"Got my KWC Mini Uzi a few months ago and here are my thoughts...

PROs:
- The blowback has some great kick
- Overall fun to shoot
- Decent gas efficiency (about 1.5 - 2.5 mags per CO2 depending on weather)
- High RoF
- Pretty sturdy, Especially the folding feature on the stock
- Very satisfying to get a kill in a game
- Dissasembly is extremely easy, akin to the real steel version
- Shoots hard

CONs:
- My hopup wont work (I've disassembled multiple times, can't get it to work)
- Due to the hopup, the range on mine is lackluster to say the least (could just be my model)
- Very few upgrades available any more (Mainly a couple Guarder kits)
- Shoots a little too hard (Cronoed with a fresh cartridge and I was shooting hot. I don't remember by how much)

Overall, while this replica may be lack luster in the lens of 2022, it's still a good amount of fun and I'm glad I own it

"This gun kicks so hard for an airsoft gun. It's super fun to shoot and definitely turns heads on the field. One game I brought this gun to, I scared the living s*** out of some teammates shooting this near them. That being said, the gun is a little difficult to take apart especially when it's new. The tension on springs are so tight and one MAJOR issue came up. The rubber lips that allow gas to come out the mags tear easily upon cocking back the bolt to engage the weapon. It's a horrible design because if the seal get as much as a small nick in the rubber, it renders the seal useless and won't function on full auto and BARELY on semi.

Obviously you can buy replacement parts from taiwan, but it's from taiwan. Not exactly easily accessible.

"I bought this while on the phone with Evike.
The CS rep told me this was the full size 1:1 scale all metal version KWC sub machine gun.
That he’d actually handled it before and if nothing else the receiver was 100% all metal and he was “sure of it”.
After zooming in on the pictures EVIKE posted and knowing a lot about these from collecting and already owning the half n half versions the $88-$129 KWC SUB MACHINE GUN”half metal”(mostly plastic version) and also the $129-$149 KWC mini Uzi which has all the same plastic/metal parts that my Sub Machine gun had only slightly smaller at 595mm vs 615mm full size in length.

At $180 the rep and myself concluded it had to be the all metal version which I said SOLD! But now!
At a closer look at the pictures displayed here it sure does have the KWC IWI UZI stamp on the Rear side of the receiver which is what’s printed on the KWC IWI all metal version and the KWC CYBERGUN all metal SWISS ARMS version.

Super excited I buy this thing and cannot wait for it to get here, finally I will own the all metal receiver version of this UZI.
Then days later on Feb 11,2020 my order arrives
only the UZI is in a white Box w yellow writing on it and no purple stamp that states “FULL METAL” this box the stamp isn’t their.
I have seen this boxed version in full metal but was expecting the all cardboard colored KWC in red and IWI really large in black style box or an all black box.

The item I received was plastic says 595 length and 1.4 jewels?
My other full size KWC Sub Machine gun from Airsoft megastore, priced the same as Airsoft GI at $88 Is in a blue box that states it’s 615mm length and 1.5 jewels.

Next I noticed the Uzi was all plastic except the top dust cover that all these plastic variations of this Uzi have. Upon comparing it to my other two KWC Uzi‘s this “Full size” from Evike was smaller than my other Full size but was identical in every way to the KWC mini UZI, NOT THE FULL SIZE 1:1 SUB MACHINE GUN!!!!!

I just payed $100 more for this plastic Uzi than I payed for my actual full size Uzi SM with all the same parts and internals only Its a smaller one.

I literally payed $88 for my other half metal UZI SM and now was tricked, scammed into buying another plastic one for $180.
Completely a case of false advertisement!

The box this UZI came in also has an all metal version too.
At the top left corner it will have “ Full Metal receiver” printed in purple on it while the plastic ones have the same box without that purple stamp. You can see this in many videos on YouTube.

If I had to have another plastic version I would’ve liked the 2011 version that’s in the tan and brown cartel style box which also states it’s 1.5 jewels not 1.4 and is 615mm in length also not 595mm like this mini Uzi.

It’s as though they’ve swapped the good full size with Mini Uzis or something? I mean they’re both the same exact size ,both printed on both the boxes and are both at lower power with the same FPS jewel numbers.

This Uzi here does not have IWI on it anywhere and is simply not the IWI version!
It’s also not a 1:1 scale or even close to the size of a real Uzi.
What you will receive is a KWC MINI UZI NOT A FULL SIZE 1:1 scale IWI version that is the one in this description.

The plastic toy mini Uzi With all metal mag and mostly metal internals does weigh 8.9lb in box which would cost me $60 just to ship back.

I haven’t called them yet about this issue because last time I called with an issue of ace silicone oil crushed in a shipment cracking the seem of the plastic bottle soaking everything and ruining two high dollar ASG boxes and a we tech box I couldn’t even get them to replace the $4 little bottle of oil for God sakes. I cannot imagine how this issue would get a resolution?

If you just want a Co2 UZI and this size and jewel is ok and you don’t care wether it’s metal or plastic then Just get the KWC mini Uzi which Evike doesn’t sell or just hasn’t been in stock for over a year or so. You can literally find it on Amazon or many other Airsoft places online for $129- at most $139.99 and the highest I’ve ever seen it in 12years was $149.

If you want the full size version it’s measurements are key or you’ll probably end up with this same one only I payed $88 for it on Sept17,2019 and saw it at many other places for this same sale price. Most recently Airsoft Taiwan too had it under $100.
Regular price as far as I could find was $129-$149.

If you do not believe that it’s possible to buy at the $88 you can find many YouTube videos online where they too payed less than $100 for it.
