" Surprised this didn’t have a review already. I am a big fan of this PTT. Works really nicely, no connection problems on receiving or transmitting end. The clip fastens firmly to MOLLE on my PC, although it can be yanked loose with upward motion. The kenwood connector does work with baofeng radios. I bought this, a UV5R and some lower end over-ear comms, and have had no issues, even two years on. Would recommend and purchase again if mine wore out. One little problem, the screws are silver or chromed. Not a problem unless you care. I just took the unit apart, painted the tops black and reassembled with no issue.
" Make sure you buy the right headset/ptt, I bought a 3.5mm headset and bought this ptt, and didnt realize they didnt fit until i read the description. Good product, looks good, just make sure you get the right plug types!
