"Sturdy, but NOT DAYTIME BRIGHT

"Riser puts the sight at the perfect height, but that's the best feature. The red dot is dim and doesn't work well outside, the battery is a small cr1620, and the dot is more of a star/* than a dot. Sale price is alright, but you can get a better red dot for $50.

"The guy in store who recommended me order this by item number didnt mention it was a quick release....
This thing wobbles like a toddler learning to walk. Not a good fastening system

"The optic is a good beginner optic for anyone getting into the sport. Everything seems to be fine except that the sight picture looks weird, the actually dot isnt a dot its some deformed oval thing. Next would be the intensity of the sight picture, not all of the intensitys works. Overall not things that will end the world.

"The Good:
-Optic itself seems decent enough for airsoft (would recommend getting some kind of protection for the front lens though to avoid it getting shot out)
-Seems durable as I dropped it and it stayed zero'd in and didn't break.
-Very cheap and easy to find batteries for.
The Bad:
-The mount. The mount this sight comes with is awful and will not properly fit on properly sized picatinny rails, as others have suggested, it would be wise to get a REAL micro dot mount for this optic to ensure it stays on well and straight (I couldn't even get the sight on my rail without it leaning to the right slightly with this mount)
I gave it a three due to sight being decent enough, but the mount being all but useless.

"its a good sight to have and don't listen to everyone on this review page saying its cheap metal cause its definitely not they just don't know that if the sight is wobbly TIGHTEN THE FLIPPING SCREW RIGHT NEXT TO THE SWITCH ON THE QD MOUNT mine started to wobble a lot but guess what I didn't just give up you know what I did turned the little hexagon screw that was on the switch nd it was completely fine. This metal is American and is good

"The optic itself is decent. The battery life will hold only for 4 or so hours, and whether the unit alone will hold zero has yet to be tested, but at 1/10 the price of the real thing, you can't really expect much.
The mount is absolute junk. It's clearly made from cheap, cast metal and the picatinny cut out is improperly sized. The QD solution will both mar whatever you're mounting it to and degrade the mount itself, and any donning and doffing will void whatever windage/elevation settings you've made.
If you do intend to buy this, do yourself a favor and get it on discount, chuck the included mount, and buy a real T-1 mount. There are plenty of options that won't break the bank and secure it much better.

"I ordered this red dot last year, and have fielded it at a few multi-day ops and weekend skirmishes. I loved it at first, but sadly after a year, the shoddy materials (yes they're all metal but they're made of shabby, malleable chinese metal) have warped and will no longer mount firmly on the rail - the wobble has made what was once my favorite optic into a piece of junk. Still, for the price, and considering the price of the real thing, it may not be a problem for those who can buy a new one each year. ...I might just do so myself, my MP7 looked so cool with it.

"Received this sight and I was pleased with the optic it self bright and mounted easily. Until that is I tried to zero the sight and it was extremely wobbly. Noticed that the mounts screw used to make the whole thing rigid was stripped and as such the mount was useless.
Summary great sight with a mount that has a great lower 1/3 co whitness but the mount is a cheap copy of a larue and is not to be trusted.

"I had bought this sight to use on my main airsoft rifle, and while it looked nice on the rifle, it's performance was lackluster sadly. Besides the intensity lever, there was no real way to adjust the sight. Even more influencing was the fact it sat crooked on the picatinny rail, which nothing else has had that problem. I wanted to share this to let folks know that if you could get this thing aligned properly it would be a great sight. For now, a 2/5 is the most fitting to me.

"Adjusting the tightness of the sight is extremely inconvenient
- The bolt is very troublesome to tighten
- Rail mount doesn't hold firmly, wiggles a fair amount
- Removing and transferring is an absolute pain
I've found better red dots of this style with far more convenient mounts and works just as well. The optic itself is totally fine just the mount turns me away from it.

"While the optic itself is bright and clear, the mount is horrendous. Pretty sure I got either a defective one or it is simply how it is. The way the mount works is the small metal piece on the right is just slightly higher than the left side making the site slant to the right if you actually want it stable. If you want it straight prepare for some wobble (I even had the red dot fall off during a game at one point. Good optic, terrible mounting system so I returned it.

"Very cool looking sight is about all this thing has going for it, wasn’t able to sight my gun in correctly because the screw would come out when going all the way to the right and the dot was still far left(meaning my shot went far right) if you only want it for looks it’s good, doesn’t really serve and aiming purposes

"I was very excited to put batteries in my new T1 and sight in. I mounted the sight in only gun, put on some eye pro, plugged in my line and began to shoot. My bbs were about 2 feet to the right of my target at 25ft with the dot all the way to the right! It literally could not go any further, as I had tightened the knob all the way. I thought it was my hopup so I swapped the hopup and barrel. Still he the same problem. The I took the sight off and noticed that my gun was shooting lasers. Moral of the story is, that this sight is sturdy and somewhat cheap. However, the accuracy is awful, and I would never recommend it. I genuinely hope I got a lemon.

"This sight is useless.
I was able to adjust the height almost perfect but it could not adjust any more. Then I tried to adjust the dot horizontally and it was about 6 inches off target at the best adjustment. The sight it self looks cool and the material seem alright. I may have got a defective sight but going by what I got I give it two star only because it looks cool.
