"I have had this kit for about 5 months and I have got to say It's pretty decent. No, it's not the best gun in the world but it is just fine for this price range and considering all the other things in the package.
Pros-
-The red dot is awesome
-The bamf mag is amazing and I don't think that I have ever had a misfire or misfeed
-the hi cap mag is awesome but I have had some issues with it but overall very solid
-The battery and charger are also very good and durable
cons-
-The gun itself isn't that high quality but does the job at this price point
-The stock and handguard are horrific and are super wobbly
- On my friends gun the top rail ripped off and the barrel keeps sliding out (he has had it for over a year now and has taken quite the beating)

"I've owned this rifle for a little over a year and I must say I'm a little impressed. Over the course of ownership I've put about 10,000 bbs through the rifle and almost all were during gameplay. It comes to you just like you see in the picture and with all the little accessories as well. I have modified the appearance a little but internally I kept it all the same. Right out of the box this gun is firing around 380fps for me with moderate accuracy out to about 115ft with .20 bbs. The construction of the rifle is not the greatest but it holds it's own on the field. This is a nylon reinforced polymer upper and lower along with buffer tube and stock handguards. The only issue I've had with this is the upper has expanded a little due to the Kansas heat which does not allow for a flush fit of the upper and lower receiver. Another issue I had was the BAMF mid cap mag that came with the kit. I still cannot get all 140 bbs loaded in the thing to this day and I've had feeding issues with it as well. Overall I really like this rifle and for the price you pay it will get you in the field as soon as you get it.

"Threading on this one is clockwise. Otherwise it's a nice little gun and the package is well worth the money.

"The gun is amazing! Its all metal it looks amazing and in fired great. However there were some complications. One being that the hop up seemed loose but i just tightened some pieces and it was fine. The stock was a bit loose but wasn't a big deal. My major concern was that when i took the orange muzzle brake off to put my metal one on all of the ridges on the barrel of the gun were smashed. i was a little disappointed at this but i might be able to fix it with some tools. Other than than these little problems it was a great buy and i cant wait how to see it works when i upgrade it.
Pro's
Full metal, Fully customizable, great handling, Tight pieces, ect...
Con's
Loose stock, smashed grooves where muzzle brake was, Mag is hard to push in but once its in its not gonna be loose or fall out so could be a good thing, doesn't come with battery. All of these are very easy fixes other than the muzzle grooves.

"This weapon package is absolutely excellent for the price.
To begin, although this is a relatively small gun and clearly meant for CQC, I have used it exclusively in outdoor games in the forest. And it's range was very satisfactory, I'd say at least 120 feet or so is where you can shoot it accurately, and I was using .23's, so a slightly higher weight might actually make this better. I personally like to sneak up on people and get fairly close to them, so it perfectly matches my style because of the lack of excellent range.
Overall, for the pros, the weapon performed beautifully, almost never malfunctioning. It shoots consistently and hard, I've left welts on people with this thing. It is very light, and the material feels good to the hand. Batteries both function well, as does the smart charger. The hop up is ridiculously easy to adjust, in a good way.
Onto the cons. The red dot is slightly inconvenient, as the weapon does not come with an easily removable front sight, and also the green dot settings do not work, might've just happened to get a bad one though. It does seem like it would function well if attached though. The peep sights are difficult to aim at people in even a slightly dark setting, and the front sight is not painted a different color, making it very tough to distinguish from the target. I painted the front sight a reflective metallic color, which helps slightly, but the sights are simply not great, which is a pity because I'm the type of player who tends to run on semi rather than auto. By the way both semi and auto work beautifully on this gun.
In addition, the port cover was broken and could not be closed when I received the weapon. About a week ago, I was packing the weapon up the night before a game, and noticed that the little lever thing that lets you adjust the stock length had vanished. I do not know how to adjust the stock manually now, but it is sort of ok just because I am a small guy. Despite that, the gun is very sturdy, I've dropped it on hard dirt once and it took it like it was nothing. In addition, the mag release button is very sensitive, and mags will drop out of nowhere occasionally, so be wary.
Overall, don't be deceived by the fact that my cons list is larger than my pros list, the gun simply operates as it is intended to, so it works very well.
I would definitely recommend this to a friend if they wanted to get one.

"I got this M4 from the 2014 Box of Awesomeness "perfect gift M4" edition. The rifle came with a collapsible crane stock w/plastic buffer tube, a removable carry handle rear sight, one hicap mag, one BAMF midcap mag, a 9.6V matrix butterfly battery w/ small Tamiya plug, a valken tactical smart charger, and a manual for an S&T M4A1. The rifle has a functional bolt catch, its main purpose is to hold the faux bolt plate back just enough to give you access to the hop up unit by pulling back on the charging handle . The hop up unit is not like your average M4 unit, but more like an AK-style hop up unit. So rather than turning a wheel; the hop up is adjusted by sliding the dial from left to right and right to left. I'm impressed that the M4 is light weight due to the polymer upper and lower receiver, the outer barrel is metal and has a +14mm clockwise thread (description says -14mm negative thread). The rifle has a metal version 2 gearbox with a red inner barrel. The issue I had with the rifle was that the barrel nut was not aligned properly. When I replaced the hand guards with a quad rail, I noticed the top rail was not flush with the rail on the upper receiver.
This AEG is great for beginners as an M4 starter kit with what is contained in the box.

"First, I want to start off by saying, I am an experienced tech, and even though this was my first good airsoft gun, I have learned lots about airsoft and particularly AEGs since I have bought this gun.
Anyways, it is a pretty basic m4. Wired to the front with 16 ga wires ( good), and small tamiya connectors, as well as a fuse. It has a polymer body, but don't let this deter you from buying. It decreases weight, and is still VERY durable. I have dropped it many times and it still works fine. I only had two problems.... The first is very minor but still present. This gun has a really weak bolt return spring, and one time when I pulled back the charging handle, it stretched out and snapped. All this means is that when I pull back the charging handle, I have to push it forward instead of releasing it. Once again, no biggie. The second though, is kinda bad. The outer barrel became very loose after moderate use of play, and I couldn't figure out why. I later found out that the barrel nut, or barrel star, was loose, but is too sharp to turn by hand, so I had to blow $50 on a armorers wrench, but you will need that anyway if you are going to modify and m4. That fixed the wobble for now, but I haven't skirmished yet after that, so I'll see how it holds up.
Pros:
Good fps
Good ROF
Polymer body,( lightweight)
Good wires
Great stock 6.04 mm brass barrel.
Cons:
Heavy ( for some people)
Slight barrel wobble at first
Weak slide return spring
Over all, this is a great gun. Good price, especially for the package. One thing I forgot to mention is that the 4 mags that come with this gun work great, but I've found the 3 flash mags wind quicker and more efficiently than the factory direct aim top mag.
4/5 stars. GET THIS GUN!

"This gun out of the box looks and feels great. There is a bit of wobble on the hand guard but nothing to worry about. The package is supposed to come with a 9.6 v butterfly battery but mine came with an 8.4 volt small brick type battery. Other than that it was a good deal for the package at the epic deal price of $160
Pros:
Great gun with every thing you need (excluding eye protection) for a great price.
Gun feels good is your hands
Every "major" component of the gun is metal
Shoots very nice and accurate
Cons:
The gun came with an 8.4 volt battery instead of the promised 9.6 volt battery
There is a bit of wobble in the hand guard
rof is slow
The flash mags don't slide out to easily when you press the mag release
Verdict: great gun for the epic deal price $160 but i personally would not spend 280 for the package. You get a great Aeg and can upgrade it if you want later.

"The gun looks great a bit of wobble in the fore grip is shoots good sometimes it locks up when u shoot semi auto just switch to full auto and it should fix that the only reason I made this a 4 star and not a five was because the reviews is on the package deal not just the gun when I opened the box to my surprise bbs fell everywhere the bag of bbs had a big cut across the middle and the bbs were everywhere In the box and then soon my floor

"I like the model that I got (urx 12”) it’s a nice replica. One issue I have however is that the website says “small tamiya” but is really a deans connector. Deans is better anyway but now I have to get a refund on a battery and wait even longer just to see if it can shoot.

"i bought two of them and they are very good but one problem is that one of them didn't fit into my gun unless i slammed it in and hit it but when in they shoot like butter not one missed bb
