"I am relatively new to the sport of airsoft. (YES IT IS A SPORT) I am on a team, and my team has a tech that knows a lot about internals and guns. He says this is on par with KWA performance wise, but without the overprice. I would say that this will outclass the SR10, and overtake it in the stats.
Pros:
Big battery space, will fit almost anything you throw at it, except stick and large type.
Sights are removable. (This may not seem like a huge thing, but I like putting scopes on my gun, and my JG M16 has a permanent front sight, and it gets in the way)
It's small, but feels large.
NOT HEAVY. My biggest problem with the SR10 was the sheer weight. Even though this is a full metal gun, it feels like it's in-between ABS and metal, even though it is FULL METAL, excluding the stock of course.
Great hop-up. It is very accurate, and at the moment will outshoot my M16. However once I install the Rhop, it won't. XD
Good FPS for what it is supposed to do.
Loud (this could be considered a con) I use this as a sidearm for my JG, since it is a little clunky in CQC.
Cons:
Relatively low ROF for the Hype.
Loud (I consider it a Pro)
(I am a nit picker so I noticed this but you probably won't) Occasionally the guns semi mode won't function correctly, and act like it's on safe even though the arrow is pointing upward. Note, you're not going to be using semi that often so it doesn't really matter.
The magazine is amazing, and works amazing in any M4, i love this system and hope it becomes more widely used.
Overall, I would recommend this to an intermediate airsoft player, as it will require installation of Keymod rails, and a few upgrades. It also is a little high priced for a beginner, if you are a newbie then go with a JG and upgrade it as you get more into the sport. This is an AMAZING gun otherwise. I could see this being the next KWA.

"Right out of the box this beast shot 26 rps at ~365... Accurate right out of the box to about ~200-225 feet... This gun is the most SOLID gun out on the market straight out of the box... 11/10 would buy 100 times over guys... not a single con for me.. No flex or wobble anywhere and with the crane stock i can fit 3 batteries into it... Buffer tube lipo, butterfly sticks and a lipo brick.. all at once, best gun you can get for the money, it will outperform :)

"Just got this gun a few weeks ago and used it for a CQB game it has amazing range and incredible accuracy the Hop Up unit is very easy to dial in, The stock is incredibly comfortable against your shoulder and the gun is extremely light and slim everything about this gun is a Pro i recommend getting it if you can its worth every penny.

"PROS
-Gun shoots AMAZING
-Adjustable hop-up is great
-No upgrades needed out of the box
-Great iron sights
-Comfortable pistol grip
-Keymod hand guard (may be a con for some, personal preference)
-Mine came with a Krytac 150 round mid cap, performs amazing in the gun
CONS
-Fuse blew after about 50 shots
-Stock is a bit wobbly
Overall, a very good gun worth the price. Unfortunately, I can’t give the gun a perfect score because of the fuse

"I bought the Combat Grey variant from a local airsoft store, and I've played three games with it with no major issues. Here are my pros and cons:
Pros:
- Lightweight build
- Short barrel is good for peeking corners and storage
- Krytac mid caps feed flawlessly
- Most of the gun is metal, appears to be high quality aluminum
- Comes with a picatinny rail for mounting a grip or flashlight
- Plenty of battery space in the stock
Cons:
- Mag it comes with is cheap and doesn't feed at all, though it does fit
- Hop up is very, very stiff (at least for me)
- The FPS on mine is way lower than advertised only shooting at 310 FPS with .28 gram BB's, shoots at about 325 with .25 BB's which is still lower than advertised
Overall I really like this gun, I was just mildly disappointed in the FPS.

"The Krytac is a brand that lives up to its reputation. I'll put it into pros and cons for you:
Pros:
-Extremely durable externals
-Durable unsearchable paint job (but don't leave it in a moist environment like a wet towel in the back of your truck because the paint tends to bubble and peel off)
-Reliable ROF
-Amazing hop-up unit and rubber (leave as is)
-Flat trigger (me me like)
-Butt plate is the best I've seen on any m4 (easy to take on and off and is one part)
-great accuracy out of the box
-the gas tube is the only shakey part in the gun (very minimal rattle)
Cons:
-Charging handle paint rubs off easily compared to the rest of the gun and even more so for the selector switch
-screw in the magazine release stripped so had to buy a longer version
-buffer tube tends to get loose every so often so you need a long screwdriver to tighten the screw
-very noisy gears (very loud gun)
Overall it is an amazing gun it will stay with you for a long time if you treat it well. Although if I could go back in time I would tell past me to do a little more research before buying this gun because there are some better options for your money. All I'm saying is that you are paying a premium price for the brand of the gun. Still a great gun.

"the gun itself is very good but the mag that comes with feels very cheap and was very wobbly and makes lots of noise other then that everything is really good

"I dont know if it's just mine. But my gun sounds very springy

"I purchased this gun in black & 400FPS. My reasoning for purchasing this exact gun is because I wanted something powerful and reliable right out of the box for the Chechen Collapse MilSim West event in Camp Shelby, MS.
Prior to the purchase, this gun met my expectations with phenomenal reviews - both written and video - and demonstrated the capacity to handle such event.
I purchased the gun several months out from the event and had only run about two mid-cap mags through it (around 280 BBS). I was very worried my gun wouldn’t pass the Chrono test with the 11.1v LiPo I was using. Lone behold, IT PASSED.
I equipped this gun with a single point sling, vertical grip, and a 4x optic.
It performed exceptionally well in CQC. It performed well in CQC to Mid range. And not very well in long range.
I would highly recommend adding a tight bore inner barrel to this sucker and also swapping out the bucking and hop-up. You will then have a gun that will out perform everything else on the field with minimal upgrades.
Pros:
Upgrades NOT required out of box
Great for MilSim events, but even for regular “tan v. Green” events
Proudly accepts 11.1v 20c Lipo
Very comfortable to hold in combat
Lots of compliments from other players
Cons:
Could use tight bore inner barrel (but not essential)
Kind of heavy after a while, recommend using a sling
Right side fire selector is very difficult to adjust
Bolt - or hop up cover - makes an cheap sounding ring when bolt release is engaged
Several confirmed kills with this gun. Highly recommend to any level of airsoftee looking for a great AR style weapon.

"Great gun pretty much my favorite of the 12 I own. I hate the keymod though.

"Great gun, but the end plate has sling loops on either side that bite in your hand.
It also has problems feeding BB's on semi-auto

"This is a great gun for those not wanting to do a lot of upgrades to their rifle.
Out of the box it was shooting 360 FPS with a plus or minus of 4 fps.
The good:
This gun has very tight tolerances and the hop up is amazing. The internals are also beefy and the only part I would upgrade is the nozzle. I put in an o-ring seal nozzle and the FPS bumped up to 372 FPS.
The bad:
The barrel on this thing is terrible. There were gouges in the inner bore about 1 inch forward of the hop window. Also the crown was not even. I ended up lapping the barrel and re-cutting the crown. If you get this gun go get an EDGI barrel as they are pre-lapped and you will be a happy camper. Of course the EDGI barrel is calling for an R-hop so slap one of those in and 200+ feet will be calling your name.
Also the piston had a small chunk missing from it on the rail guides that look like a manufacturing defect.
Finally the screws in the motor grip are terrible as they instantly strip when you try to remove them. If you plan on doing any internal work on this thing I would make sure to get some extra motor grip screws that hold the plate on the bottom of the grip.
Conclusion: If you get this gun make sure you get an aftermarket barrel as the stock one is garbage. I would like to see these shipping with deans connectors as well. It's supposed to be a lipo gun but no deans connectors? If Krytac is looking at this upgrade your nozzles to an o-ring seal type and you will have the perfect gearbox. Also I see the prometheus barrels are cut specifically for Krytacs now so that would be nice to see those come pre-installed as well for a little price premium increase. Maybe a special edition? Also M-Lok is so much better than keymod. Please make an M-LOK defiance rail because I hate keymod. I wanted to use the Kinect quick detach M-Lok attachments so I bought a different rail. I would like to have the defiance rail with an M-Lok option.

"The gun is great. Good accuracy for a m4. Automatic works very well about 20 rps like it says. The magazine I had trouble with.I tried to load it at first then it wouldn't get aBB in hole where the BB goes into the gun. Finally it worked some how.Later I was just spraying in full auto and tried to go in semi and it wouldn't fire didn't even make a motor sound.I switched it to automatic then semi then it worked again. But, the gun is really good. Great for wars.I was probably doing something wrong with the magazine. I've gone through 3 m4s and one broke on day one. This one I had longer than all of them. The price is worth it. Make sure to get battery included or wait a week.Best M4 ever!

"The gun preforms well, the range is okay. I would love to see it come with a black flash hider on the side so you can install it. Also you can only fit stick type batteries which bums me out. Other than that the gun is phenomenal and is better than most aegs on the market
