The E1-G36c is essentially identical to the JG-G36c with metal bushings and a M110 class spring which is slightly less powerful than the JG version. It's ~30-50 FPS lower than the JG which makes it ideal for both CQB and woods field use (depending on your CQB field limits). At ~330-350 fps it is still quite good at long range and a good field AEG. The JG's higher stock FPS makes it unusable in most CQB fields.

Echo-1 is also a very responsive company based in the US so if you a have any long term warranty issues, you can contact them directly. JG is a Chinese company so you are limited to the 30-day shop warranty.

"the e90 is probably going to be more accurate. The e90 works on a bullpup system making for a longer inner barrel because the action is in the back. The e90 barrel is about 247mm and with a barrel extension and a tightbore, you can have a very accurate, high rate of fire manueverable weapon

"Stu, sounds like you just need to clean the barrel. Gotta do that with all the Echo1 AEG out of the box because they come all the way from China and might have some moist in the box that attracts dust.

Also, some bio-degradeable bb might Jam in ALL AEG.

Just use Matrix 0.20g or 0.25g bb with this gun and it will shoot perfect. There are nothing you can't fix on an G36C since there are so many parts available. You can practically buy the whole barrel assembly new for $20 on this site.

"thank you for letting me know that the FPS is actually 405. I have gone to many websites for JG G36Cs and they all say they have like 330-350 FPS and To me, that's not exactly satisfactory speed. now i can have the FPS that will actually go the full 200 ft across my backyard. thanks a bunch. and for the guy that had trouble with his battery ejection; There is a pin located on the upper section of the sides of the foregrip that holds it in place. just push out that pin and you can easily slide the whole entire foregrip off the gun to put the battery in and out of the gun.

"GREAT gun. very accurate if you site it in right. i love the short, more compact weapons (unlike the m-16 for ex.). The folding stock is great for when im playing CQB. Very durable and solid type plastic. there's a lot of room for upgrading. this is a very good gun, especially for its low price. I would highly recommend this weapon.

"this gun is awesome. very accurate. the .20 bbs are the best. i had some orange .24s from martofwalls and they were very inaccurate. only shoot the white BBs. this gun is so awesome. i cant believe how accurate it is. i was able to hit a "No Parking Sign" from about 130 feet with only 2 trys. freakin awesome
