"Good gun, really like it, I didnt buy the fake wood version because its too smooth, like the feel of this gun too, although it doesnt come with a scope mount like the AGM one does, so make sure if you have a scope buy a scope mount, great gun for the price although my switch came off the gun, just need to tight it up (kinda like the switch off on semi kinda like the m21) the slide is nice, love that it comes with a slide catch.
pros:
great gun for the cost way better then the AGM one
slide catch is a plus
great feel of the gun really recommend the OD version
cons:
selecter switch is loose that came with mine just need to tighten that up
(although i like that since im a m21 fan)
doesnt come with a scope mount which is not a big problem, just pay 15 bucks more

"I got this gun for Christmas today and am very pleased!!!! I additionally bought a mid cap mag, 9.6V battery and a smart charger. I absolutely love this gun. After charging it, i took it outside and hit a soda can from 150 feet away!!!! I would recommend investing in a 9.6V battery to increase the rate of fire. Cant wait to use it in a match Sunday!!!!!!!
Pros:
ACCURATE!
Good Weight
feels like wood
fully functional charging handle & bolt catch
lots of metal parts (barrel, charging handle, trigger assembly, sights, etc.)
excellent hop up
adjustable sights
Cons:
hi cap Magazine miss-feeds sometimes (I recommend buying a mid cap)
Overall a great gun!!!!

"What a wonderful rifle! This rifle has good reliability, accuracy, and power right out of the box. It's iron sights are easy to ajust but I added a red dot sight because iron sights block out the world.
For the new airsofter that needs a good weapon, does not need to upgrade, or just does not want to mess with it and expect it to work everytime, this is the gun for you.
Just a note, after putting on a rail mount and a red dot, this rifle weighs in at a hefty 10 pounds which is a lot of weight after 2 or 3 hours of skirmish time.
There are two problems with this gun both which can be easily fixed. One: the bolt catch. On the catch there is a quarter inch long pin that holds the catch onto the gun. This peice is not glued in, it just floats there so if you are going to play around with it, super glue one side of the hole so the pin does not fall out. just a drop will do.
Secondly, the manual states that when firing on semi auto, the gun will lock up and not fire so you must switch to full auto, fire a couple rounds, then switch back to semi in order to keep firing. Webmaster, do you know why the CYMA model does this?
Pros+
Good weight
Wood is believable
Accuracy is phenominal
Hop up is fantastic
Powerful
Cons-
Bolt catch pin needs to be glued in
Semi auto firing lock up

"The metal piece at the end of the stock near the barrel came loose, It keeps the 2 halves of the ABS stock together. I'm not sure how to fix it. But it's a phenomenal gun otherwise! 5 stars all the way

"For those considering purchasing this gun I would strongly recommend it. This M14 offers great value vs. performance. The gun fires at an impressive rate and at a impressive force. Overall this is a great buy and I would recommend it to anyone. Pros. are is realism it has 1 to 1 specs and feels great. Shoots straigt for a good distance due to the length of the barrel and ammo used. Note .20g Matrix bb's are some of the best available for a great price. Cons. not suited for urban combat this rifle is very long they have a cqb version available for urban enviorments. Also if you don't want to lug around a heavy gun purchase a MP5. Overall this gun is great for scenerio games that are ranged and require some accuracy.

"I got this gun awhile ago and I love it! but disclaimer if your short or not very strong, don't get this gun.
Pros:
Its big! life-like and feels very solid
Good FPS
Long barrel allows for great accuracy
Full and semi auto for many situations
Nice stock battery
good mounts for scope
Cons:
If your small its a big gun to handle
Definitely not for CQB, field and long range engagements only!
I was very impressed with the quality of this clone, If your looking for a nice M14 but don't want to spend 400$ for the TM get this gun! Great build gun or awesome for beginners

"I just got this gun from evike and I have to say...
its accurate at 140 feet
I put an NCstar 4x30 scope and after sighting it it it shoots excellently on the crosshair
the mag capacity is very conservative on semi on full you'll be out of ammo in 20 seconds
the cocking lever gets stuck sometimes but not often
the only disappointment I had is the top part plastic feels very cheap
I would recommend using .25 gram BBs
Its a great gun and evike gave me a great deal on it
