"The A&K M60 is over all avery nice AEG.
I recieved the AEG from EVIKE on time but the printing was missing from the stock and barrel.
I contacted Evike and they were very helpful in explaining about Customs Regulations and why the typeset was not on the gun.
They made it right with me after I explained this was one of the big reasons why I purchased the M60
After tightening a few loose screws and ajustments this gun was ready to ROCK & ROLL.
A bit of advice "BUY LOTS OF BB'S" your gonna need them. This spits them out at alomost 1000 rnds pr min. Do the math ..thats just under 17 rnds a sec.

"I just got this gun and its amazing. I know people always complain about how heavy these guns are but think about it, this is supposed to be a heavy gun. I have shot 10,000+ rounds with no issues and the feel of the gun is great.
I am also wondering what would be the best barrels i can use for this gun to increase accuracy.
Pros.
great feel
great rate of fire
basically everything
Cons.
it needs to be a little more accurate

"A high quality replica of the MK43 SAW. High quality just like the VFC and it comes with battery and chargers. Fired over 5000 rounds so far without any issues.
Quiet accurate and powerful. Highly recommend getting a big 9.6V battery to power it.
Look & Feel: 5 / 5
Performance: 5 / 5
Price: 10 / 10!

"great gun but has some problems
Short story: Looks wise its almost perfect except the carry handle is too thin and bends too easy and the flash hider is wrong one other wise it looks great! also the feeding tube for the Mag had little to no glue and slide off too easy after some super glue it stays on
now playing wise it runs well! however in a HEATED environment the Fuse tends to overheat the internals are not the best and will need upgrades down the road after a 2 months of play it broke down from electrical issues with the fuse and gearbox.
Long story: the carry handle bar is too thin that i bent the metal into a m249 handle lol so i think they need to have a replacement part or make the handle in better material wise next time, The Mag has issues such as the button being so low that i cant reach down low to hit it mid game without ripping the box out or will be pushed into the wrong side when bumped too hard the feed tube was NOT glued on properly by that i mean the thread that you line up with on the gun slides off with ease so after a quick super glue placement it was fixed.
Internals wise the fuse was not great with a F15 amp fuse it would overheat in the field with hot Weather of the south and humidity and are know to ''pop'' after too much use that needs a replacement quick. the gearbox is basic nothing to brag about currently having someone looking into the problems of it.
For 500$ is it worth it? i would say No till they fix there problems but if on sale for less then i would say Sure! but make sure to know someone who can fix it up or upgrade it

"Ok this he’s going to be a long one so bear with me. I have very mixed feelings about this gun. It has great outer construction and good looks. If you want a gun turn heads I highly suggest this gun in that aspect. I believe my guns were just lemons. But I could be wrong. When I first got the gun there was a disconnected use somewhere and the adapter That goes from the box mag to the gun broke. I had it sent back and they gave me another one. It already had a few Dingmarks around the site post. But it was going to get even more on it where I play anyway so I didn’t really care . The new gun worked amazing for the first game it was a medium sized event from around 9 o’clock in the morning to 3 o’clock in the afternoon and I got around 40 kills with it. The second game day I wasn’t so lucky this was about a month later. We had first had to adjust motor height which wasn’t a big deal it just took a few min . Then the bearings in the gearbox broke the sector gear went all over the place and stripped out my piston and I was stuck in the middle of 20 enemy’s . The only other problem I have had is on long march is the Carry handle will bend it but it is easy to reinforce.
Pros:
Good exterior
Good looks
Fun to play with
Heavy ~20 pounds which i love
Great to build off of
Cons:
Lots of internal problems

"Out of the Box
PROS
Very heavy (could be a con)
Box Mag is massive
Good battery space
Good range
Good Fire Rate (9.6) I wouldn't use a lipo unless you turn the rate of fire to a slower rate
Increases your muscle mass
Everyone runs
Good Price (When on sale)
CONS
Mag dose miss-feed in colder temperatures
Piston is polymer (Mine broke getting an upgrade now)
Barrel is a bit loose
Charging handle is huge and gets caught on stuff
Back Problems (First full day I used it)
Its A&K... it will break on you someday (Mine in the first 2 months)
In need of stronger internal parts
Smaller people stay away!
Summary
I am giving this four stars because what you get out of the box is a decent gun. I will admit when mine broke, I had been hammering the gun all day. But throughout the day before the piston teeth stripped the gun fired flawlessly. I was very happy with its performance. This is a great support weapon. Great for Vietnam reenactments. I would not recommend this gun for a Juggernaut role, because the charging handle would get caught on stuff when firing from the hip left handed. When using the "PIG" right handed the box mag is cumbersome and gets in the way. But this is the best gun you could possibly get to get the look of Rambo (What I personally do). If you want a support weapon and don't just want a regular old M249, get an M60

"I've owned one for almost 3 years now. I'm honestly not too impressed by its performance out of the box. But, I did have a fairly high level of expectation before it arrived and that was quickly deflated after a couple of games. I ended up polarstarring it not too long after to truly be the monster it should be along with being my favorite weapon in my collection. Have had no issues since.
Out of the Box Review
PROS:
- Very intimidating look
- Hefty Weight
- 4000 round box mag
- Solid FPS (around 380 - 400 w/ .20's)
CONS:
- Flimsy parts (bipod, barrel release lever, charging handle, carry handle) most had to be replaced
- Poorly made pieces (loose barrel, bad screws, too much pot metal) nice trip to the hardware store to correct that
- MOSFET isn't even a true MOSFET. Wasn't impressed from the getco (Ended up overriding it)
- A nonexistent hop up (had poor range and was worked on too many times)
Even though I had more to say with Con's than Pro's, I'll still give it a 3.5/5 (round it up to 4) because it still did a decent job before I upgraded it. I'd recommend this gun for someone who has experience working on their own guns or know's someone who does since this isn't a gun for beginners.

"A&K's replica of the MK43 Mod0 gets the job done, and as a support weapon it is spot on. I checked the fps after 3000 rounds, and without the hop it is consistently shooting in the 1.56 - 1.65 joules range and hop up applied. I have not fired for accuracy, but I have went through countless bbs laying support fire without jams. Rough estimate, I have fired 40,000 - 50,000 bbs and still no issues with the replica.
I advise anyone that is using this for any length of time, remove the rheostat and install the jumper from A&K, or get a MOSFET installed. I enjoyed the rheostat to bring the replica down to a similar ROF as the real steel version. However, the rheostat takes quite a bit of power and drains batteries quickly. With rheostat a 9.6v NiMH 1600mAH lasts roughly 2,500 - 3,000 bbs, which is basically one box mag. Without the rheostat the same battery lasts 6,000 - 8,000 bbs, or roughly two box mags.
Pros
Does what a support weapon is designed to for.
Box Mag feed flawlessly with NiMH
Decent battery life without the rheostat
Easy to disassemble for cleaning and repair
Durable! No issues with almost 50,000 bbs fired
Cons
Safety switch is in a bad location. Holding the pistol grip can turn the safety off.
Loose parts from factory. Needed to be tightened.
Rheostat drains batteries
Box Mag is not LiPo friendly. Requires mosfet, and new motor in Box Mag to handle a LiPo
Swapping the Box Mag is time consuming. Easier to dump bbs into mag.
No rails for optics without modification, or new feed tray. (Not that optics are really needed)
This is not a Con in my opinion, but this is heavy for airsoft, and awkward to carry. If you want to be fast, accurate, and light the Support role is not for you.

"I've used this gun a lot. Its truly great, but it definitely has a couple flaws.
Pros:
1) Bipod is very ergonomic, I find myself using that as a fore grip more than the actual fore grip
2) Full metal construction, and it aint pot metal either
3) Great ROF
4) Accurate...to a point.
5) Cant go wrong with 3500 rounds
6) Easy battery installation. You can just throw it in the box mag, under a strap, and there's room for one or two spare mags. Comes in handy.
Cons:
1) Fore grip is plastic
2) Carry handle WILL BEND OR BREAK IF YOU USE IT
3) because of how the box mag attaches, if you prone/mount the gun on anything, you will knock the mag off and you'll have to put it back on before you run off.
4) Range is terrible. After 100 feet, your shots will go everywhere but where they need to.
5) Extremely heavy. I ran 700 meters with this thing at a jog, and on flat ground, and I could literally not run anymore at the end of it.

"This gun is absolutely amazing! I got this for Christmas and it looks great with my Vietnam War gear.
I did have a few problems.
1. The mag broke last week and I have to buy a new one
2. The Barrel/ Receiver is extremely loose and I have no way to fix it
3. The Bipod feel like it will snap during heavy use.
I do love how this looks and everyone is afraid of mine at my local field. I nicknamed mine 'Petunia'
just be funny. I did replace the hex screws in the handle with a small flathead screw and it hasn't been tightened since and works great. Also, Buy a strap for this. This is heavy. I carry this with extra 4000rds of ammo, my Late M1956 Fieldgear and a M1967 Rucksack. The strap helps a lot since my field is a 20 minute walk in the woods and mud. I rate 4/5 since the mag broke after using it for at 5 times.

"Soooo. Got mine few days ago and already had it down in field.
Pros:
Weapon looks truly amazing and all people will be pretty intimidated by the look of it.
The firepower u can lay down with it is also pretty impresive.
Weight and realism of the weapon is truly neat.
Shoots constantly. From time to time takes two BBs at once but it doesnt truly matter in the amount being shot.
Cons:
All screws constatly getting lose.
Few screws alredy with destroyed thread already from manufacturing.....thas huge minus.
Magazine:
Pros:
Simply the capacity and two options of loading of the BBs.
Nice look.
Cons:
Powered by gun battery so better battery needed.
The loading springlike tube is quite....poor quality and need a bit of reinforcement by sturdy tape in order to last for long time.
So overall? Highly depends how u get it from manufacturer.... on scale 1-10 where 10 is best..7.5

"If your lookin for a LMG for your team this guy is a fairly good choice. Its big, heavy and made of a lot of metal. It has a nice WOW affect when you pull it out of your car at the field. But as we all know looks can sometimes be decieving. This gun is a lot of fun but if you want to run and gun with a big gun get a 249.
Pros-
Metal construction
Realistic look and feel
Makes you look like Rambo
Doubles as a weight set
Good price
Free battery (good for a loaner battery or backup batt)
Big METAL tip included in box
Cons-
Lose screws, tighten all screws when you get it.
Box mag hangs by a strap on the side and can be broken very easy.
20+ pounds loaded with bb's and battery
ROF adjustment does not work very well, but you can disable it with a supplied jumper
Range is not as far as you would think
Double fires and short fires fairly often

"This is a great gun, and will last you very long! By very long I mean 6 years at least. This gun can take a beating. I tripped during a backyard war and dropped the gun. Not even a single scratch was made. This gun is lipo ready, and will take 2 years to see a change that the lipo bearly wore it down. If you get this gun maybe get two lipos. The mag is powered by the battery, and the battery also powers the gun itself. Buy this gun if you have the muscles. Honestly after a war your arms will get used to it, and it will feel like a full metal m4. The mag lasted me 3 wars without refilling too. Also use .20 even though the fps is 400 with .12s it doesn't hurt when you shot by moderate distance using .12s. The problem I had is the grip kept getting loose so you would have to tighten it every battle. Not only that the barrel was loose and since the barrel has wires connecting to the fuse, that came along with the ripped out barrel. My brother and I had to weld the wires back together. Other than that everything is ok now.

"I love this gun!!! it's so realistic, except that the feed tray opens differently.the RS version had two square button things, and this model has a latch.(my dad used this with the army rangers in the late 80's.Think he had a tear in his eye from remembering the times he had with this.)It's a Accurate replica of an M60A1. the box, however, has that plastic tube outer cover, that will come off if the box jiggles too much, which it will do. then, try not to crimp it shut trying to take it off, since It won't feed the gun and you'll have to McGuyver the box or buy a new box.
PROS:
3000 rounds
Bipod and shoulder rest built in
auto winding mag hookup to the gun in addition to the battery plug-in.
CONS:
Really heavy (no wonder my dad has bad knees, parachuting with this monster.)
plastic mag lip
Nothing else I can think of.
