"I have used the atp auto for about 6 weeks, about 4 clips on the weekends, maybe 2000 rounds or so. It has run well with regular cleaning and lubing. I replaced the guide rod assembly with the angel custom and it worked perfectly without adjustment. It also runs really well after switching to propane. The threads on the stock barrel sheared off after little use, and having any part attached to the barrel kept it from working correctly. It is easy to disassemble and clean. I needed to replace the fill valves on the factory mag and extended mag after a couple mags of green gas, I-8 valve $6 each. Feels like a glock in hand. Full auto works best in short controlled bursts, easy to achieve with trigger. Simulated glock trigger safety, does not actually work. Perfect stacking and underloading required on mags. Front rail is not standard 20mm. Interchangeable grips are a nice feature. Not the most accurate gun, but in full auto bursts it will pepper an area, more of a spray and pray machine pistol.

"I ordered this gun for a POR (pistols only revolution) load out. I rated this gun four stars for various reasons.
1) This is a really lightweight gun, although it feels really high quality.
2) Not only does it feel high quality but it is.
3) REALLY easy to maintenant, repair, upgrade, etc...
4) It can handle any airsoft gas you want to put in it.
5) KWA NS2 gas system is extremely snappy and fun to use but it's also really gas efficient.
6) Perfect range of fps (as sidearm)
7) Extremely reliable
As with all guns this one has its draw backs.
1) Comes in a cheap foam box and is a tad under greased.
2) The bucking was sitting in my hop up unit a little sideways.
3) Not a very accurate gun.
I'm not saying gbb pistols are very accurate, but this one was even less so. It has a floating outer barrel with lots of movement. My gun hooked left about 2 feet at 20 feet consistently.
All in all, if you need a very reliable side arm for an AEG look no further. If you want it to accompany a DMR or Sniper, it's alright. It will work, but you may want to get something a little more accurate at fifty feet. For a primary? DON'T GET IT! You'll be out gunned by literally every gun on the field. If you want a pistol primary get a Tokio Marui hi capa or five seven.

"Over all the pistol was a great purchase, sadly I haven't used it much since my hands are so big with gloves on and the gun is so small. The KWA company lives up to it's name when it comes to quality and this gun is no different. Had it sitting in a box for six month after I used the first time... pulled it out and still worked like a charm. If you are looking for a great pistol, and something that you can carry around for a long time. Give this one a shot... lol.

"This gun is really cool, but there was one major problem: the magazine lip breaks VERY easily, and when this piece breaks (unless you have another mag) you can't shoot your gun until you replace that part. I love the gun because its comfortable, realistic and overall fun to use, but the spring that pushes the bbs in the magazine slipped and shot to the lip of my mag thus breaking the lip. Its pretty stupid because this little (very important) part is $10 for a piece of junk plastic that WILL break again. KWA has other guns with metal lips, why they didn't do that with this gun I don't know. The magazine lip on this gun is a small, important and stupid mistake.
On the positive, this gun is AMAZINGLY comfortable, fast and pretty accurate. Sometimes its easy to put it together wrong but its easy enough to take it apart and out it back together. Also very easy to field strip and realistic too (my family has a real glock and they both come apart ALMOST the same, only slight differences).
If you play in cold weather, you may not wanna but this cuz green gas doesn't work very well in cold weather. It works, but not very well. Its just a green gas thing, not just this gun in particular.
Overall, I love the gun but the stupid mag lip is a pain and it doesn't have allot of kick. Other than that the gun is great.

"To start off, the pictures in the product description are WRONG that's the older version of the gun, now there is a double safety and the metal barrel comes all the way out to the length that previously the plastic flash hider would cover. One major gripe I have is that the older version you can take off the orange plastic leaving a flush looking barrel, but now the orange is painted on, so I had to sand it down, and it's not pretty and flush like a glock would be, it's more like how an m9 has that protruding barrel.
Anyways, so about the pistol, I LOVE kwa and I only ever buy kwa brand new, except for some petty purchases from friends' other brand guns, but this kwa puchase has dissapointed me slightly. the pistol is probably the best pistol I've owned, but the mag catch broke after 2 months of use. it was out of warranty anyways so I bought a new mag catch for 15bucks including shipping straight from kwa and it works fine now, but the stupid thing is plastic, and my real glock is metal. I believe the old kwa glocks have metal ones too. I haven't held one in a while so I'm not sure.
Apart from disappointment, I've fixed my pistol and bought several mag catches now in case my first replacement fails again, and this gun shoots like a dream. It screams quality, and efficiency. I can get about 3 maybe 4 mags on one fill of gas, and not to mention ACCURATE. even better with .25g despite loosing some distance. Where I live, Texas, not too many people have an atp, it's mainly m9, and 1911, and some old school glocks out there, so if you like being cool and rocking the unique, get this gun.
I know this pistol is a little expensive, and honestly if your looking to get a kwa, you would be better off with a different kwa, even though this IS the best kwa pistol I've come to own, because of the finicky mag catch. If your willing to deal with the mag catch, which probably was just me getting a bad apple, then your in for a great gun.
pros:
-kwa duh
-best blowback feeling ever
-best costomer service ever
-looks ba
cons:
-reliability issues?
-more expensive than some more reliable and cheap WE guns
-orange paint is painted on an ugly barrel thats too long. :c

"This gun is beautiful when you first get it, I suggest Lubricating it with the lube you get, And a little cloth,
I Got this gun out of the box, And i already had some problem, I only would get 5 Shots, Then I had to refill it with Green gas, I suggest Propane if you are going to get this gun, Don't forget to lube it once and a while.
Pro's:
Metal top rail you can't go wrong with that.
Nice recoil
Beautiful sights
Nice texture
Con's:
The Mags cost over the walls.
Green Gas is not what I would use.. Use Propane.

"I have had this pistol for a couple of months now, and give it four stars. it performs exceptionally well for the price paid, but it is a VERY high maintenance pistol. Always clean it before and after a day of airsofting. i have had one problem with it. the gas fill o-ring will fall out if your not careful. they are hard to find, but you can get them here. One mor thing; NEVER play with it after youve dropped it. Field strip it and clean it immediately or it will break.

"Ive had this gun for quite a few months now and i must say it is fairly decent. ive had a few problems that were both user error, not the guns fault.
PROS:
uses old KWA/KSC M-series parts
replaceable backstrap
locking follower on magazine
short trigger pull
accurate
5 mags shot out on one gas fill
easy to take apart
highly upgradable with aftermarket parts
decent kick
strong plastics
nice metal material
sounds great
CHEAP( price wise)
CONS:
magazines are expensive
trades are ugly IMHO
rear sight can move like old M-series guns
barrel cracks faster if barrel is sanded
cool down is horrible if too cold
you dont have one

"In all honesty, this pistol is really hit or miss. For me, Right out of the box, the biggest issue is light striking. A handful of my shots end up not being able to push the slide back hard enough to chamber another bb or just resetting the hammer in general. Also, I can’t seem to finish a full mag without the gas running out and I’m not even on full auto. A big con to this gun is that you have to pull back the slide to change the fire mode, which could be a big issue for some people. I have both the auto and the semi varient and they both suffer from the same issue. It’s understandable if this was one of the best in the market for it’s time, but as of now (2019), there are a lot of better and reliable options for even less the price. Overall, it can be inconsistent at times with shots but I’m sure the more advanced or even intermediate techs will be able to figure it out.

"i have had four of these guns the first three broke or came dysfunctional the fourth has worked great just it is not that accurate so i have to buy a new bucking but the only problems i have had is the hop up thanks to evike's great customer service they have replaced all the dysfunctional ones

"Great accuracy and range. Awesome build quality. BUT, do not buy if you plan on using it in SoCal. The internal hammer is way too weak and cannot cycle in wether above 90 degrees. just my 2 cents

"When I got this gun I was amazed by it, so I will list the pros and cons
Pros:
-Full auto capability
-Good rate of fire
-Gas blow back
-Metal slide
-Able to get extended mags
-Lightweight
-Fire selector switch
-Trigger safety
-Iron sights
-Comes with a mini rail under the rail
-Mags are well built
Cons:
-Slide does NOT like to lock back when out of ammo...
-Gun does NOT like to shoot in semi-auto mode.
-Mags can be a little funky when putting gas in at first, but they get better later.
-May feel like it is a cheesy build when holding it, but it's not.
Overall: I like this gun, but there are a few problems with it, and the mags are a little expensive for most people. I would recommend this gun, but I would rather get a KJ23 or something else over this. But, the full auto feature is pretty nice and that was really what I was really wanting out of this gun.

"it has great feel, you can change the back to make it slimmer. it comes with .25g bbs, a hop up tool, a mag bb feeder, and silicone. Mine came with a broken hammer spring but Evike has been an amazing help to get it fixed.
