"This is the best gun that I have ever had. I first want to point out some flaws with it though. First although it isnt a bad idea that they put the battery behind the top rail. However once the battery is in it is extremely hard to shut. The stock is also very wobbly when you first get it. I tightened it up but after a few rounds of team deathmatch it was wobbling agian. I love evike but dont like how it says that the mag holds 600 when the manual you get says it only holds 550. I dont think that it even holds that many. I dumped only about 450 bbs in and it was full. If you buy this dont get a 9.6 v battery because they have eight cells and the gun can barely fit 7 cells under the cover. Since it takes so long to replace the battery you have to charge it everytime before a war because enen if you have a spare you will be dead before you can replace it. Even with these problems I really enjoy it. If you order make sure you have a lot of bbs to shoot because in one week, since it is so much fun to fire, I have already shot about 800 bbs. I love this and would recomended it to anyone that has long arms due to how long it is, unless you fold the stock and just play like it is a CQB (close quaters battle)

"Mine shoots at 380 with 0.20g bb. The magazine included is a 600 round hi-cap magazine. Mine come with battery and charger.

"This is a super nice AK by CYMA! Love the side folding stock and the RIS is very useful for attachments. The whole gun is very solid without any wobbling. It just feel good period!

"This AK is identical to the Echo1 one. The battery goes into the upper receiver cover like the AK side folding models. The gun is very solid and I like the folding stock A LOT more than the under fold stock. The gun is very solid without any wobbling. The RIS and special motor grip made my life easy as I dont like "stock" parts on my gun and motor grip / ris is always the first thing i switch out on all my stock guns.
The gearbox is surprising smooth from the sound for a gun at this price. It shoots more accurate than my Classic Army m16! Out of box its shooting 375fps on mine.

"I actually ordered the CM.028 Black but either Evike made a mistake or they were out of stock so I got this gun instead. I'm very impressed and it seems like the Evike mistake was to my benefit, The gun is very powerful and brings the pain when it comes to firepower, it has excellent range and rate of fire. I'm going to add a scope and some various metal upgrades (The gun is full metal but some parts still feel cheap) and it will be a great gun. As to the problem where the battery shorts out, I discovered today that it isn't shorting out but actually because of the tight fit the cord gets pinched when I removed the butt plate it fired fine, you just need to play a little Tetris and get it to fit just right, which can be a pain.

"This AK is got to be one of the best AK! Got one at Evike.com walk in store two days ago. Plenty of metal parts and decent weight. The side folding stock is a lot nicer than the traditional under fold. The AK already has the RIS system installed, waffle hicap magazine, folding forward grip and G27 type motor grip installed. Glad I didn't build one from a G&P kit which will end up costing me over $400.
The best part about this gun is its performance. It shoots at 380 fps with a very good rate of fire. (Using a 9.6V 1500mah). The gearbox sounds very solid and reliable. Read a few reviews on CYMA ak and them seem to have the best AK internal nowadays which is proven true on this gun. Range is around 120 feet. Not sure how reliable it is since I only had it for two days, but from the sound of the gearbox, its smooth and you know a gearbox is good from the sound.

"Really good base for both beginners and learning tech work. I used it for both (don't do this unless you want to not actually play for awhile), and the gearbox can handle a 21TPA motor.
If you get this with an 8.4v NiMh, I would recommend getting rid of it immediately and getting a 7.4v LiPo with a ~20C discharge instead, an 8.4v struggles heavily to drive the gearbox. Replace the hop-up with a metal unit as well, the included plastic one cracked within a couple months.

"This was the first airsoft gun I got.
I have had it for about 4 years and it still works amazingly
When I got it, it was on sale for just 95$
Pros:
-It shoots pretty accurately
-It has a good range
-It isn't too heavy
Cons:
-The first year I got it, it stopped working several times. Still not sure why. Works perfectly now.
-The fuse in the stock burned out multiple times and i had to replace it. But that doesnt happen now for some reason. Using Differetn batteries didn't seem to effect it.
-It's really front heavy. thankfully not too heavy though.
This is, in my opinion, one of the best guns to start airsfot with.

"Generally a great affordable gun. It feels very durable (more metal parts than cm522) and is heavy, in fact a little too heavy for my taste, but it shoots very straight and very far so I don't care. I did file down the selector switch and part of the rubber grip area so that the stock would fold better. Also, oil the stock. It comes without much and really needs it to work smoothly.

"I really enjoy shooting this aeg. It is a good build for the price. Of course its a plastic receiver but i was surprised by how much metal was on the rifle (barrel assembly/barrel, front sight, receiver cover) giving it a decent weight once loaded and kitted out. I have no clue what the internals look like so look else where to research that part. I havent wanted to dive into tearing my aegs apart just yet. Its a solid 4 out of 5 stars. In my opinion its way above the imitation wood stock aks in the same price range. Skip the sport model with plastic front sight and get this one or the metal reciever model.

"This gun is absolutely amazing. Once you get the hop up tuned to how you like you like it, it will shoot straight to that range no matter what. Mine has be accidentally dropped twice and the gear box held up just fine and still shoots straight and true. The grip is fantastic and very comfortable. You may want to get a red dot for this gun since it has rails because it is hard to use the iron sights with a face mask on. stock is a little slipper but not bad and the full metal adds a nice weight to the gun
Only Con i have for this gun is some of them may come with a selector lever that after so use may come loose and come off but its simple fix you can do by looking a youtube video up so not terrible.

"Decent gun. Because there's so many things to say about it, I will just list them:
PROS:
-Heavyweight and good build quality
-Fairly fast rate of fire
-Magazines have a high capacity (though this is a debatably negative trait)
-Range is decent
-Comfortable
-Rails allow you to attach pretty much anything you want
CONS:
-Pain in the @$# to put a battery on (after you unscrew the butt plate, there will be a plastic piece never mentioned by the manual. You have to push it down to access the battery
-Hopup isn't very good (though hop-up is overrated)
Overall, great gun for the price. Great build quality, good FPS readings... good gun.
