Matrix Elite M9 Gas Blowback Airsoft GBB Pistol (Color: Silver / Full Metal)

"I've had three of these guns and i love them. HFC makes good quality affordable guns! All but one of my guns is stock. The upgraded one has a threaded barrel and silencer. Now for the pros and cons.

Pros:
Heavy weight, feels just like the real thing
Very accurate
Awesome blowback effect
Runs fine on propane
Good mag capacity
Tac rail to mount laser or light

Cons:
Trigger spring. The trigger spring on 2 of the 3 guns i have had have broken. Now, this may have been due to stupid friends pulling the trigger constantly when they weren't shooting, but i don't know. My advice is if you buy this gun, only pull the trigger when you're actaully shooting, not just to click it.

I give it a 4/5. Only a 4 just because of the trigger spring.

"this was my first ever gas blowback pistol and so far it's pretty darn cool, I bought the polymer version, and it weighs about the same as its mag, which i expected. Anyway, Out of the box, the gun is pretty solid, though one big issue that i expected was that the mag leaked right out of the box(which it did), so i bought two spare mags, and a sad thing was that you can't do the cool m9 hammer thing as when you touch it with the mag inserted the slide will blow back anyway and hit your fingers, but it isn't a big problem lol. another thing was that because its the polymer version, the barrel is plastic on the outside and it wiggles a little too much for my liking, but i'm pretty sure it wouldn't affect the performance. But some good things about it is the trigger, which is really nice imo

"Very good pistol, reliable and has great performance. Only problem is that the pins in the magazine can fall out pretty easily, and If you lose one, there are no replacement parts you can order. After contacting Evike about this, they told me to check with local hardware stores, but none of them had anything like it. If a bottom pin falls out, DO NOT PUT GAS IN THE MAG, this will blow the O-ring apart. If you keep your mag pins, this is a fantastic airsoft gun, looks beautiful, and feels great to shoot too.

I wasn't messing with it i was only locking the slide back and release
i didn't even get the shoot it since i didn't have any green gas on me
I bought the plastic/polymer M9 now i gotta fix the snapped off piece
The blowback still works it just doesn't lock back which sucks
BUY THE METAL ONE DON'T BUY THE POLYMER

"In honest truth was okay not bad or good. Sadly you will end up with jamming problems due to the cycling camber and then mag gets in the way. Any how just take care of it.

"I'll start with the good. The gun itself is undoubtedly beautiful. I got the silver full metal version and it's exactly what I was looking for visually and has good weight to it. Orange tip is rubber and easily removable. I get just under 300 FPS with . 25g BBs, which is perfect for my local CQB field. Overall, pretty good performance out of the box. I just got it, so I can't say how wetle it will do the next few months, but so far it's pretty good. The slide and internals might need a bit of greasing though.

Now, the things that really disappointed me. Despite being called a "Marui clone", pretty much all aftermarket upgrades for the TM M9 aren't compatible. I got a bunch of upgrades, (loading nozzle, springs and spring guide, inner barrel, etc), but none of them fit because the parts were just different.

If you're looking for a good starter pistol with CQB performance, this is perfect and I can recommend it. If you're looking to upgrade in the future, definitely don't get this one and stick with WE.

"Not horrible but it could be better
The gun comes with one magazines that works perfectly with it but the extras from WE do not fit it well. They leak and fire about half of the bbs before spraying gas everywhere. Yes I have lubricated them. By taping the front of the magazine it pushes it up and fires a few more bbs.

"Ive had this gun for not very long and so far, im decently impressed. You get what you pay for. for $80, its a good beginner gun. But PLEASE by new magazines. the one it comes with is a stock WE mag(THE GUN IS A REBRANDED WE), after only about 2 months, the magazine that came with the gun is leaking like no other. now me, im not much of a GBB tech, Im more of an AEG tech myself. Ive taken apart the mag, done everything i can to fix the problem, and it still leaks really bad. if u dont mind spening 5 dollars on new o-rings, get this gun. If you have the money though, Buy a KWA, no questions asked.

outer barrel wobbles a lot
fired on safety once

"I have had this gun for about one month and i love it, the wait was worth it. I got .25 with it and it fires far and straight. when I got it, it wasn't black but part grayish/ silver but was not shiney and I love it. The mag that came with it either lets all the gas at once or just malfunctions so i told evike and they sent me another one to replace it so all in all GET THIS GUN IT IS WORTH $70 TO GET A GBB

"after a couple months of use the slide literally cracked near the hammer area, i bought the plastic version btw, so basically, dont buy the plastic one.

"The gun can sometimes miss and fire off from another direction. The safety pin falls off after using it for 3 weeks.

"Full Metal Silver, out of the box it has a realistic weight to it. The slide and and rest of parts are full metal but the pistol grip isn't. Mine is a 2 star because I've experienced some issues. It may or may not be a leaking problem but regardless of temperature the pistol fires only 2 BB's before running dry. Sometimes it fires 2 BB's at once. May or may not be a lemon, overall unhappy with purchase.
