quickly, different length screws cause some confusion and reattaching the stock properly after disassembly is quite difficult.
OVERALL: If this is going to be your only gun or you don't plan on upgrading the internals fairly quickly after purchase, this isn't the gun for you.

"The gun shoots well, has a nice weight to it, and feels sturdy for the most part. However, mine came with an exceedingly flimsy stock that feels like it will break at any moment.

"I ran it for a day and it's slow fire rate and It blew through my battery very quick
by Ryan P. on 01/12/2020
"I used this in a couple matches and ended up buying a different gun. It jammed up on me many times and the original mags feed terribly. I bought 2 extras so it wasn't just one faulty mag. Isn't the most accurate but its accurate enough. Range is decent enough to tolerate. M4 mags work but are very wobbly in the mag well. Nothing a little modification can't fix though..
on the bright side the rate of fire was decent. The polymer body is incredibly sound and durable. Heavier than it looks. The battery compartment is huge so it fits basically any battery type. In the end it would be a decent gun if you put in the time for modifications and to work the kinks out.

"If you really like high caps. This gun is for you. Otherwise, avoid it.
The myth that this gun can take other M4 magazines well if false. Mid caps no matter the size won't fit. A high cap will fit to where it clicks but you can pull it out without pressing the release button.
Why not use the stock magazine?
Well, the stock magazines constantly causes the gun to jam. You can't fire 50-100 pellets without a jam.
Other than that. It's a good gun, with a good weight and feels durable.
Pros:
Feels durable
Lots of battery space
Full Metal gearbox
Decent length and fps for cqb
Even weight
Cons:
Odd motor grip with no vents on the bottom
Jams
Won't take any other M4 magazines and barely fits the own mag it comes with in the gun
Thin wire leading to battery connecter
Magazine release is sort of hard to push
Butt stock feels odd
I wouldn't recommend the gun unless you are OK with 4 high caps on your rig.

"I bought the gun after doing a lot of research on it. After receiving it, I immediately tested several different M4 magazines on the gun and the only one that would 100% work properly was the stock magazine. I tried about 7 different kinds, and none of them would stay in the gun, would not fit, or simply didn't seal properly.
With the stock magazine, the gun fires 310fps with .25g BB's. with other magazines that "fit" it would fire the same BB's at 120-170fps, so this tells me this gun does NOT fit most M4 magazines.
I attempted to contact the manufacturer (which had responded to me every other time I had a question on Facebook) and they refuse to answer what mags fit their gun. I can see that they have "seen" my messages, but have neglected to answer for over a week.
I am still on the lookout for an M4 style mag that FITS this gun 100%, as you can't purchase additional factory mags for this.
Otherwise, the gun feels great in your hand and is reliable and consistent with stock parts. I plan to upgrade this to shoot 400fps w/ .25g BB's.

"So, I bought this gun for the purpose of building a unique looking gun. I never tested out of the box performance. Instead I replaced almost everything performance wise.
Things buyer should know:
Battery compartment is large, but can't fit 5000mAh 9.6 due to fuse
Need barrel extension to mount larger flash Hiders/mock suppressors (barrel thread is recessed), stock tip is metal though.
G&P and Echo 1 mags pull hopup off nozzle ruining air seal (difference of 430-_300fps w/ .20 in my build), can't buy spare mags (yet as of 3/29)
Hopup has to be removed with gearbox
Hopup uses h-nub
Inner barrel feels fragile
Motor does not sit tight in grip, but larger motor solves this.
Gearbox and grip screws have very coarse threads
Bushings and sector chip are cheap plastic, expect a year max life span
One metal tooth on piston with ported piston head
Cylinder head leaks
Nozzle does not have oring, so does not seal
All V2 gearbox components and hopups are compatible
Overall if buyer is picking up their first gun, I would recommend a G&G CM16 or GR-26 over this. They at least have metal bearings. The only thing this gun has going for it is appearance.

"The gun itself is really nice with easy battery installation and excellent iron sites, however mine shoot 400-421 fps which was way over what is in the description. I was so excited to use my new gun but the field I go to has a 400 fps cap (like most fields) so I didnt get to use it.

"Looks cool, but it looks like it needs more rail space on the top and sides.dosnt look very practical for use on field either as it is now, hopefully the production version performs as good as this looks
