"I've had this gun for about 2 years and I love it, it performed well and did what it was supposed to do. I don't know what happened, but I was using it one day and it started miss feeding but only only in full auto. Then I got it working again and the trigger broke and literally fell out. I don't know what happened at all and was kind of ticked off being that this costs a lot of money.
-PROS
_while it was working it was awesome and very fun to shoot
_ it's loud ( which can be good or bad i guess)
_ has an amazing rof I think it's around 21 bps
_ hard hitting (once again can be good or bad)
_ comfortable and easy to deal with between switching between it and a primary or secondary

-CONS
_ not to many parts for in if it breaks
_ not only is it pricey mags cost $50 each
_ mine didn't last very long and it wasn't the easiest thing to field strip

Other then that it was fun while it was working and I definitely want to get it fixed. I don't know if it was just the bad egg out of their shipment or something but I would recommend this gun to most players if they learned how to clean it right.

"I've had this gun since it first came out and absolutely love it.

It's extremely accurate close to mid range.
Build quality is what you would expect from KWA simply awesome.
Rate of fire is borderline too fast...you will empty the 40 round mag in one or two bursts if you don't watch your trigger finger.
Comfort and convenience, acquiring targets is quick and easy. The gun feels like it's an extension of your body. The slide release, safety, and mag release are all located perfectly on the gun so you don't have to adjust your shooting hand. Plus everything is ambidextrous for the lefties out there. Much love Heckler & Koch!

Ok why only 4 out of 5? If your like me and play with people who primarily use AEG's with hi cap magazines you need to be really fast on your reloads. You will need at least 3 spare mags, and be prepared to use semi auto some of the time to conserve ammo.

If they made a 100 round magazine I would give this gun 5 out of 5 all day every day.

"This gun when it is in good shape shoots magnificently.

-Its laser accurate
-has crazy good range for its size
-is just plain fun to shoot.

The main two gripes with it over the year of owning it, the guns durability is sub par,

(all gen.1 MP7s have an issue with the receiver being to weak to handle the heavy bolt's movements leading to an eventual crack around the rear of the gun which will turn into the entire back plate ripping off permanently and the bolt flying at you if you try to shoot.

and then the mags, they are expensive. Green gas ones are 60 dollars a piece and the C02 ones from 6mm proshop have terribly made threads that are bound to cross thread, strip, or any other way you can thing of destroying the threads.

So if I were you id find a way to get the TM MP7 shipped to the US and just use that. NO cracks in the receiver on that and only 30 or 40 per mag which is great.

The KWA Mp7 may last you a year and a half or so, but If your in it for the long run go get your moneys worth and find the TM MP7.

"Bad news, my charging handle broke after only a few usages, but I don't think that is a general thing. I also got a thigh holster that looks super dope. Note: only use for short range, I live in Chicago where there are pretty much only outdoor fields, which this gun is not very compatable with.

"Hey guys,

This is a great gun to be sure, but let me tell you my experience with it before you decide to buy it.

The cool factor of this gun is off the charts. This was my first gas blow back SMG. I also decided to use propane instead of green gas, which was probably a mistake. Anyhow, after about a month after test firing the airsoft gun, an internal part broke. It was the gas nozzle, which is part of the bolt. I ordered a new one, which wasn't too hard too install, and it was up and running again. I'll tell you, there's nothing like the kick of a KWA MP7. However, after a couple more months, I started to see magazine issues. It was probably the propane, or failure to maintain the magazines. Anyhow, I sold the MP7 soon after. GBB with CO2 is great. With propane, I'd say it most likely ruins the gun. Use green gas if you want to buy this gun.

I have a KWA SR10 now and it's butter. AEGs are the most low-maintenance and provide easier gameplay.

"This gun is cool.

Pros.
Loud
Small
Shoots fast
Looks cool

Cons
Mags are $50 and you at least want4-8 to get the same amount as a hi-cap
Gas (could be a good thing)
40 round mags
Gas is expensive
My mags leak (could be something I've done but I don't think so)
My mags only shoot about half way the they're out of gas

I like this gun but it's a pain. I don't recommend trying to fully dissemble this it's really hard. Requires a lot of maintenance but that's not that hard. Over all for coolness 5 out of 5. For effective 2.5 out of 5. An aeg will out preform this enless you play cqb. Get this if you want the hassle and gas problems. I would just get an aeg.

"Cool gun, but not worth $280

Pros:
Gas efficient
Hits hard
Cool trades
Rail space
Pistol and rifle sights
All controls bolt release, etc. are near trigger
Metal and polymer

Cons:
Mag is odd and gets dirty easily
A bit heavy
Mag adds a lot of weight to already heavy gun
Personally too loud
The H&K style mag release is extremely stiff
I have long fingers and big hands, but the gun still felt too big for me
Cleaning is a pain in the butt
The gun triple fed!
Tends to double feed a lot
BBs tend to not feed

I expected more from a KWA gun in terms of reliability and maintenance. I did have that fun of an experience firing this weapon and frankly cost more than it is worth

"Great gun... But a little TOO great! You will not be able to play at any arena or field that chronos your gun. This kwa gun far exceeds those limits!!! So in my opinion if your competitive, don't get the gun

"Its a good gun but over time it has problems. First of all the hop up is a little sensitive. second, the springs on the blowback valve totally ripped. third, the plastic on the front grip completely shattered. I thought it was carbon fiber stuff or whatever but it broke easily. It was fun while it lasted.

"OK, hand it to KWA they make great products and there priced very nicely, but 250 for this? haha to pricey... there m11a1 has a higher fps and is very accurate itself, and its rof is way over this mp7.

Conclusion... only go for this if you have 100$ more to spend on looks.

"Will it be able to accept propane? I will consider purchasing it if it is compatible with propane. I hate that green gas is so expensive.
